Bfp or AF due 14th feb!!

so hoping this month is lucky and we Valentine's Day brings us bfp's. Using opks and hoping for a static this month as opposed to last momth which was a nightmare.

When did you test and when is AF due?
I did this on my last pregnancy (my last pregnancy being a long time ago considering my youngest will be 8 in June) - convinced myself I was pregnant. Did a test (way too early) and it was a BFN. Was still convinced I was pregnant and did a test a few days later and it was a BFP.

Think this is why I'm trying very hard not to test early (again) as I always disappoint myself (but in the above case unnecessarily doubted and disappointment myself)

Sorry to hear some of you are feeling exhausted. If it's not down the pregnancy I wonder if it's vitamins? Maybe it's a case of needing more? Are you ladies taking a multi vit? Xx

I was the same with DS... testes way too early bfn then a few days later had a squinter on a ic. Resisted the urge to test and done a digi 5 days later 🙈
I do not have that restraint this time around....

I tested 4 times last month even though I we'd only had sex once or twice at completely the wrong times (were still waiting for cycle to become somewhat normal) cant help myself!!
The likelihood of me holding out until next Friday is pretty slim.
But I'm going to try.

I have no idea when I ovulated I'm not using ov sticks or temping or anything like that so I'm guessing really. Have an app to track AF and that's telling me I was likely to ovulate on the 1st. (pretty much a guess though, really, isnt it??) So that's 7 IS DPO!

DTD on the 26th, 30th, 1st, 2nd and 4th.

Metallic taste is getting stronger and stronger as the hours pass, as is cramping feeling.
But like I said - I could be imagining it all.

Are you due AF next Friday too?

@BLS1983 if I'm not pregnant then I'm definitely going to the doctors about it! I take multivitamins and iron everyday because I have had low iron in the past but this is bad even for me! 🙄

@HarryPottersSecretSister I'm due between the 13th and 15th so I think I'm about 8dpo but I'm not 100% sure

@HarryPottersSecretSister hopefully I'll get a BFP closer to my AF date but I'm not holding my breath! It's good to know that you've had a BFN and then a BFP though! Gives me a bit of hope xx

I'm due AF TOMORROW 😱 so I will do another and see what the outcome is 🙄 if I get a negative tomorrow with a first response test do you think I'm not? 💕

@MrsMarsden19 if it says negative and AF doesn't show after a few days I'd ring the doctor just to make sure!

I welled up at the chase.... because the woman won £70k on her own....

@Peachyx2505 to get the BFP I used first response and BFN morning after with the same test! and sainsburys BFN foreverrrrr!!!! So I'll do a first response with fmu tomorrow and see how it goes! 🤞🥰

@MrsMarsden19 I don't want to upset u but these were the test results I got on 24th & 25th December

Posted that last msg too early, sorry.

They looked like BFPs to me plus I had SO many symptoms, but from 25th December onwards I started testing negative. AF arrived on 1at January, a couple of days late. I never went to the doctors to have it confirmed cos there's nothing they could have done anyway, but my GP friend told me she suspected it was a chemical pregnancy.

BTW I just took that photo of them tests there now (I still have them!) so they're dried out & from memory not as pink/dark as they were back at the time

I really hope this isn't what's happening to you thou, but just thought I'd share x

@Elle187 it was cos I didn't say anything to DF on Christmas Eve as it was v faint and tbh I didn't check it within the time frame so I was weary of Evan, but when Christmas day's came up so dark straight away I gave him the best Christmas Day pressie ever... a wet pee stick 😂
And not to drink all over Christmas and NYE then BANG came AF New Year's Day.

But it gave me me hope that I can conceive even thou I start to doubt myself now that they weren't positives 🙈

Hmmm maybe I'll see a doc then although I'm awake still which is a record for me. I have drunk a lot of caffeine today though to compensate a little.
