Anyone else fresh off the pill!?

Hi ladies!
As my DH and i habe decided to TTC I took the last pill in my packet on 17th December and had my breakthrough bleed start on the 22nd and end on the 26th. Now the wait begins to see whether my cycle snaps back to normal and of course whether I concieve! I had been on microgynon for circa 3 years.

Is anyone else in a similar position and entering 2019 pill free!? I thought this would be a good place to track and share our experiences as they happen!

@Abi58 thankyou 😘 do u think that line is ok for 13dpo? Your's looked so much darker at 13dpo.
Here we go with the worrying already 🤦🏼‍♀️.
Meant to add to the symptoms that I'm feeling very warm, been having hot flushed since yesterday.

@DaniX91 don't try to compare as we may have implanted at different times and everyone's hcg levels rise differently (when I had my bloods done mine were doubling every 1.3 days which is a lot it's meant to double every 2-3 so again can cause a difference) not to mention the dye difference in the tests. You ARE pregnant congratulations!!! 💕

@DaniX91 I know! But you'll be fine 💕 not heard anything about that? Nhs has an advice page on what you can and can't eat.

I think it's only unpasteurised to avoid so green top should be fine!

So I'm takin Seven Seas trying for a baby atm, should I just carry on with them or get some vitamins specifically for pregnancy?

I'm no expert but I took my conception ones (boots own) for about a week after finding out then stopped. I'm on food accord high dose anyway so carrying on with that. And getting the boot pregnancy ones hopefully today if they're in stock ☺️

Dr only advised the folic acid so rest isn't necessary I want it as it has things to hopefully help morning sickness and tiredness

That sounds good I've got the boots ones now :)
I am yes waves of nausea not been sick (yet)
I've bought sea bands from amazon meant to help stop morning and see sickness. Less than £7 and seem to be doing the trick when I wear them I'm noticeably less nauseous 😁🤞🏻

No I don't feel sick but I'm very hot and my head is pounding. Also seem to be getting veiny boobs, sooo attractive 😂

@DaniX91 definitely worth looking at if you get nauseous!
I'm with you there mine look veiny with spots on and also slightly bigger (nipples seem plumper too 🙈)

I bought the seven seas trying for a baby today as I have heard good reports so I’ll see if that works for me - into Cycle 7 now!

Evening ladies Smile hope you have had a nice weekend! Mine has been quite exciting....

I have been feeling really tired and sick all of a sudden this week. I thought it was just a combination of a stomach bug/recovering from a boozy time away with friends last weekend! But then I haven't had a period for a while... my last cycle was 57 days and I was starting to get past that point for this cycle. So I decided to take a test yesterday morning and......

it was a BFP! Grin

I am still a bit in shock! No idea when I ovulated but according to my last period dates I am about 8 weeks pregnant!

@whatsthecraic91.. im fine. Had my first AF the beginning of may after stopping the pill in December and im still waiting for my 2nd one to arrive! Have no idea whats happening with my body im feeling really down about it. So happy for everyone else and their bfps but just feeling like its never gonna happen for me. How are you xx

@Beddie11 I’m sure that’s really stressful, have you been to the doctors?

I’ve been lucky that my cycles have been regular since and have completely settled now to 28-30 days, but I am really disheartened this month as I was so sure it was going to happen! This is cycle 7 for me now. I’m so happy for everyone who has got their BFP it gives us all hope 🙏🏼
