TTC Baby number 1 - Looking for buddies

Hi Ladies 🙋,

I'm new to the forum so thought I'd look for some TTC buddies.
I'm 30 and TTC baby number 1, I came off the pill beginning of May and had a withdrawal bleed a few days later then got my first AF 4 weeks after that. Last month I sadly had a chemical it was gutting seeing the faint line go but I guess it wasn't my time!
AF arrived on time Sunday so looks like my cycle ranges from 34-35 days.
I'm currently taking pregnacare and using the Ovia app for ovulation, I'm thinking if I don't concieve by month 6 I'll try ovulation sticks. Onward to month 4 I go 🤣

@gigi318 Haha! Fingers crossed, I would LOVE for you to be right but I'm also keeping myself in doubt so I don't get me hopes up 🤣🤞. Either way it's good, I've either caught ovulation or I'm pregnant 🤷.

Yeah that's the issue with those vitamins, I don't understand how they do that though it's very strange! But taking vitamins are you are is still perfect. It's only branding I believe, as long as you take all the vitamins you need your completely fine! Haha! 😂😂, 100% other half won't complain! Probably thinks Christmas has come at once 🤣

@Hewie30 I hope I'm right too. If not, I'm really very sorry 😂🙈 But that's such a fantastic way to look at it. You're winning either way 💃 I am now adopting that same attitude to this morning's EWCM!

So strange isn't it! Yes I've always taken multivits and vitamin C effervescent drink things. I also have a hayfever tab each morn and think I should stop but christ on a bike I'd be a puffy, snuffling mess when I do! Probably 🤣 love him!

@Hewie30 OPKs can definitely show pregnancy so 🤞🏼

I think I'm out this month, started spotting this morning, very very light but normal for me before AF which is due Monday/ Tuesday. I know it's only cycle 3 but so disheartening.

@Makeafamily19 oh no! What CD are you? Could it be IB?? Or certain its AF making an appearance? IB could be confused for AF?

@Gigi318 I'm CD21 and 10DPO so it's possible it's IB which a tiny part of me is holding onto but I know deep down it's AF coming as it's completely normal for me. Don't want to get my hopes up so going to think forward to next month!

@Makeafamily19 that makes sense and always best to be practical. I'm one day behind you on both! Although AF is 22nd/23rd for me unless the early ov has brought her up!

@Hewie30 I have heard of people that found out they were pregnant through a positive OPK late in the cycle so definitely possible. Did you have a positive OPK when you thought you ovulated originally? Either way I have a really positive feeling about your cycle, it does sound like it could be the one! 🤞

@Raizelrea I'm so positive for @Hewie30 too! I feel like things are mapping out so well! Very much how I was feeling when I first found this thread and reading what @flossy12 was saying and then was overjoyed at her BFP! (Without sounding like a creepy creeper!!) Funny how you can just have a feeling!

Hi all, just trying to catch up on the thread! Hello to all the newbies!
I'm 11dpo today and since yesterday I've been getting faint positives! But after my chemical last month I'm worried this is going to go the same way, I've spent the last two days comparing darkness of lines, and fretting over if they are progressing or not!
Both dh and I said we won't get hopes up this month after chemical last month, and I'm going to stop testing now and retest Sunday, I'm hoping then it'll be a darker positive but I'm trying to prepare myself for a negative.
Also @Hewie30 I did get a positive opk the same day as I got my first faint positive pregnancy test a couple of days ago, so sounds like you may also be getting a bfp!
Will attatch today's test if I can. Xx

@raizelea @gigi318 Awh thanks guys it would be amazing! 😍🤞, your really keeping my positive thoughts up which I appreciate! I'll test tomorrow and see what happens but if nothings there I won't worry too much because it can either be too early for a positive or that I'm ovulating extremely late 🤣🤣. How you both getting on?

@makeafamily19 Eeek fingers crossed! 🤞. Have they been early dpo though? I have a feeling it's too early unless I ovulated earlier but we'll have to see!
Oh nooo!! But if your due on Monday or Tuesday could it mean implantation??

@raizelea Yeah! I thought I got one a high at cd16 and again on two days of 18 and 19 🤔. That's what's really confused me, unless I've surged and not ovulated and this is ovulation but it's really weird how it's soooo late in my cycle. I've never had a 40 day cycle

@nicecupofcoco Oh my god hun I see the line!! 😍😍😍. I completely understand that your a bit apprehensive with getting your hopes up and it's SO easy to watch line progression and think into it. When I had my chemical it's completely gutting... You get happy seeing that line then you see it go away and feel it's been taken from you. But the fact you've got a line even if it is faint is AMAZING, keep as positive as you can and keep doing tests every 3rd day. Alot of women take a while to build up to a 'dark bfp' and some don't at all and still have a healthy baby 9 months on 🤞

@Hewie30 thank you! I'm keeping fingers crossed and praying this one sticks! Your right it's so gutting seeing the line fade away! So I think I'll retest on Sunday!

@Nicecupofcoco hello, hello, and YAY for those BFPs!!! It looks it to me!!! So strange you and @Hewie30 the same. I really think she'll get a BFP too!! Yay def test on Sunday again - can't wait to hear more!

@Hewie30 so glad we're keeping you positive and hope it's all for a good reason. Although I'm quite a positive person anyway, I find it helps through most things in life 💫 I'm feeling much the same - death by backache is a thing right?

@gigi318 You really are so thank you ☺️. It's good to be a positive person I think! I'm normally positive but with this I feel it can be either way so I don't want to get my hopes up too much but definitely hoping for the positive!

Hahaha yesss it's definitely a thing 🤣🤣. Put a hot water bottle on the lower back, it feels amazing and helps honestly!

@Hewie30 that's definitely sensible. I'm sure it will happen when it's supposed to. I just have a good feeling about this one 💖

I used to have a hot water bottle but no idea what happened to it. Spend the evening searching for one on amazon to come tomorrow - who knew llamas were so popular?!? And knowing my luck, it'll arrive and I won't be in pain any more 🙃😂

I'm only on cycle day 8 myself so AF only just finished recently, way behind everyone haha. Gearing up for the fertile window ahead. Will be interesting to see if Flo lines up with the CB OPK results.

Also I find it so confusing to keep up with everyones CDs and DPOs and AF dates too. Have to keep going back and checking 😂
