Anyone in the TWW???

Hi everyone,

So as the title says is there anyone in the TWW?
DH and I said we would try for number 2 after summer but whoops we've had a couple of slips. I looked at my ovulation app (which has never failed me before to get pregnant) and both times it was in my fertile days.

So here's the confusion.. I apparently was in my fertile days from 8th-13th June.
13th June being the day of ovulation. We DTD 8th June and 11th June. The last couple of days I have had very bad cramps low down. This can't be implantation yet so was it ovulation pains? My CM was snot like some of it thick but also some of it was slippery too sorry TMI!! am so confused, feeling I've missed the boat.
This TWW is stressful. I've never temped or taken OPK's as it's always been quite easy for me to fall pregnant (I've had a lot of miscarriages )
We are lucky enough to have a DD though.
DH is actually quite excited that we could be pregnant but I just don't know and feeling quite impatient!

They are old tests though ! I don't want to get my hopes up I'll be crushed! How do I know they aren't evaporation lines???? One is more blue then the other though ... ahh!

Mine are best about 9pm if I wee when I get home at 6then drink as little as possible then test at 9 🤞🏻

@Abi58 it was a good amount. And I'm pretty dehydrated because of the heat atm.
That was a roller coaster.
I'll try again tomorrow morning. At home I have a pot I used..

@LA89 sorry to hear you may think it's AF, think you and I are in the same boat... when are you due?

@Kiza my symptoms were pretty intense at first. My boobs felt full and I had cramps for about a week. I was very tired and could smell everything. I previously had back ache which I don't normally get.
Now I have slight cramps, I have a funny taste in my month. I'm very tired by my Boobs aren't as sensitive. My nipples still have weird why patches on them.
It was a few days ago where intense symptoms stop and I have been emotional ever since.
There isn't anything on the lastest test at all and that ones meant to be more accurate.
I'm day 13 post ovulation.
Seeing something on the first two is really messing with me.

@Kiza I'm not entirely sure when AF is due as this is my 1st month off the pill so I don't really know what a normal cycle is for me yet but I'm 13dpo today so I assume tomorrow. I've had a little bit of bleeding which started this afternoon. It's all quite brown and not like fresh blood which I think is a bit odd but pretty sure I must be out.

Trying to be positive as at least I know my cycle length etc for this month.

When are you due?

So my app thinks AF isn't due for another 5 days but I got a positive ovulation test 13 days ago...
Which to trust?

@MrsHufflepuffMS can totally understand it wrecking with your head with such a mix of symptoms, especially as it sounds like they started out so intense. Could it be that your literal phase is long? Mines around 16 days and I'm not due till Tuesday next week

@LA89 ahhh ok so yeah really tough one trying to figure out your cycle, I thought my cycle was always really regular but the last 10 months of trying seems to be doing weird things to my cycle!

I have no clue when to expect af now.
My post pregnancy periods have been 33 days, 32, 29, 23, 23. Expected they'd settled back down but I guess not. Cd26 today and wishing we'd carried on dtd for a few more days at least.

Thanks everyone for your support and advise today.
I've been researching all day and it turns clear blue are notorious for having a blue line pregnant or not. Which is just plain mean. The hope I had earlier felt so good... but I advise everyone stick to tests that use pink dye these are much clearer apparently.
I've done two tests today and both came back negative. :(
I'm going to attempt to wait till Saturday...maybe..

@Abi58 the app is just called My Calendar. I've used it for years and it's got all my recorded dates in it. It's worked out I have an average cycle of 36 days... they used to be 28 but it spread out after...some bad life experiences.

@Abi58 have you been to the doctors yet? I have an appointment tomorrow and I'm going to try and wrangle an early scan. I am so edge after all the miscarriages and I am huge! Literally can't believe how big I am for 5 weeks!!! I'm very slim and I now have a pot belly? Is this normal?? I didn't show with DD until about 14 weeks. Weird!

I'm in the same boat. No lines either.

I did a test first and it was the other of that pack from yesterday with a stark white line. So I did another. Nothing.
I'm giving up now I think and just waiting for AF.

Have you bloated? Surely it can't be baby yet? 🙈 I'm not slim but not large but the last couple of days I could pass for 6 months preggers I'm that bloated! 😩😂
Although I have also read that you show earlier after your first, no idea why or how early though!

Still haven't tested yet ladies. Just picked up a load of tests from boots the first response ones are on offer.
My stomach is.killing me today but no.sign of AF. Really think itll come any minute though.

@Abi58 I'm not sure at all :( Maybe I didn't even ovulate.
I'd guess AF will be here in a few days. I may try not testing for a bit.

Hi @Treaclepie19 yeah I'm going to test tomorrow morning. Yeah I'm in exactly same situation. No AF but also no positives. Sigh.
