The dreaded 2ww

Just wondering if there is anyone else who is now waiting the two weeks before testing. I had positive ovulation test on 27th this month so just a waiting game now :( only managed to dtd on 25th and 27th so hoping that will have kept me covered

I’m waiting too.
We weren’t actively trying, but I log my cycles like clockwork as we use natural family planning.
We are usually very on top of using condoms during my fertile window, but we didn’t on 26th Dec. Checked my app the next day and saw that 26th was my predicted ovulation day.
So it’s a game of Period Bingo for me this month too!
We’ve been discussing trying for baby no3 in the New Year anyway, so this would just be a little sooner than expected! A welcome surprise

I'm also in the TWW it's my 3rd cycle I'm not sure on my ovulation day asI've only been using a app so far but AF is due on the 10th so fingers crossed for BFP all round

@MyBreadIsEggy well that is exciting then! Especially if yous have been discussing it then it would be a nice surprise 😊 this is only me second cycle off the pill so early days but I think my cycle is back to normal already well so I am hoping!

I'm in just in tww. 2dpo I think, just waiting for ff to confirm o date. I'm going to wait this month to test on the 12th. 2 days after AF due. Last month I tested early and had positives before AF turned up. Don't want to go through that again.

I'm in the 2ww too, this is my first proper cycle after miscarriage. Trying to take my mind off it all but it's impossible

My predicted ovulation was 25th but only on my first cycle after stopping my pill in November.
Before we started ttc I was going to be chilled about it but that's gone out of the window haha this 2ww is hard even though I know it's unlikely I will get a positive!

I’m with you - my +ve ovulation test was Sat 22nd, so trying to hold out til Wednesday to test xx

I'll join. Ovulate 24th (I think), so currently 5dpo, 1st cycle TTC No. 2. I was lucky enough to catch on the first cycle with No. 1, so fingers crossed for a repeat.

I've got a weekend away that I booked before deciding to start TTC (first since No. 1 was born), so will be testing on the 4th before I go.

Cycle buddy! My positive OPK was 27 Dec too, when are you going to test?

I am the same @Hunny85 I thought I would be completely chilled but I have been the opposite! I came off my pill in November too and started using ovulation strip tests straight away and got positive on 27th dec but il not hold my breath 🙈

@fortheloveofscience I'd love to hold out but I know I won't I'll probably test 5th Jan wbu?

Cycle buddies with foreverbubblegum ovulated on 24th so now 6dpo. Also on cycle 1 ttc #2 I feel like the 2ww is going soooooo slow.

I wish I was further along the wait is awful :( I'm dreading getting AF and having to start all over againnn

Hi ladies - I’m in the 2ww too! It’s going to be so hard not to start testing grin.

I very sadly had a late miscarriage about ten weeks ago and hadn’t ovulated since... then suddenly on the 27th I got a positive OPK. It was still positive on the 28th then negative on the 29th. So I’m guessing I ovulated on the 29th?

We dtd on the 27th, 28th and 29th so but I’m not holding out hopes as my body is still most likely in recovery... but still you can’t help but wish!

I’m also in the 2WW, 4DPO I think. This is cycle 4 for me trying for #2. My cycles are a bit irregular in length so who knows. If I conceive this cycle, baby is likely to have same due date as DS.

Probably clutching at straws and imagining things, but could being insanely thirsty a sign of BFP to come?
Usually I don’t drink anywhere near enough water - I don’t ever feel massively thirsty. But this week I’ve been drinking like a fish

Hey everyone. Positive OPK on 26th but peaked on 27th. DTD on 26th only and 23rd (think that was too early to catch ovulation tho) app predicts ovulation was on 27th. So fingers crossed. Which means I'm 3dpo I think..

I'm 4dpo (I think) and have been struck down by a cold caught from my toddler. Am feeling shattered and know it's the cold but keep thinking 'is it implantation exhaustion..?' 😂🙄. Need to distract myself!!

MollyFaith00 how old is your first? Mine is 15months and still BF at night so perhaps why my cycles are a little out of sync.

I’m dog sick today, no idea why, too early to POAS I think at 6DPO.

I'm now 5dpo, FF confirmed it on day 3, my temps are on a downward trend though, so not feeling lucky

Just want to hurry the week through, ff says I can test on the 9th.

I’ve got 2 toddlers that just won’t quit should keep the week running quickly!

Anyone else who has DC already, did you get early BFPs with those pregnancies?
I tested at the earliest opportunity with both previous pregnancies and came up negative every time until I finally got BFPs at about 5 weeks pregnant.
Don’t know whether to just wait until after my period is due to test and save myself all the uncertainty again

@Frillyfarmer @MyBreadIsEggy sorry you're both feeling ropey too - so much illness going round 🙄!

@Frillyfarmer My little one is 2 years and 10 months - can't believe where the time has gone! I'm sure BF still keeps your cycle a bit loopy. BF didn't work out for us (😭) so I expressed until she was 10 weeks or so then moved to formula. Well done on BF for so long - it always impresses me!!!!

@MyBreadIsEggy I got my BFPs with both of my pregnancy's pretty early - about 6 days before period due using FRER. So at 9dpo.
This time I am going to TRY and wait. We are going away for a few days tomorrow and I was thinking I wouldn't take any tests with me. That would mean I can't test until the 8th when I will be about 11dpo. Both times I 'knew' I was pregnant by the time I tested - so if I'm not feeling anything by 11dpo then I will assume am out of luck for this month!
