@BabySquid time doesn't make a difference, I had positive opk show up very late at night for the first time. It's not quite positive yet but it's on the way, could still be tomorrow or even Friday.

@TrashKitten10 apparently vaginas sneeze together with the face 😂😂.

@BabySquid - Looks close but not quite. I did mine a little later tonight too, around 7.45pm, so hopefully it doesn't matter too much... be interested to hear though

@AngeloMysterioso it's so frustrating. And I don't wanna bring it up being ovulation time and that we could do to because I don't want him to feel like I'm just wanting sex for that. Isn't it hard work!

@thumper59 the first few cycles I was trying to make it seem spontaneous with DH, and kept the planning and stress (and repeated disappointment) of it all to myself. But I know he wants DC just as much as I do and in the end we face it as a team, I let him know when fun week is imminent and what we need to do, and even though sometimes we're both knackered we power through!

I think one of the hardest things about TTC is that women are expected to take on all the hard stuff ourselves, men just have to show up and 💦. We deal with planning, opks, temping, lying in uncomfortable positions so we don't get spunk pouring out of our foofs, symptom spotting, raised hopes, spending money on pregnancy tests, and disappointments. Oh, and periods. Why shouldn't your DH bear some of that with you?

The conversation about keeping the swimmers in is making me lol so much 😂 @TrashKitten10 I've done many a shoulder stand - my favourite is to do a shoulder stand and put my feet on the wall behind my head which is super attractive.

@DuchessofPemberley totally relate to you feeling down, I was really upset at cycle 6 because of it putting us in the 'minority of couples' statistic. For that reason I'd try not to Google too much. It's a year that they recommend going for testing, you're only halfway. I got in touch with a private company just before Christmas where we'd be paying in full, and even they told me to wait until it's been a year because it's just not worth it. Hang on in there and have a cry if you need to, I know it's super tough 😢

I'm 28, TTC #1 on CD 32 and 3dpo, cycle 4. My cycles are really long and irregular unfortunately. The TWW is going so slowly.. be nice to share with people whilst I wait!

I should be sleeping, but keep googling every tiny symptom! 🙈

Welcome @LokiCat! You sound just like me, I'm 28, TTC #1, CD31 (but cycle 1) and also have long irregular cycles.

This month though I have NO idea when/if I ovulated as I don't track and I would normally have sore boobs by now which is normally my signal I have ovulated but nope nothing 🤷🏼‍♀️

@BostonFern I can't believe how close we are 7DPO today and counting down the days. I don't feel to hopefully but I think I'm just scared to get my hopes up. I managed to drag myself to the gym last night so if I don't get my BFP I best at least lose some weight #FitFeb

Sorry for such a long post, I try and keep myself busy at night and then always fall asleep pretty early . You all seem to be post happy at night and I get lost and tend to post during the day, always gives me a good read in the morning at work with a cuppa 🙂

Morning ladies, Happy Valentine's Day!

Another bfn for me this morning on FRER and AF is due tomorrow or Saturday so I'm pretty sure I'm probably out. I'm tempted to stop trying for a little while as this is driving me insane and making me feel really shitty. But I want a baby so badly as well. I don't know what to do😭😭😭

Hope you've all got something nice planned this evening with your OHs. We're going to play mini golf (our favourite lol) and then my DH is cooking me M&S dine in meal deal! Can't wait!

Did another this morning which is still positive, but I know you're not meant to do them first this as might get a false positive or something... so will do another at lunchtime. BD last night, but Valentines BDing is called for tonight as well I think

@thumper59 - Which app are you using? On Clue I put in whether I had a positive or negative opk that day, and it puts ovulation the day after a positive. I'd put today in as ovulation day :)

@DayDreamer1707 yeah defo attach the link! It's there at peoples free will then isn't it. Yeah I'll put ovulation as today! Hopefully I'll be less busy today and be able to get on here more often! Yesterday was mad.

@MrsAW2018 sorry about the BFN. Why don't you go to not not trying? I know it's easier said then done, but stop tracking if it's stressing you out and just go with it au natural. A lot of people seem to catch when they take the stress out of it!

@starkid I'm using ovia. Yeah I've just put it in as today. At least my tww will go over when my periods due so I won't be tempted to test early!

@MrsAW2018 don't give up, it will happen for you. Maybe just try and focus on other things too, I know that's easier said than do.I am losing hope already. Enjoy yourself to night and be silly, let your hair down and go crazy, you certainly deserve it!!

@thumper59 that's the only thing with OPKs you don't know exactly when you ovulate but I just couldn't do the temping thing. Not yet anyway.

I sometimes want to test early because I am so impatient but I always tell myself no, not unless I have something that's making me really feel like it could be a BFP. The only symptom I remember from last time was sore boobs but I cant remember if that was before or after we found out. Mad at myself for not properly tracking but we wasn't trying then though 😣

@DayDreamer1707 yeah I'm really to lacks to do temping! I won't get it right I just know it 😂.

As long as I'm somewhere around the right time for ovulation it should be fine. On the pill I used to always get unbarable sore boobs around the time of my period but last month I didn't get them at all, any time of the month so I don't know what the craic is with that!

@thumper59 - I'm the opposite, used to get a slight pain but not much, now my boobs kill for a whole week before AF

@starkid you can an do opks with fmu, you just can't be doing it only with fmu as most of the time the surge happens later in the day and you might miss it. So if it was positive this morning, I'd still log today as positive.

@thumper59 Temping is easy, you just choose a body hole (there are three options here) and record a temperature, same way at the same time, after at least three hours of sleep.

@OhMarnie I used to think that sore boobs is a reliable sign, but after some research I don't count on it. They all basically said that your boobs don't have to hurt, which means there can be months where they don't. Although it's helpful when they do lol, at least I know my body did something.

@starkid isn't it weird! It just proves there is no real 'sign' other then a missed period, no matter how much you look into things because everyone is so different!

Had some random bright red (spotting if you can call it that) blood while DTD last night, could it be IB? I'm 10 DPO

@Lozzlepop I think I will do, next cycle I will up my game if I go into cycle 3!
