One dpo today, ovulation confirmed by positive opk. Started taking Fertilty Support for Her this cycle and hit my peak at 200 on Friday morning and experienced a cramping pain on the left side of my abdomen later that evening (first time I’ve ever had ovulation pain before)! Started cycle 5 this month! BBT is also beginning to climb! Anyone starting their ttw?!! Eagerly waiting to see what will become of this month!

@Hopeful2020 - We’re TTC our first so I don’t have symptoms to compare to, but I definitely think I’m looking too hard!
I’ve heard FMU for most reliable.

I've had times when I've had loads of symptoms and not pregnant, and then had no symptoms and have been pregnant, and it's different each time so all just a guess.

I've found First Response are best if testing before period, Clear blue you tend to have to wait until day period due or after. Even when I've tested the day before and had been pregnant it's been so faint i can barely see it! Digital ones aren't as sensitive so need to be late.

@Hopeful2020 - I had stopped trying with DS2 and so didn't realise until I was 8 weeks pg! But yes, I am reading in to everything.

BUTTTTT...I have had non stop cramps now for 10 days? Boobs have also remained tender. I am now 6DPO. And this weekend, I am not even wanting wine. I've had a glass but genuinely not felt like it - which is REALLY unlike me.

My boobs are killing me today but they do every month so not a symptom of anything different! Likewise cold (have had one for a month), cramps (get them all the time post-ds), tiredness (3yo doesn't sleep through yet) and being emotional (always am after ov). So nothing out of the ordinary to spot! I've been convinced in the past I've been pg but it's only ever been the regular luteal phase symptoms.

I've never done temping, and not poss now as I'm still cosleeping, would definitely never remember to take temp first thing!!

Test wise I got my very faint bfp on an internet cheapie for ds then confirmed with a supermarket own brand. Previous Pg (ended in MC) I didn't know until I was about 6 weeks as wasn't ttc and got a very strong bfp on a Boots own brand.

@Hopeful2020 you’ve got me really considering making a run to the store to go buy some FR! Lol. I have two different types of the Iproven, Clinical Guard, Premom, and a few others at the moment, but FR are definitely the best (in my own opinion).

I ovulated a few days early this month so technically period would also be early. But I've still got occasional cramping like from the past few days. I've been tempted to test today as would be nice for father's day, but then if it was neg it would be disappointing - and could still be wrong anyway. I'm going to wait...

6dpo today, no real symptoms other than mild cramping, although implantation may not have occurred yet if there is a fertilised egg in there x

FRER was negative today! But still a day early even for FR (their ‘test calculator’ tells me to begin testing tomorrow). Could only wait 5 hours last night before I had to pee, may try to reduce my liquids tonight. Lol

@Hopeful2020 My 8 DPO just happened to line up with Father’s Day, but I thought it would have been neat too! Totally understandable though 🙂

I'm going crazy convincing myself that I've ovulated really early. I had EWCM on cd8 and not any really after that.
Wondering if it was an early ovulation and I can test extra early 😂

May I have opinions from all of you?! AF is expected now in 6 days (on the 22nd). I was planning to keep testing early (starting today) and my best friend has encouraged me too. But part of me just wants to wait for the 22nd, or maybe begin testing every other day. Thoughts?

Less disappointment if it's a bfn and a stronger line if it's a bfp.

@Treaclepie19 Thank you for sharing your opinion! I was thinking about that too. There would be so much more excitement in waiting and then getting a BFP this cycle! (If we do, of course)

I just know I'm going to be disappointed this month. I've got my hopes up so high but it's only our first month.

Don’t tell yourself that though! It could still be your month regardless of what cycle it is for both of you. If it’s supposed to happen this month, it will.

Anyone had egg white cm after ovulation?! Fairly sure I ovd between Sun and Thurs as boobs started hurting Thurs, but have had ewcm today and v confused!!

I agree, wait as long as you can - if you test now it's bound to be negative and you'll either feel really disappointed & down, or you won't believe it anyway as it's too early, or more likely both. Hold on and stay strong.
I was more gutted than I expected to be when I had no luck last month, on our first go - even though I knew we'd probably not conceive first cycle. I had a little cry and tried to tell myself that I knew I wasn't anyway (even though I had wondered)

I hear you, I'm thinking the same!
I had egg white CM on day 9, then positive LH test on day 12, app reckons I ovulated day 13 based on temperatures.
I'm now on day 22 (so 9dpo) and I've had some cramping the past few days which has now tailed off, and I've just had a few bloody steaks when wiping today.
Really trying not to get hopes up and hold off testing til next weekend - assuming it's not a really early period, just to be extra cruel!

Just need to wait another week, lol. My cm has been white, but a mix between being thick and thin (kinda like a mixture of both). Is that what you’re talking about? @Keanubelieves

@Hopeful2020 the same sort of thing has happened with me this cycle too, cramping has almost been nonexistent now outta no where (beginning yesterday), but I don’t know what to think either of it. Doesn’t sound like an early period to me though (but I don’t know how yours are).

Haha I know, don't worry I was already there! It really could be, given cramping and timing 🤞 and a 23 day cycle would be super short, I'm usually 28/29 days, so hopefully hopefully...
Going to wait til next Mon to test once partner is back from stag do. Feels like forever away!

Could be promising, combined with random intermittent cramping, and increased cm/vd is often a sign itself.... I had a lot in my first pregnancy & kept thinking I'd got my period as it felt wet (sorry 🙈)

And Medusa ewcm is the fertile one where it's literally like egg white, kind of clear and gloopy and you can stretch it between your fingers. Probs easiest tho most gross to describe it as like sjot tho, sorry tmi!!! it's normally before ov

Hey ladies! Just catching up after a couple of busy days!
Felt some aches but nothing major + the dry mouth has turned into lots of salvia so still drinking LOADS atm.
Been dizzy at least once a day for the past 4/5 days also, which is unusual.
@Mymedusa24 are you waiting it out now until the weekend? I'm going to try my very best to!
