Awh bless your DS @Scarletrose18, toddlers tantrum all the time! Anyone who judges clearly hasn't spent time around kids. 🙄 I'm sure you're raising your DS to be a wonderful little boy, he certainly sounds like he is! Its great that he can be so independent already.
My DD is a bit rubbish at tantruming, she lies on the floor but makes sure to do it slowly so that she doesn't bump her head. Then she just sticks out her lip and pouts, or does little 'pretending to cry' sobs. We've got her well figured out, the little madam. 😂

Sorry to hear you've got a sore tummy, hopefully that just eases off with a good nights sleep so you're ready for more baby-making in the morning!

Ooh for pizza, I scoffed a BBQ one earlier. I added a tonne of extra peppers and sweetcorn to it too, it was yum. 🍕

My DD often skips naps, she did today because we had her cousin and my SIL round to play today so she got over-excited. I'd prefer it if she didn't and she just stuck to her routine but it can't be helped!

Speaking of our kids, I had a little soppy cry before. I was watching my little girl dance all around the living room, holding hands with me and her daddy and squealing and laughing and being so happy, and it suddenly hit me that she won't be like that forever. One day I'll miss her being my little toddler. Shes just so perfect to us right now that the thought of her changing in any way just sets me off. I know shes going to just get more amazing as she grows but I so want her to stay tiny forever. 💔

God I think the hormones are kicking in...

@PastaSauceHoarder aww your dd sounds so cute when she pretends to cry. Aww bless you getting all hormonal, 💐 i was the same when I was pregnant with ds, I literally cried at adverts!! No idea what I’d be like now with ds growing so quickly lol It’s crazy when you look back at photos of them as newborn isn’t it and think god look at them now! Ooo the pizza you had sounds yummy, I love bbq. Ds went to sleep 7pm and asked to be in with em and dh at 10pm but to be fair he hadn’t seen his daddy. He didn’t fully wake and went straight back to sleep imbetween me and dh and slept until 6am. Breakfast was all finished by 7am. Last night was lovely as I had an evening. I much prefer this to his late nights even if it does mean an earlier start I’m a lark anyway!

@Scarletrose18 hi! Yes I had a darker line but not positive yday morn then I tested about 7 when I'm from work last night and it was a positive (equal to test line)! Then This morning the line was darker than the test line so I would say that's my positive too... I put both days down as + on Ovia app? What do u think?
Anyway DTD yday and day before and will aim for tonight too but it might not happen- will that be enough if not lol. It depends on when DH is back from work tbh!

@Mfbroome haha it worked for @pasta so me and @scarlet thought we have nothing to lose 🤣 yay for your +opk get DTD if you can but sounds like you’ve already done it a lot and are in with a really good chance! I know what you mean about trying to keep it casual but it’s hard isn’t it! I’ve been feeling abit more relaxed his cycle because I figured can only but try and can’t control the outcome as much as I’d like to! Aww the bond between your little ones sounds lovely, I’d absolutely love a sibling for ds, I think the thing that would upset me the most would be if we can’t give him one because he deserves a little brother or sister so much. For them to be not too far apart in age would be lovely too.

Yes it's hard to keep it casual isn't it when you know u have a window of opportunity 🙈🙈🙈🙈 I feel like we are the same this cycle in the way we're trying to relax about it. Your right it is what it is there's no point in forcing it is there, I'm interestingly enjoying learning more about my cycle and my body and symptoms etc. I was explain stuff to a friend the other day and she was like what the! There's so much to know! I was like yeah if u want to become obsessed 😂😂😂

@Mfbroome haha I’m supervising ds destroy the living room while I try fold some laundry, we went to toddler group this morning then took a long walk and back for lunch. We have Alexa too and couple of those special light bulbs and wants the heating thingy too, i think dh is slowly attempting to make the whole house remote control and voice activation 🤣 he still looks at like for switching the lamp off manually!
Oh yeah people don’t get it, I didn’t used to either mind. Since ttc dc2 I’ve learnt so much I never knew before. It’s crazy to be in my early thirties and still learning every day! Oh and obsession is what we do best on here lol.
I’m on cd12 today and hoping for +opk in the coming days 🤞🏻✨✨✨✨

Well did your livingroom get totaly wrecked @coco? Lol. I was at work, not long home, have a cold flip sake, so anoying when iv just gotton over that other bug. Ds has it too. Aww well just something u cant avoid in winter I suppose. I think your age gap will be lovely as your ds will be old enough to go and get nappies etc and help out. Aww your hormones! I remember crying at the tiniest things too... you feel so silly but its good, means you have lots of horrormones at work! Lol. I feel a bit strange when I imagine ds not being an only child and having to split my attention with another, although our dc1's will prob love having siblings, and its just us mums that it effects lol.

I got a positive one on Monday night (cd14) and dtd that night and few days before then yesterday morning my opk was far darker (which im counting as ovulation day) but i didnt feel well and so didnt dtd yesterday. I woke up with a cold this morning but managed to dtd this morning before work and then legs in the air after 🤣😂 so yes I think what we have both done so far is plenty (although if u get the chance to dtd tonight as well then go for it to be sure. Lol)

I feel positive this month, although I always feel positive until I get my bfn. But hoping even if I dont get bfp at least my cycle should be 28/29 days due to ovulation being back on time 😊

this is my first cycle where I have actually pin pointed opk and dtd the right times! I'm going to be super annoyed if I get a BNF 😂 and will leave it next cycle as I'm away anyway

@scarletrose18 Haha it wasn’t too bad just the usual organised chaos 😂. I have to say after our conversation yesterday about toddler tantrums my ds had an epic one today, we were out walking after lunch and he wanted to go across the road when cars were coming, just as well for his reins but he doesn’t like being told where to go and I ended up taking him back home and had to carry him all way back with him arching his back going nuts, lol I wanted the ground to swallow me up and ran into several neighbours on our way back! Typical lol
opks just the same as yesterday and still afew symptoms so hopefully it’ll happen on time this cycle. I’m only cd12 today though I suppose. How are you? How was work?

Hi guys sorry not been on for ages- we've got Alexa and hive for the heating and lights (we had the Christmas lights in it too when the tree was up) now it is just the pendant and floor lights in the kitchen! DH wants to get the same for the room they're dimmer one's where you can have them set to warm which is orange or ice white which is blueish and a few other settings but you can also have them full or 60% or 30% depending how light you want it to be.

@Cocobana when they drop there naps tends to be when they go to bed on time as they know now that they're tired!

We still have occasional tantrums as she likes things to be a certain way she's proper pedantic but she knows that tantrums don't get her what she wants so we don't have that many and coz she talks well now she can tell us what she wants and she can understand when we explain things to her - she's really cuddly too and not sure why but she always has to kiss people twice once on each cheek like in Europe!!

@PastaSauceHoarder - sounds like things are processing well are you still going to get an early scan?

Oh no, little rascal lol. Ds has reins too, but he knows when hes on them now and will protest sometimes... i wonder is it a boy thing? Lol. He also thinks he knows better where hes to go and has started sitting down when he doesnt get his own way. I dont know about terrible twos but my ds is defo having terrible one and a halfs lol Really hoping he grows out of it soon lol. You will be getting your +opk any day now @coco🙂 Which is good that it will ne at weekend so your dh should be around and free for dtd on demand 🙂

I feel another positive coming for our group this cycle guys. What do you think? We cant leave pasta all alone. 🙂
