TTC & due to OV around the 22nd March? Come on in!

Decided to set up a thread for ladies due to ovulate some time around the 22nd March. If you're due to OV around this time, come on in!

I find these easier to follow than the big month-long threads.

Thought we could all test at similar times, discuss our crazy symptom spotting, and all the other "fun" around TTC.

You're doubly welcome if you're a POaS addict like me Grin

This will be cycle 5 after TFMR last year.

TTC our first

I've tried conceive plus, preseed, all manner of ovulation kits, etc.

This month I'm going to focus on losing half a stone. I've put a lot of weight on since my TFMR. I think i could be disadvantaging myself. I'm also going to cut down on caffeine throughout the who cycle.

I've also bought the Harvard medical school Fertility Diet book, all backed up with science so I'll let you all know how I get on with it.

Nothing when I wiped this morn. Seems to have cleared up for time being.
POAS with FMU tho didn't I ... still negative (although I'm only 9, maybe 8 DPO) x

So had a couple of spots pop up. I don’t get spots. Ears feel blocked. Woke up twice with a stuffy nose. Tummy’s sore this morning. I’m 10dpo. All really subtle things and could be nothing. I have my first response tests waiting!

@crazychemist yeah, I'm gonna test again Tuesday morning but had a couple of twinges and pink has now completely gone.. 🙄 due AF on Thurs/Fri so let's wait and see x

Welp, I am officially not symptom spotting....because there doesn't seem to be anything to spot.

The only minor symptom I have is nipple tenderness, which even that has dissipated quite a bit since Tuesday, so I think it was more related to sexytimes than my cycle or anything.

Temps seem to be higher than pre-positive OPK. But, not as high as I would hope. I have been watching my sister's kids the last few days, so between sleeping on the couch, sleeping with no covers, and getting 2 hours of sleep, I'd expect higher temps. I'm still hoping I did in fact O.

I’m a massive wimp when it comes to buying pregnancy tests and worry I’m going to bump into someone I don’t want to see. If I order boots click and collect what packaging does it come in when you collect in store? I know I know it shouldn’t bother me but it does and the last amazon delivery went to our neighbours house as we were out and thinking it was theirs they opened the box (was only DD’s new swimming goggles luckily)

Ok girls we are on the home straight.
I fecked up and did a frer this morning on 8dpo so I'm going to put my head down now and focus on not doing anymore testing til Friday when I'll be 13dpo.

Who else is planning on testing and when??

@Robbo93 how is it now? And how many dpo are you? It does sound like the implantation bleed I had on my first pregnancy but I know it's head wrecking not knowing what's going on.

Hope you don’t mind me joining this thread. I am 8 days DPO ttc baby number 1 and we only started trying this month. I did a first response pregnancy test this morning (BFN) as the first response website said I could test today, but looking at the comments on this thread that seems to be a little early?
How many DPO is it best to start testing, I don’t want to keep testing too early (although I have a feeling I won’t be able to help myself) Confused thanks

I think first day of missed period is the best day to test.
These pregnancy tests are not cheap and it soon adds up.
Sitting here thinking I still have five days to wait!
I wish everyone luck whenever you decide to test.

Well, I spoke too soon, and I find myself kind of freaking out.

So, I noticed some minor spotting, which by several hours later had escalated to a very watery, pink situation. It was very evident as I wiped once, but seemed to lessen with each subsequent wipe. It looks very much like AF spotting to me, nothing especially different that makes it stand out as maybe something else. Also, sorry if TMI, but it has that similar smell too.

I would say, okay AF came early, which would be annoying, especially for future months' endeavors, but it's a bit more worrisome than that. I am only 8-9 dpo, so having such an abnormally short LP does worry me. The other possibility is that somehow I O-ed earlier than I thought, and somehow both the OPKs and temps were wrong. Not saying it's impossible...it could happen. Either way, it means something is off with my body. Whether it is hormones or thyroid or something even worse.

@WrexhamBuxom I'm the same, I wonder if I have a short LP too but who knows what my body is doing as I'm technically only 3 months off the pill so might still be regulating.

Ok so I don't know if this AF or not. What is my body doing to me 😭😭
Was really heavy this morning and red like a period. Put tampax in and filled my first one by 8am (put it in at 5am). Changed tampax again at 11am and there was hardly anything on it and pink again when I wiped!!

It’s like our body’s are tricking us on purpose isn’t it. Sorry you guys if you are out this month.
I’m still trying not to test. Just keep waiting af will show itself soon enough. 🤷‍♀️

I haven't a clue anymore what my body is doing! Still feel so bloated and getting all sorts of cramps but noThing else today.
Starting to doubt everything!!

Am either 7 or 9 days DPO and temp dropped dramatically this morning (from the highest I've ever been yesterday).

Hope AF not coming 😔😔😔
