Hi lovelies
Started actively trying this month so thought it would be nice if anyone wanted a journey buddy.
I’m 35, DH is 42.
Had 2 pregnancies in past (2002,2011) ending in MC
Married now for 9years so yeah looking to start a lil family.
Currently 2dpo and wait is already horrendous and symptom spotting is in place 😂
So tell me all about you and your journey 💋

Maybe... Can't remember having that with any of my other 3 but suppose all pregnancies are different.

When should I test again then? Does it take a few days after IB to get the hgc up or should I just do it tomorrow with fmu? X

@Louise392 yes I use clear blue kits to determine when I'm ovulating from around 3-4 after af.
Try another test In the morning to see xx

@Maddison01 did u do another test ?

Last test on Wednesday, bfn. Still no sign of af. Going to test again tomorrow.

@hopeful31 I will again tomorrow as I did one again this morning but nothing, yet a few days ago I have a faint positive. Still two days to go tho so still hopeful

Think AF has turned up 😞 will have to try again next month x

Hi ttc buddies sounds amazing. I am 26 and trying for my first. My partner already has a child from a precious relationship. I had my implant out on December and I have just finished my first cycle. I didn’t have af when on implant so not sure when I’m ovulating etc. Just enjoying the trying for now.

Welcome @holiday16, try downloading an app like flo/glow to track your cycles.
If your only at month one be prepared to be pregnancy obsessed 😂

@Holiday16 I find the clear blue ovulation kits to be helpful

Well i did a test last night as after having a bit more pinky red blood i stopped the rest of the night and nothing at all today,
got a bfn.

I can only assume that its a weird period,
Wednesday - Brown stringy blood
Thursday - Brown with bits of red
Friday - Nothing then redy pink blood for an hour then nothing
Today - Nothing all gone

Really strange as i have had a lot of symptoms this 2ww and then to have a 2/3 day 'period' is not normal at all for me.

Feel super emotional today all day and had pain again in my right side hip/pelvic area.

@Louise392 that's all very unusual. Are you under any unusual stress at the moment. Sometimes can make my af a little strange. But sounds like you could still be in with a chance of a bfp. Maybe wait a week and if nothing phone ur docs and ask for a blood test?

@hopeful31 the only stress I have at the min is ttc lol apart from that no nothing
Suppose it's going to be a wait and see if anything happens in a week or so.

@Hopeful31 I will pick up some opk sticks up I think and give them ago for next month 🤗🤞🏻 And for everyone one else who did make this month. 💕

Mr Lammoshay is pissing me off!
Ok so I started OV on Thu- had sex the wed eve, then yesterday (fri)started sex and he literally was going for ages and I had to finish him off orally, ok not a problem but then I’ve asked him twice today and he said he isn’t in the right headspace today.
I feel really cross at him and know I’m prob being selfish but I want to get pregnant! And I know I OV’d early last month so I’m more eager to do the deed the first 3 days.
Might just chuck in the towel this month- just had a little cry and now I’m gonna put my big girl pants on x

Update- deed is done 😂
Told hubs how I felt and he understood and apologised as I explained properly, just me being super sensitive 🙈

Ahh @Lammoshay what an emotional day u had!! This ttc is not easy. At least the dh understood the importance once u explained it all.

Now 3 of my friends r pregnant. It's not easy even tho I'm so so happy for them.

Why is there not classes in school in ttc instead of contraception lol

I think I don’t have much of that feeling tho as I’m quite new to ttc, but I can imagine how hard it can be watching other get there baby dust :(
And I agree as ttc is not only hard work but emotionally challenging. Xx

Have not tested since last Friday and i am not going to either, cant deal with the stress of negatives all the time, still spotting off and on every day with browny pink but only when i wipe, cant understand what is going on.

Had some cramps today felt like ovulation pains, app says fertile window is 6th onwards, i am so confused.

How are things going for you @Lammoshay?

Yeah ok this end- OV tests still faint, no CM to report and due to actually OV tomorrow but still getting jiggy with it- poor hubs is worn out haha x

No not at all, periods are usually pretty heavy for a few days and last 4 days then gone that's why the spotting and 3 day strange blood period is not normal at all for me

Hubby has expressed he feels a little pressured about having sex at certain times:(
He just wants to see what happens and enjoy it which I understand but he doesn’t get that we have a short window no matter how many times i explain.
Just had a little cry and he just doesn’t get it at all. :(
