@orangeloo & @BabySquid i hope I do go off coffee it when I get my BFP, I live on the stuff usually! But barely got through 2 cups today (I won't tell you how many I usually have!) But God the TWW is a pain - everything and anything is a symptom. Trying not to set too much by it, I'm only 8DPO!

good luck with the progesterone, are there 'typical' side effects you can expect?

@BabySquid I find mindfulness techniques quite a useful tool to manage my mental state, and sometimes use guided meditation apps, I find them quite helpful as it means I didn't need to think about how to meditate. I'm the least spiritual person ever but the structure helps me calm physical symptoms and lets me talk my brain down!
@daisiesandpeonies sorry you're feeling PMS-y, how many DPO are you?
Still spotting symptoms over here, my pelvis still feels funny, stabby pains have abated (was definitely feeling them last night and today), but a bit - not quite crampy, but aware of sensation. No idea if its just because I did yoga on Monday and my core is not used to it though (probably is!)
