Bfp or AF due 14th feb!!

so hoping this month is lucky and we Valentine's Day brings us bfp's. Using opks and hoping for a static this month as opposed to last momth which was a nightmare.

@birdhaswings this will be my 4th month. My first month was the worst because I had convinced myself I was and af came late. I thought I knew my own body but I clearly don't. Last month I never got a static and dtd every other day from cd17. now I'm worrying thinking maybe there is something wrong with me!?
I temp too but my temps fluctuate so much I'm sure I'm doing it wrong. I'm using clear blue opks this month again but will start testing early.

Been cramping today and yesterday. Anyone get that before ovulation? Xx

I sometimes get cramping or pain around what I assume is ovulation. The body is such a weird and wonderful thing.

@Gilly2505 that's what I assume it is. My body appears to be dropping back to 29 day cycles since last cycle so hoping to make it easier to pinpoint ovulation. My cycles have been so whacky xx

@Baba11 I'm with you!! Do you get pains, cramping, twinges in your tummy throughout the cycle? I do, that's why I was convinced (especially as AF was late) that I would get BFP. I'm 38 soon and starting to be anxious I also read Luisa Zimmerman blog on conceiving, I take the vitamins she talks about

@BLS1983 @Gilly2505 yes I get the OV pains, they can be quite intense at times - almost like a bad period pain?

I got a lot of twinges and pains first month along with other symptoms but clearly not what I thought they were. So now I don't take any notice.

@BLS1983 heard you can get ovulation pain so that's a good sign.

I didn't even realise you don't ovulate every month. It's crazy this journey

@birdhaswings how long have you been TTC? Is this the first month taking the vitamins Luisa recommends? I have seen these and how many success messages she has got so think I will give them a go. I'm now CD37 with my longest cycle being 31 days but still no BFP or AF. I had the tiniest bit (TMI) of light pink when I wiped yesterday so thought AF would be here this morning... Only a matter of time. I just want to reset and get trying again now!

What vitamins are u lot talking about?

Hi @Kins00 last month was the first month properly. I've been taking the vitamins for 2 months. There's been so many success stories from her blog which is amazing. I totally understand how you feel, welcome AF with open arms and reset the body. Have you always had longer cycles? I didn't used to notice but once you start ttc you seem to be hyper aware of everything that's going on

Sorry AF turned up for you too @birdhaswings but like you said, at least know we can 'reset' and start again. My cycles are normally 32 days, but this cycle was 42! And the one before 36. No idea why they've gone wonky all of a sudden. What about you?

@Kins00 I hope you get a resolution soon, one way or another! Obviously hoping for a BFP for you but I know how I was feeling - I was happy once AF turned up that at least I knew what was going on.

I'm just starting cycle 5 of 'properly' TTC. Only taking pre-conception multivits. Up to now I've held off doing OPKs or temping in a bid to avoid getting too obsessed, but I was given a set of the CB digital OPKs last cycle and now I've started, I've got the bug. I think I'll just try cheap ov strips this cycle though and see how I get on. Going to buy a BBT thermometer too and see if the two together give me some idea of what's going on. @Baba11 I hope you get a static this month - I never got one last month either but with hindsight maybe that was because my cycle was unexpectedly long, so I must have ovulated much later than I expected. I stopped testing on CD23 (because I'd run out of tests!) but presumably, given how long my cycle was, I didn't ov until around CD28-29.

I think I’m going to ovulate any day. I have very irregular cycles and was expecting to ovulate around 7th Feb but looking at BBT (first month of doing them) and CM combined, it looks like it’ll happen in the next day or two. I’ve run out of OPKs so trying with just BBT and CM watching this month.
