Pretty sure I ovulated yesterday (hopefully!), due AF on 13th May, anybody else starting their 2WW?

(Warning: I am a serial symptom spotter and POAS addict, I have zero willpower 😂)

Congrats @rudyroo! Thinking sticky thoughts. As our “livestream” started a little early, I joined in - think I have an evap or the worlds least convincing vvvvvf positive on a frer. Let’s see how it dries - think we’re in the same 🤷🏻‍♀️ boat @mmama18! I didn’t know my ovulation date last time but I was nearly a week late before I got a convincing positive so just going to see how it goes I think (trying to be chill...)

I've just collected my CB tests, the urge to POAS is strong but I really must be good!!! Should have selected collection in 3-5 working days 😖

@Kiskasca I’ve gone back and looked at my test (I know I know bad MMama!) as I took it at about 5:30am as I woke up needing a wee, so not the best light for squinting in 😫 and I can see a very (and I mean VERY) faint line... maybe! I can’t trust it obviously as it’s way out of the time frame but maybe...

Thank you ladies you’re all very kind! I’m going to wait until 13DPO/Sunday (I promise!) and if that’s still a BFN then admit defeat and wait for AF, until then, I’m clinging on with by my fingertips 😂

@mmama18 let’s stick it out til Sunday together :-) I’ve also found personally that afternoon on a good hold is better than fmu so I may go for that. My temp was down a little, but still tender “up top” and still cramping in a dull ache way like I did last time I got a bfp - not got the dash to toilet desperation like then, though.

@Kiskacsa deal! I’m still tender too, pinchy/crampy aches and have eaten breakfast but now hungry and got the slightly sicky feeling again. Just hoping my body is more sensitive to hormones than my wee appears to be 🙄

Morning Ladies.

I am 9dpo with two frer in the cupboard downstairs. Tempting but a negative might trigger a flare up of my eating disorder so going to stick it out til Sunday /Monday if I can.

Admittedly I have no more symptoms than I did the last few days though so it is making me feel a bit less positive. However I had no symptoms whatsoever with my little boy so I am trying to be realistic.

Fingers crossed the vvvvvfbfp lines people have got are truly sticky!

@TryingVeryHard2015 think I'm just behind you at 8dpo (although my dates are a bit suspect this month!) I've got some Clear Blue tests which I've just stashed at the back of the cupboard! We'll both have to try and be good 😀

I haven't really got any symptoms at the mo either, feeling a bit light headed now and again but think that's just me winding myself up lol! Maybe this will be our month 🤞🏻

I’m new here... it’s lovely to see how you keep each others’ spirits up. It’s only our third month “properly” ttc (using opk) but I feel it would be helpful to join others going through the same thing. It’s a difficult process and my DH doesn’t understand why I can’t “just relax and wait”. Anyway... just a bit of a rant as I feel that probably AF is coming this month again... @MrsG3 I’m also 8dpo but cave in and had bfn this morning. No symptoms apart from bad backache and sour taste in mouth. Still a few days to wait though... lots of good vibes to everybody!

Hi @BananaPalm, I share your impatience!!! Currently cleaning the house like a demon trying to distract myself lol! Don't be disheartened by the bfn, we're definitely very early so there could well be a sticky bean in there yet! Lots of positive baby thoughts coming your way x

I honestly cannot stop burping. I've also got the driest mouth ever that just won't go away. I'm having to sip orange juice all the time just to cope with it! It's the strangest thing I've experienced!

@MrsG3 thank you, it really means a lot. Shame we can’t just switch our minds off and live like we’re not ttc. Life would be so much more pleasant then...
@Roo3125 I’ve had the exact opposite for the past couple of days... very weird...

@BananaPalm I honestly can't get enough liquid in me. I feel like I'm having to drink constantly. My mouth is so dry! I don't generally drink much at all but I've got an unquenchable thirst going on!

My boobs are now killing me too guys! They hurt last night but now they're properly aching!

@Roo3125 Sounds promising... will keep my fingers crossed for you! When are you testing again?

How are we all doing this evening ladies? Wouldn't say I'm distracted but I put dinner in the slow cooker this morning and forgot to switch it on and also realised I'd only ironed half of my husband's shirt (I think I may have ironed the same half twice!) I think I need help!!

I've been to the gym to distract myself a bit. Starting to go crazy and chalking every little thing up in my "I'm pregnant /I'm not pregnant" mental game. I am a rational woman and yet....

I’ve got sharp cramps again this evening, got a feeling AF might be coming for me! Trying to be positive that I might still get a BFP but if I get a BFN I’m trying to be positive about moving on to the next cycle too 😫

@Roo3125 are you feeling sick with the burping? When I had morning sickness with DD it was far worse when my stomach was empty but I’d also burp loads too!

@BananaPalm I'm not sure when to test again! My frers came today, so I could test tomorrow morning but part of me would like to wait till the weekend 🤔 might just do another cheapo tomorrow morning and if I see anything again will then use a frer? 🤔

@MMama18 Yes, I feel sick when I burp and it's happening all the time. The dry mouth/thirst still hasn't left either and I had heartburn earlier too! 🤔😂

I have been focusing on planting today - fighting to get new perennials in between rainshowers. Off to Dublin in the morning which should be suitably distracting - just as well I don’t like Guinness...

@Roo3125 That’s exactly my strategy - cheapos till I see at least a shadow of a line. Last month I went crazy with the number of cbs and frers and not even a hint of a line so this month I’m going to save myself some money... and sanity 😂
