Anyone in the TWW???

Hi everyone,

So as the title says is there anyone in the TWW?
DH and I said we would try for number 2 after summer but whoops we've had a couple of slips. I looked at my ovulation app (which has never failed me before to get pregnant) and both times it was in my fertile days.

So here's the confusion.. I apparently was in my fertile days from 8th-13th June.
13th June being the day of ovulation. We DTD 8th June and 11th June. The last couple of days I have had very bad cramps low down. This can't be implantation yet so was it ovulation pains? My CM was snot like some of it thick but also some of it was slippery too sorry TMI!! am so confused, feeling I've missed the boat.
This TWW is stressful. I've never temped or taken OPK's as it's always been quite easy for me to fall pregnant (I've had a lot of miscarriages )
We are lucky enough to have a DD though.
DH is actually quite excited that we could be pregnant but I just don't know and feeling quite impatient!

@Treaclepie19 sending you big hugs ☺️ your symptoms sound really good!! Do you feel this is related to the pregnancy, the constipation? Keeping my fingers crossed for you both!

I am doing ok this morning. Felt some period type twinges on and off but other than that...nada! I am ages away from testing so I'm going to hold out this week. I CAN DO THIS! 😩 can I? 😂 I know if I test now it'll be BFN and I just don't want to see that right now.

I dunno! I like to think it is... normally constipation is only a pregnancy thing for me. Surely it's way too early though.

You can do it! What day are you thinking of testing?

I think tears are understandable, I couldn't imagine...

I think I'm starting to see things I thought I was spotting earlier but I dont think so now. Lol

I'm on day 22 of my cycle, if I didn't have such a weird cycle I'd be able to tell by now :(

I'm just telling myself now it's only just over a week and I should know one way or another! Then it starts all over again.

@treaclepie19 we need to allow ourselves sad days sometimes. X

If I had a normal 28 day cycle. AF would arrive 23rd, this Sunday.
If we go by ovulation test, the date would be, 28th.
However, if I got by what the app has predicted based on my crazy AF history, then she's not coming until 2nd of July

Which one to go by ?

Also, I went and did a test which ofcourse is early. And it was BFN. Why am i punishing myself. I'm sure you guys now how closely I was looking for that line

MrsHufflepuffMS personally I'd go for ovulation test date. I've been there with the testing and looking for lines!

@MrsHufflepuffMS I agree with Treaclepie19 I'd go with ovulation test date. I am going to test 28th June as that is when AF is due although of course I'll probably get tests a few days before and end up testing early.
Sooooooo many times have I squinted to see that line! I've even taken pregnancy tests out of the bin hours later to see if one has come up. Plenty of times they have but of course always been evap lines. The things we do eh?!

I am feeling INCREDIBLY tired right now, can barely keep my eyes open. Off to collect DD from nursery in about 20 mins and I just want to sleep!

Ok so I've just come down with a horrible cold, it's just started! Feel a sinus headache coming on which is horrible, I've recently come off antibiotics from a nasty sinus infection. 😭

Also question what is your CM like? Sorry TMI but I'm feeling quite down as mine has completely dried up. Still getting those period type pains though 😬

@RoRosmama colds are like a top symptom in the early days!!!
My cm hasn't been great all month...

I just had some really sharp shooting pains... I reckon I'm at least 3dpo now. Maybe more...

Hi both thanks I'll got by ovulation date. Or at least try. Lol.
So I came home at 4.30 today . .and I just woke up 8pm? How crazy is that, that has never happened before in my life ! Can being this tired be wishful thinking ?

Ooohhhh! Both your symptoms sound so good!!! If you haven't been that tired in a while and you never do that then that is totally exciting!!!
Shooting pains are also a really good sign! Arghhhh could this be all of ours month?

So I've just had a big glob of gooey and stretchy CM with a yellow tinge to it. I've never been so happy to see CM 😂😂😂

@RoRosmama its amazing how we inspect our CM. Exciting stuff for all of us. Bring on end or the month :D :D

@MrsHufflepuffMS you're still in with a chance doing it that morning as you ovulate 12-36 hours after a positive. Did you bd in the days before it?

Yes, BD nearly everyday since AF. To the point It was becoming a chore so we've slowed down now. So we are enjoying again. It's just I think I'm going loopy cos I got loads of symptoms before the ovulation test was at it's darkest.

Going to do one last time tonight I think as its cd17 of 23. Just in case I have a longer cycle.

This is my 2nd proper cycle
Last month had an early miscarriage/chemical

Cd18 and I think 3dpo but I've had trouble confirming it with temps as I have been waking up too early so it's low and when I ale up and hour and a bit later it is higher but not had enough sleep. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to get a more accurate reading 🤞🏻😁

@Abi58 ohh! Are we cycle buddies? When is af due? Mine is due 25th.

I'm a bit late to the party but wanted to jump in too.

I'm not really sure when AF is due as this is cycle 1 and just came off the pill end of May after only 15/16 days on it (came back from holiday and jet lag took over so completely forgot my pill for 3 days which cause withdrawal bleed)

I downloaded the Flo app and estimated a standard 28 day cycle so it told me ovulation would be 8/6 but clear blue ovulation kit didn't give me peak until 13/6 so I'm assuming I ovulated on Friday the 14th so im on day 4ish I think.

Flo app is suggesting AF is due on Sunday but I don't know if that's actually the case when it'll be 9 dpo according to the clear blue test.

So in a nutshell I've no idea when to test or what is going on 😂

Keeping my fingers crossed for lots of BFP on this thread!

@RoRosmama I'm still the same. I have ibs too. Normally only goes one way though!

My fertile days were between 8-13 June 13 being ovulation apparently. My period is due 28th. If you think you ovulated around 13/14 I would test around 14 dash after that.

@RoRosmama thank you 😁 I'm only 3dpo so not yet 😩 I have been feeling really nauseous but has that last month so thinks it's to do with hormone levels around ovulation. How about you?? 🤞🏻 we all get our bfp 😁

@LA89 welcome! I'm new too :) have you not had your withdrawal bleed? What pill were you on? I stopped mid March (half way through a packet as thought why wait?!) had no bleed. Had 1st period beginning May. That's good that you got a peak so soon after the pill 😁 I think the rule of thumb is af is due 14 days after ovulation (usually the day or 2 days after your peak/positive opk)
