TTC Baby number 1 - Looking for buddies

Hi Ladies 🙋,

I'm new to the forum so thought I'd look for some TTC buddies.
I'm 30 and TTC baby number 1, I came off the pill beginning of May and had a withdrawal bleed a few days later then got my first AF 4 weeks after that. Last month I sadly had a chemical it was gutting seeing the faint line go but I guess it wasn't my time!
AF arrived on time Sunday so looks like my cycle ranges from 34-35 days.
I'm currently taking pregnacare and using the Ovia app for ovulation, I'm thinking if I don't concieve by month 6 I'll try ovulation sticks. Onward to month 4 I go 🤣

@claireb707 I love the satisfaction of having a good house clearout! And all the prep seems for very exciting reasons - a new kitchen and a holiday, I'm jealous! 😄

Okay ladies, it's done, BFN! 'Not Pregnant' written right there... so either my second wee wasn't good enough, or this spotting could actually be AF? I really don't know what to think! 😞

Your not out yet though... Perhaps wait another day or two and test again if af arrives. Hugs lovely lady! xx

@Gigi318 I do think the digital aren't as sensitive though. So maybe if you wanted to test again tomorrow, an early response and fmu xx

@Nicecupofcoco thanks chick, I'm okay. AF is due tomorrow-Monday so I will see how I am going with this spotting and if it gets any heavier. I will still grab some FRs as if I don't use them this week I will still need them for next month! Yes I have heard they aren't as sensitive too, but we shall see! If spotting stops I may test tomorrow, but perhaps Monday. We shall just see how it goes 🤞🏻💫

Sorry to hear that @Gigi318 - you'll be wiser in a day or two so that's good at least! And will have gained more expertise in POAS 😆 Keep us posted on the spotting!

@Gigi318 Oh hun sounds like you've had a mare of a morning!! Don't worry about it coming up as not pregnant, cd isn't as sensation so it takes higher HCG so it to detect pregnancy. See if you come on tomorrow and if not test on Monday/ Tuesday with me 😊. I'm either due today or tomorrow and so far no sign of AF but do have cramps along the bottom of my belly central so hoping that's not AF!

@Hewie30 thanks chick, I'm feeling fine just find it all a bit funny. Now I know why you all POAS so much, it does take some getting used to. Still find it all very scary though. That 3 minute wait is a killer 🤣 sounds good to me chick. I have the same sort of cramps. Nothing too much but just sort of low down and in the centre. Plus, if this is IB and I'm implanting right now (which seems unlikely, I'd say this is old blood) then there may be no hcg at all. Now we just need AF to stay away 🙊😍🤞🏻💫

@Raizelrea will do chick!! Hahaha yes I'm getting there. I found some little salad dressing pots (don't ask 🤣) and used that. It was perfect, if a little small 👏🏻

@Gigi318 That's good your remaining positive hun ❤️, you've got this!! Haha! Yeah the 3 minute wait is so nerve wracking but your right you definatly get used to it after doing it so many times 😂. Now I feed the cats then come back!
That's true if it is implantation bleeding then your still building up HCG, or maybe you implanted a few days ago and it's just shown itself 🤷.
Fingers crossed AF stays away for us these next few days 🤞. If it does it gives us a positive answer!

@Hewie30 well you know me, no other choice really hehehe! I definitely feel off, but we shall see what happens with this spotting. It's still incredibly light at the moment! I hope it stays that way and then stops 😁🙌🏻 now just to distract myself all day. I barely slept so feel exhausted and OH is hungover 🤣🙃

@Hewie30 how are you feeling today? Other than the cramps?

@Gigi318 Hopefully the spotting will ease for you! How you feeling symptom wise? Oh bless you try and have a little nap today or a early night. It's hard being patient! Time seems to go so much slower when your waiting doesn't it 😂🙈.
I'm okay! Slightly anxious! Nipples are still sore especially the left one and got the cramps on and off. I had broken sleep too last night thinking I came on 😂. Feel I'm going to be on edge until Monday where I'll definitely be late unless it's a 40 day cycle which I've NEVER had

@Hewie30 hopefully. It's so light this morning, barely anything overnight or since walking up. Going to go for a walk and get some fresh air now, see if that gets anything moving or still clean after 🤣 your night was like me the night before, it was so odd. I feel very much like that today - anxious, tired, and sicky hehe. Boobs feel full and heavy really but not overly sore. So we shall see 🤞🏻💫 all of this is just so unlike me! Yes I can only imagine. Roll on Monday. When are your tests due to arrive? I think that's why I'm a bit anxious too with AF due tomorrow/Monday I think I would be officially late too!

I'm with you on the knackered bench @Gigi318. Was at a gin festival last night, couldn't get to sleep till nearly midnight (got home at 10.30) but then barely slept and woke up properly at 5. Amazingly enough not hungover but don't feel right (not alcohol related!!) hopefully will sleep better tonight

@claireb707 at least we're in it together 🤣 do you have lots of plans or can you get some rest today? Definitely, I've not had any alcohol but feel so hungover - sleepy with fuzzy head and sicky feeling 😂 so far, spotting is very faint. A lot less than yesterday. Hurrah!! Let's hope it stops! And yes, wishing good night's sleeps for us both 💫

Had (sorry girls tmi 😣😣) diarrhoea this morning and now got a funny feeling in bottom of stomach and don't know if it's related to that or its cramping (really hoping it's cramping as it could be implantation 🤞🤞)

@claireb707 that sounds good lovely! I think it could be from cramping - when I get horrific stomach pains it gives me an upset stomach too 🤞🏻 fingers crossed for you that it's implantation. Let us know if you get any spotting 💖

I'll definitely be taking everyone's advice and having something to pee in for when I come to test, such a good idea for both ovulation and pregnancy testing 😊 thanks ladies!

@22Ash22 thanks chick, I'm feeling positive. Spotting has stopped so far - nothing for about 2-3 hours now. Cramps has subsided too 🙌🏻🤞🏻💫 if it holds off I'll test on Monday or maybe Tuesday! Yes definitely, I didn't realise how difficult would be to get it right. Having a little pot makes it way easier to use the test 😂🙈

Hope everybody's enjoying the weekend! We just got back from a little walk to a waterfall, there were kids jumping in and OH started talking about how it would be a nice place to bring our kids 💞 Melts my heart (now if only I'd actually ovulate... CD17 and big fat nothing!)

@Gigi318 I'm glad that it's stopped for you ❤️. Our cycles are exactly the same aren't they! Let's keep everything crossed that AF doesn't show for us tomorrow. Then by Monday we can be extra positive 🤞🤞

@Gigi318 sorry it was a BFN for you hun x hopefully what you experienced was and Ib and you’ll get your BFP in the next few days x my bleeding/spotting has all gone now but I’m pretty sure it was extremely light AF x

@Raizelrea oh that sounds so lovely! And you may still be. Could the OPKs be wrong? How are you feeling in yourself? Make sure you are DTD just in case 🥰

@Hewie30 thanks chick. I'm hoping it will stay away all evening too. I am hopeful that it's definitely doing as the last time I checked it was very pale and creamy again, like it was when it started yesterday! Yes, if it's definitely stopped today and nothing tomorrow I will test Monday, if not Tuesday. I just went and got my FRERs, will yours be delivered on Monday? Exciting! We are, I hope we get those BFPs. Well, you kinda already got yours 💖🤞🏻💫
