TTC Baby number 1 - Looking for buddies

Hi Ladies 🙋,

I'm new to the forum so thought I'd look for some TTC buddies.
I'm 30 and TTC baby number 1, I came off the pill beginning of May and had a withdrawal bleed a few days later then got my first AF 4 weeks after that. Last month I sadly had a chemical it was gutting seeing the faint line go but I guess it wasn't my time!
AF arrived on time Sunday so looks like my cycle ranges from 34-35 days.
I'm currently taking pregnacare and using the Ovia app for ovulation, I'm thinking if I don't concieve by month 6 I'll try ovulation sticks. Onward to month 4 I go 🤣

@Katie1109 I'm by no means an expert, but I think you're right. Ovulating 1st-3rd doesn't seem right to me, BUT on 7th-8th seems more likely. That would be around CD12-13 at a guess, which sounds about right to me! 1st-3rd could may have just been some bits and bobs left in the system. So let's go with you're 11-12dpo with is the exactly same as me 🙋‍♀️ I was sure OD was 3rd but now certain it was 7th. Hard when I'm going by my own body and not OPKs 😂🙈 but the hope IS alive. See, look what a touch of positivity can do in such a small space of time 😘

@Gigi318 I know, but I feel like this is a false hope. Even though my bleeding is on and off and light I still think it is not what people describe as IB x If I ovulated 7th or 8th we DTD on both days, so god knows.
I don't use opk's,charts or anything of that nature and I really do not want to. I don't want DTD to become a chore and put more pressure on myself and my OH, and to be fair I like spontaneous, planning DTD is not really my thing if you know what I mean lol x

@Katie1109 babe I am 100% with you. I don't use opks either and don't like to plan. I do watch my CM and always have done even way before TTC as I was like what is this stuff?!? 🤣 (CM) And usually find I'm in the mood to DTD when I'm ovulating too and so that helps. I am absolutely with you! How many days have you had bleeding for now? What colour? Soz 😂🙈

@Gigi318 brace yourself, tmi : Tuesday brownish discharge on wiping, no blood at all. Wednesday morning a bit of dark red blood overnight and a clot/tissue on tampax. During the day it was really light, panty liner was sufficient and today it is red although lighter in colour and not much of it still - seems a bit on and off today x

@Raizelrea yeah I think it's around week 9/10 that they start looking more human like with the arms and legs etc 😅

@Gigi318 it really does, it's weird you almost forget at times there's a baby there for a split second and they your like oh yeah 😅 Ahaha a sorry whale 😅 it does!

@Katie1109 yep - with you again now 👏🏻 I remember the clot! Sorry, brain everywhere this week. Brown sounds good, no idea about the clot. But who knows. It seems too early for AF, but then like you say, who knows if we're to count the first day of mc bleed as CD1? All we can do it wait I think babe 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

@flossy12 it's so amazing to be able to watch it change. We can come up for different names or lookalikes as the weeks go by 👏🏻 well, until it looks like a full baby then we will all just be gushing 😍😍😍

@Gigi318 aha it's fine, I don't mind being the guineapig I'd be doing the same 🤣 I've always been a great sleeper 🤷🏼‍♀️ hasn't changed much, I had some days just before wehere I just wouldn't wake up will 11/12 in the morning (on my days off) and normally I was getting up at about 8 without an alarm 🤦🏼‍♀️

@Hewie30 You have an option to show 'actual size' that bit makes it feel more real as you can visualise it 😍👏🏼 can't wait for week 7 😆

@claireb707 my Cm stayed creamy all the way upto BFP, normally for me it would dry up by then but there was still a noticeable amount

@Gigi318 hehe 😍 we call it peanut me and OH but they defo do not look like one do they 😂

@flossy12 we're polar opposites in that area. I'm always in bed at 8-9 and asleep by 10 (minus the few nights in question) and awake at 6ish 🙊 but last night it was 1am and I was 👀 hahaha! And today, urgh, the nausea is killing me. Eat and then I feel okay but 10 mins later it's back again. Either I am, so I'm driving myself mad hope I am 🤣🙈

@flossy12 and I bet you'll call them peanut their whole life because of it 😍😩🥰

And now I have earache - my body does hate me

Not a drop of blood in the last 3 hours...wtf?! Loosing my patience now.

@Katie1109 oh babe it really is bizarre. So if you might be 11-12dpo, maybe you should test this weekend too? Do you have any tests? When was the last one you did?

I did one yesterday but it was a cheapie and it was BFN. I’ve got one more cheapie and one FRER at home x not really sure what to think or do :(

@Katie1109 oh yes - sorry babe - you must think I'm mad not remembering it all 🙈 if you were 10/11dpo yesterday thats still so early and may not pick up a positive til like a week after AF due. Maybe try again with us on Saturday?? I'm just going to put it out there... my lucky number is 3! 😘

@Gigi318 I don’t know. I’m thinking maybe I will just leave it for few days. IF I’m 12dpo today then Saturday should be my AF, IF my cycle stayed as it’s usual 27/28 days and I know I do ovulate usually smack in the middle around CD13-14. but that’s all IF...

@Katie1109 yes good idea just see how you feel as emotions do change a lot throughout the day, and your body may go one way or the other 🤞🏻💫

@Katie1109 Yeah that's still really early to test so I wouldn't rule it out just yet, definatly test with us on Saturday! 3 is my lucky number too, I'm a triplet so all my life things have come in 3s 😂😂

@Hewie30 this is all so freaky. If you don't mind me asking what date of the month were you born on (not full dob obvs)??? Without sounding fruity, I'm really into numbers. I see them everywhere. It's spooky!!! Things always seem to align!!! So amazing!!!

@Katie1109 If it is implantation bleeding you wouldn't have had a positive test yet, since they can only pick up enough HCG around 2 days after implantation. So saturday does sound like a good day to re-test 😀
