Here's our new thread (sorry, not good at coming up with exciting titles!!)

SparrowSG: 44. 1 DS 2.5. TTC for ever! 1 ectopic 10 wks Feb 2014, 1 successful IVF 2016, 1 failed IVF 2018, 1 MC 12 wks Feb 2019. Planned IVF Oct 2019.
KCM99: 43, 2 DC, ttc no.3 since April. 3 early losses since then.

@Chatbash72 definately agree! My last pregnancy i must of ovulated late and it was when I ad resigned myself to not having any more, sadly I miscarried bit it can happen when you least expect it.

@Hobbes39 I know there is not really much I can do so just going to eat healthy get a bit of exercise, take the supplements and hope for the best ! How are you though ???

@Realitysucks - I'm ok thanks - getting anxious about imminent arrival of the twins now... I'm 34w today, and exhausted..! Only just over 3 more weeks max to go now as have a date for c-section if we make it that far...but will be surprised if we do!
I'm actually getting a bit scared now that we are so close to delivery, I just want them to be healthy and ok - I keep thinking that something is about to go wrong as we had so long where things did...(If that makes sense?) I'm sort of trying not to think about it too much tho..! I guess it's being so close to dreams finally coming true and I'm having a wobble! I hope that doesn't sound insensitive to anyone else.
Anyway, good luck reality - I hope your dreams all come true as well xx

@Hobbes39 I totally get where you're coming from, but please remember that even if the twins were delivered now at 34 weeks they will be absolutely fine! I also had a really strong feeling that we weren't going to make the planned induction at 37 weeks, and my intuition was telling me that something was going on at 34 weeks - thank God I got things checked out and we are all now here to tell the tale and the twins are doing fantastically well!

I don't want to scare you and what I really wanted to say was that while the chances are that everything will be absolutely fine, please follow your intuition and if anything seems even slightly out of the ordinary make sure you get it checked out straight away.

Afm.. it's been a bit of a surprising week. Been feeling a bit funny so did a test and got a BFP.!

Clear blue digital says 3 plus weeks...

Can't quite believe it and am now just worrying constantly that things will go wrong!

@hmmm123 that’s is and OMG that’s fab news!!! How funny we both got bfps! Sounds like you’re a week ahead of me ! I know what you mean on the constant worry. Im trying not alto think about it but seem to be waking up really early since I found out ! 5am yesterday and 6am today! I just can’t get back to sleep !

@CritterTamer how are you? How old are twins now ? Hope all is good and you are getting some sleep 🤣🤣

@Russkispy thanks, I’m just taking day by day at the moment. Then I have these moments where my imagination runs wild. Trying to keep myself composed as much as I can !

@realitysucks the twins are doing amazing, thanks for asking! They are now 10lb and 11lb and will be 14 weeks on Tuesday. It's getting easier - some nights I get 4 hours of sleep now lol

@CritterTamer omg I must have missed this when I had my break! Hope all was ok! What did you have in the end ? Did I miss pics as well!!!

@realitysucks - we had a boy and a girl. The delivery was somewhat traumatic and unexpectedly early by emergency caesarean in the end but we are all recovered now and I'm getting therapy for PTSD

@CritterTamer omg, firstly you’ve had a right old time ! I do hope you’re ok. Make sure you keep going to sessions and look after yourself (as much as you can with twins!!) Secondly they are beautiful and a boy and a girl as well l, that’s just perfect ! They look so happy !

OMG congratulations reality & hmmm!! So pleased for you both! Can you remind me of your ages & stats?

@Cleozeta I am still in shock as I literally had given up! stats are 41, TTC#2, 1DS (17), TTC 1year, 2 failed ICSI attempts this year. (Was about to start final one on Wednesday!) 1MC (36)

@KCM99, how are you getting on with the Clomid?

Well, I've made an appointment for the first consultation at the fertility clinic. I'm giving my last attempt(s) TTC #2 and I feel that this will be my only option now. We've been TTC for a year now since my MMC last August and it's not happening, I don't know what else to do.
We'll be going in two weeks time.

Clomid (50mg) update: I've taken Clomid CD5 & CD6. I was planning on taking my 3rd & last pill tonight at bedtime. I'm CD7 today. Very confused though as my temperature is sky high and I'm not ill. It almost looks like I've ovulated? (See chart - orange line is August/current cycle). I did an OPK this morning and it was quite strong (see pic). Took another OPK this afternoon and the line has faded a lot (it's barely there).
My guess is I probably haven't ovulated as it's only CD7. My womb lining wouldn't be thick enough yet either.

@KCM99, I will go for IVF if there are no other ways to conceive. I'm sure I will find out soon after my visit & tests.

Looking at your chart, there is definitely a very sharp rise. I guess if it drops suddenly, then you most likely have ovulated.
Could Clomid have caused you to ovulate early do you think? The egg wouldn't have had the chance to mature though for it to be fertilized.

@Zigzag11 thanks for replying. I hope you find somewhere really good.

I found out clomid gives a false LH reading - you can only rely on them 2 days after the last pill.

I have had no other signs of ovulation. My cervix is low & firm. My cm is watery/sticky mostly. Libido not raised. Just that weird temperature thing going on. Maybe the clomid is reacting with the pregnenolone. It might be a bit more tricky to pin point ovulation this month.
