Hey ladies
I know there's lots of threads out there for this but who's joining me?
I think I'm either 1 or 2 DPO - got a static smiley on a clear blue digital OPK on Wednesday and annoyingly didn't have any IC to test when I did actually O nor am I temping so guessing I O'd either Thursday or Friday.
I am determined NOT to symptom spot but realistically I will 😂

@largepinotplease please.... Limbo is the worst! I'm a friggin maniac lol! @Islandermum I'm not sure when I can test? I'm due on the 23rd and the test says 6 days before so I'm guessing Wednesday morning... To be quite frank and not beat around the bush I'm actually shitting myself because I don't want it to be a negative, my life is kind of on hold at the moment as I'm training to be a personal trainer and I can't exactly be lifting weights etc whilst trying to concieve so I'm on postpone with that (super selfish lol), and at my age 39, with everyone reminding me the clock is ticking it's making me nervous! I feel like a goldfish 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣! So fingers and toes crossed for Wednesday I guess! I'm so great at pep talking but obviously when it's me myself I'll probably be sad for a few days! Hugs to all you ladies, I guess at least we can all start a new 2ww together lol xx

@Elles1980 possibly wait until Thursday! Also, it's not too common to get a BFP that early too so if you know it will really upset you, wait another two or three days after that. I am hoping for you so much!

Aww thank you so much, if it doesn't happen this month (I'm hopeful but quite crampy and no sore boobies) then I'll keep going and drown my sorrows in Ben and Jerry's ice cream haha xx

13dpo today.... Had very very very faint spotting yesterday afternoon of brown blood... But AF hasn't arrived yet.... this is bloody torture!!!!

I had a BFN at 12dpo (morning). So I know it's 99% likely AF is just torturing me and will turn up today...

That still sounds ok @FlorenceLane! Some women actually don't get a positive until their missed period. You're still in the game x baby dust x

Definitely out, AF arrived this morning. I don't know why I'm surprised, it took ten months to conceive last time so I was really ambitious to think I'd get it in the first month this time. I'm still sad, we DTD so much you'd have thought one would get through?! Anyway, I'm going to suggest a date night with DH this weekend and just eat and drink what I want and try to forget about it all for a little while. Good luck to everyone x

I've sort off been off mn for a few days. Got a bfn 10dpo and I'm 12dpo today and not poas again. Af should start tomorrow well I should start spotting tomorrow. I know I'm out so just want it to hurry up.

I caved and ordered FRERs on Amazon, but something went wrong so they aren't arriving til Thursday, so I couldn't test til Friday anyway. Which is probably a good thing!

I've felt rotten all day though, nausea since this morning and a headache. Though headaches are signs of PMT for me and sometimes nausea follows. This time the nausea came first. I work in bridal and damn near fainted dreaming a dress earlier.

Trying to hold out til Saturday! Keep me strong!

Sorry to those with BFNs, it's a really shitty feeling which is why I'm trying to avoid the test this time and wait for AF to show

Honest to god 5 mi items ago I was convinced I had no chance as today IV been having thick white cm and IV read somewhere that means af is on the way (not due till a week today) and laid here reading these messages I'm sure something is going on down there... Not period like.... It's so weird. Please say I'm not loosing my mind lol! Xx

Sorry was eating! It's basically a type of cm you get in early pregnancy. It's safe to Google! As long as you aren't at work 😆

I’m now driving myself mad as AF proper hasn’t turned up, just 3 days of brown spotting. I got peak opk on day 27 and am now day 38 of cycle. Did frer test yesterday tho and was negative. I have had cycles where don’t ovulate and they’re really long in the past plus think my body might still be regulating itself after miscarriage but it’s given me that flicker of hope. No sore boobs or tiredness though so think AF turning up late is more likely as boobs were on fire last time! Why do our bodies throw these curveballs?!

Hi Everyone, quick update as almost asleep.

AF is here, but extremely light. In 24 hours I've bled about a desert spoon amount... Maybe two spoons worth... So bloody strange for me, as usually I'm heavy for three days...

I'm feeling fed up today, would love for one to just stick...

On a side note, this might cheer you all up. We found four tiny kittens today, their mother had been killed and was a stray, so I'm bottle feeding two, while my partners mother is doing the other two...

Have to wake up every two hours to feed them, think I will regret it tomorrow hahahahaha. I'll add a photo, sorry it's not too good, will upload better ones tomorrow. They're roughly two weeks old xx

I’ve been having mild nausea and nightmares every night since sometime last week and feeling a bit jingly with anxiety.

I took a frpt yesterday which was negative but possibly too early. Due on on 22.07.19
Trying to resist testing every day as it’s such a waste of money

I feel like each month I switch between this is the month! And I’m never going to get a bfp ......it’s exhausting.

Someone tell me happy news of bfp after forty?

I’m forty turning 41 in sept.
Officially trying since jan but due to logistics and difficulties (Grief, stress, performance etc etc etc) and me having lettz in May we’ve not have a great shot at bfp every of the months since.

This month I’m feeling the pressure and the disappointment x10 I think. I’m 8dpo and tested again against my better judgement and it’s a bfn

As not to fall into the babyless pit of gloom can someone tell me some happy stories of conceiving against the age and life odds!?

@Elles1980 I'm feeling quite good! Boobs are very sore and a sore back too! Having some mood swings too. 13dpo now and no sign of Af, I'm getting so excited!

@Islandermum that's all fantastic... Well for now lol, 32 weeks of it won't be so much but you can moan to us anytime . I did a test this morning bfn, I had very very light spotting this morning about 3 am so expect and to come a week early but it's cleared this morning . I'm going to count myself out for this month but I'm cool with that, it just means my poor oh has to put up with extra special time together haha xx

AF is due on Monday and I'm about 12DPO today. Did a test this morning which was negative but I'm feeling so sick that I was actually dry-retching. Trying to decide if I should buy a more expensive test or just wait and see until Monday!

I'm due af on Tuesday, IV tested twice now but both bfn. I'm counting myself out but I wish you the best of luck, maybe to put your mind at rest buy a first response? Or you could wait (says me who could not lol). Either way let us know how you get on as it seems we have almost exactly the same cycle! xx
