Hi lovelies
Started actively trying this month so thought it would be nice if anyone wanted a journey buddy.
I’m 35, DH is 42.
Had 2 pregnancies in past (2002,2011) ending in MC
Married now for 9years so yeah looking to start a lil family.
Currently 2dpo and wait is already horrendous and symptom spotting is in place 😂

Did a test this morning and BFN. I’m okay though. I’d rather know!! Wishing everyone else luck this month and onwards and upwards for next month!

Afternoon all. I'm still annoyed as period is heavy and horrible. Seeing babies and pregnant women everywhere and need to calm down.

@Lammoshay hope you do have positive news @CrossedToTheDarkSide sorry to hear! Could it be too early to test still?

@hopeful31 my DH doesn't know either. So glad I found this site. He thinks I'm overthinking it but it's much easier to say when it's not your body! He has been amazing but can't relate like you ladies can

I did a test this morning. Bfn. 😭 I'm still cramping. 2 of my friends r currently pregnant and told me that they got their cramps as normal so they didn't expect their bfp. So I'm hopeful yet.

I don't think anyone understands unless they r trying and having some difficulty. Everyone just says don't overthink it but it's impossible.

Back to work today after a good Christmas break so I'm hoping that it takes my mind off it all a little!

I'm CD20 and feel totally normal so not expecting anything. This is only month 1 and it's put me on edge a bit and taken up way more brain space than I'd like, I can see how it takes over people's lives once you've been trying a long time.

Hope you’re having a nice eve, I have not been off the toilet again tonight- after I ate I got cramps and stomach ache but nothing comes out when I’m on the loo (sorry if tmi).

I'm tired, acne break out, which I never get, and my boobs feel huge. Due this Friday so I might test Wednesday or Thursday.
Have u tested again?

I keep holding onto the fact that AF still hasn’t come and have weird CM more like EWCM around ovulation which is not normal before AF (sorry way TMI, but that is to be expected on this thread )
Trying to just enjoy the rest of my holiday and pray AF doesn’t show up at a really annoying time!! Would be just my luck.

No it’s odd as i was constipated when ovulating but now the last 2 days of an evening I feel I need to go (loosely) but when I try nothing but cramping.
No other signs tho and everything seems normal.
Haven’t tested yet as still only early after OV so it wouldn’t show anything anyway- was going to wait till around thu/fri to test x

@hopeful crikes if I was due on AF Fri I would be testing everyday so well done for the willpower of not testing every 2 mins 😂😂😂💋💋💋

This is my first month properly ttc, AF is due in 2 days on Thurs, 13 dpo at mo. So far I have held off from testing! Maybe tomorrow is the day to test? Bit scared tho
I know what you all mean about it being on your mind a lot! And I can't help symptom spotting, my boobs have getting more sore and tingly since dpo7 and that's not usual for me, but who knows could just be a random pms symptom!

Ok day here, I’ve just bought a basal thermo also @mass22.
I tested this morn and BFN, I genuinely don’t feel it’s happened this month but it ain’t over till AF is here .
How are you feeling today hopeful x

Still no AF for me and all signs of AF have vanished! So bit confused. Not that I’m complaining. Still having more CM which I am trying not to take as a positive but have read can be a sign of pregnancy. Will wait another week or so and test again I think!!

I dono, I'm feeling a little strange. On min I think yes this is the month. And the next I think no way. I'm totally exhausted. Fell asleep at 815 and just awake at 1140pm! Feeling very nauseous, have tingling in my legs( for the last few nights) my cm is slightly yellow. I have no idea what's going on x

I did a test this morning and was so shocked when two lines appeared!!! BFP It's still sinking in!!
There weren't many symptoms really only slightly sore boobs and jus yesterday started feeling a bit funny.
Still hopeful for those of of you that may have tested too early!
@lammoshay are you only 5dpo? It's very unlikely that implantation will have happened, so you won't feel any different yet! Fingers crossed for you

Hi everyone,

Its so good to read up on everyone else in the same situation, and helps to take my mind off my own! We've been TTC for 15 months now (after coming off the pill which I had been taking for 15 years), currently on cycle 11, with a regularly alternating pattern of cycles which seem to switch from 32 days to 42 days almost consistently.

Im on CD 22, although I should assume that this month will be a 42 day cycle, so still have a lot of waiting ahead. My ovia app is set for 32 day cycle, in which I would have just passed my FW, however on the assumption it could be 42 days, then this week could also be FW..we have BD every day this cycle (I know some recommend every other day, but we'll see how it goes and maybe test and adjust next time).

Fingers crossed for everyone testing soon, will be keeping an eye out on here, and seeing others finally getting the good news inspires hope that BFP will eventually happen!

Looking forward to keeping up to date with updates, and trying to avoid symptom spotting, but its so hard isn't it?!
