Hi lovelies
Started actively trying this month so thought it would be nice if anyone wanted a journey buddy.
I’m 35, DH is 42.
Had 2 pregnancies in past (2002,2011) ending in MC
Married now for 9years so yeah looking to start a lil family.
Currently 2dpo and wait is already horrendous and symptom spotting is in place 😂
So tell me all about you and your journey 💋

Ooh not long for you then @Lammoshay, I started opk this morning it had a strong test line and a faint other line, says that is a negative until it's as strong as the test line or stronger is that right?

Yes the other lines needs to be as strong as or darker than the test line.
I’m having cramping tonight which is not like me at all. X

I have two beautiful kids already so feel like a bloody selfish cow for wanting more. DD is almost 15, I feel pregnant with her accidentally when I was young. Found motherhood and being a single parent really hard and swore no more babies. Met DH in 2012 and we spent a couple of years not ‘not trying’ then I found out I was pregnant with DS who is now almost 17m. When he was about 5 minutes old I just knew I didn’t want him to be my last. We’ve had a really tough year, DH has been seriously ill and for a while said he didn’t want any more in case he wasn’t around. At Christmas he agreed we should start trying. Feels so weird to be a mum of two but this is my first time actively trying. AF due on Wed ish. Trying not to think about it too much...

I’m back to feeling normal-
No more cramps, reckon I’m out but I swear next month I’m gonna make hubby sweat 😂😂😂😂😂

@Lammoshay it's not over till af shows her face. Loads of people have no cramps. Hoping u get ur bfp.
@Shewhojuggles Good luck. Ttc really is an emotional rollercoaster.
Finally feeling better so will be dtd from today on. Might actually get to try the pre seed lube. I'm in my fertile window but not due to ovulate until the 10th so hope I'm still in with a good enough chance this month. It's really all I want. I can't think of anything else. People say don't get obsessed. But how on earth can u not get obsessed when all u see are newborns and pregnant women

Also started using fertility friend app and paid for the upgrade. It's so accurate and worth it

Hi @Shewhojuggles I am ttc #4 and its so much harder than the first three, like you i had DS young who is 16 in a couple of weeks, middle DS is nearly 14 and DD is 6, i feel bad for her that she has no playmates as she has 2 older brothers and all they want to do is play xbox so she is like an only child, one of the reasons we want to have another for her :)

Ive been doing OPK's for the past few days and they have faint lines, this mornings was a bit darker so must be heading in the right direction and i have a lot of EWCM today so we are dtd every other day.

I totally get that @louise392. My eldest begged for a sibling for years. How do you find time to dtd every other day with three? That is amazing!

@shewhojuggles it's a struggle I tell you, knackered most nights but it's a quick in and out lol get the job done haha! It best work this month.

These apps are confusing me though as earlier the glow app said I'm in fertile week ovulation in 3 days, now it's changed to tomorrow as the first day and ovulation day next Saturday :/ the ovia app says weds to Monday next week.
Going to make sure I do opks and they will give me a defo.

Ladies need your advice.
Just wiped and had the faintest of pink on the tissue- possible implantation.

Although last month the same happened to me and I was sure that it was implantation. But I've my fingers crossed for u x

I hope you are well? I hope you don't mind if I jump on but I need some TTC buddies too :-(

SO I DTD on 20th Jan I miscarried 23/12 (completed and hcg gone 2wks after) so unsure of my DPO etc but i'm guessing I potentially conceived 22nd / 23rd?

anyway I stupidly starting testing last week from the 28th (8 days after) by the 30th I started seeing quite prominent feint lines BUT these lines were on FIRST RESPONSE RAPID RESULTS I've done about 6 of these and lines getting stronger AS WELL AS Clear Blue Faster results - so both tests show up result within a minute.

however... First response and clear blue EARLY "6 days before missed period" are both giving me lines but superrrr feint.

any ideas??? as I feel like i'm going nuts here... Digital is still negative but I mean I technically probably aren't even 14 days yet.

advise advise advise!

They rapids are picking up stronger as they are more sensitive and also if your getting faints on the other then it’s picking up hcg- and I’ve heard of a faulty test but not batches so I’d say fingers crossed your pregnant x

that's what I thought maybe they would be more sensitive as I guess have to be to show quicker.

fingers crossed.... i'm just so nervous after the MMC in December anyone else feel like constantly peeing on a stick is going to make it happen faster?

I'm having cramps and feel hungry today, faint lines on opk still so not quite at ovulation yet.

If I’m pregnant then I will get the shock of my life as don’t have that pregnancy “feeling” if you know what I mean, and feel very normal 🙈

So yesterday I kind of pounced on in a panic - does anyone else find themselves really finding comfort in the internet??? blogs and google = the church of 2019!

so my story....

I'm Dolly ;) I'm 31 and I fell pregnant in November 18' complete surprise and first time unprotected with twins! The loveliest shock of our lives but complete confirmation of how ready we were for it. sadly I miscarried 23/12 .. wow i'm getting emotional writing! I had a v.quick mc happened early hours and had a little spotting a few days after went back for an internal scan 28/12 and all was clear. Dr told me she saw no reason to try again in 4-6 once I had AF.

Desperate to be pregnant again...........

BUT since I've had ZERO sex drive just ZERO in fact we've done it once.. and that once being 20/01 so I have no ideas on dates of ovulation dpo etc etc as I've not been trying so I don't really know much about it! however on 29/12 my feint lines started and were getting stronger up until sunday. Then yesterday they seem a bit more faded and still negative on the old CB Digi ... this morning I've just had bright red blood when I wipe and a little pressure cramping .... so I think something may have started but isn't going to continue....

and that's my story ...

Dolly I completely agree, there is stuff I feel OK saying on here but not to my closest friends because;

A. I don't want them to keep asking am I pregnant yet.
B. Once close friend trying for 4 years, going for IVF later this year when they save enough money.
C. Other close friend has been trying for months now and still nothing.

I don't want to feel like I am rubbing their face in it!

Dolly how are you feeling after the MC? It may take a few more weeks for you to get your sex drive back unfortunately. Hopefully this is your month though.

My temp arrived yesterday, so when is best to start temping? AF due on the 14th so past ovulation now.

its crazy isn't it? I almost feel like they don't quite understand either? and you kinda feel pressured once people do know you're trying like i'm letting them down or I'm almost failing??

I feel ok chic... still a bit in shock like I still feel "did that happen?!" sometimes I get upset or I think i'm ok and then I talk about it and start getting upset I just never imagined such grief?

Tissue is still RED when I wipe yet I've had a pad in for 2 hours and it has (sorry for the use of word) but almost like a red skidmark and that's it? I just feel so confused... :-(

I'm totally new to all this so I have no idea about temps, best days etc etc but totally here if you need to vent

btw I meant feint lines have been showing since 29/01

these are my lines all on rapids from Thurs - sun (the ones before are super feint and cant find pic!)

today they still aren't any darker and still negative on digi anddd now light bleeding as per my above :-(
