@flapjackered I'm gonna give it til Tuesday (10dpo) and if there's no spotting by then, I'm testing!
I usually spot 2-3 days before AF so will see. Xxx

@SullyWifey That’s exactly what my boobs are like at the moment, they were sore to sleep on last night. So fingers crossed for you!!

@SullyWifey the giveaway for me when I got pg was sore boobs.

How's everyone's weekend been?

We've had an Ikea weekend, getting our house in order - moved recently and it's a mess! But looking a lot better now

On the ttc front I've no clue what's going on after the MC so I'm going to concentrate on organising the kitchen cupboards for now

@GemmaJen we’re in the same boat - trying to get a new fence sorted and new kitchen fitted, as well as redecorating - IKEA is our second home!! Just keep telling yourself it will be all worth it when it’s done! I find home improvements are a nice TTC distraction too :)

I just had a crazy TTC lady moment.

I wanted to do a quick OPK test before my shower to see if I should drag my DP up for an early night tonight and dropped the glass rameken I keep under the sink for tests (which I wash between uses, don't worry). Thankfully it smashed before I used it, but I still had to explain what I was doing to a bemused and concerned DP who came running in thinking I'd smashed the mirror or something 🙈

Anyway, lh surge is still there, I think! Hoping the success of sunshine1987 CookieWaffle and MrsEG rubs off on me!!

@cupcakesandglitter thank you! I can’t quite believe it yet! I only went to the toilet an hour ago before that. I tested on Thursday and it was a BFN. I need to get another test tomorrow xx

@Sric1994 omg I'm guessing a FRER with FMU will be a much darker line for you then!! Xx

@cupcakesandglitter this was an FRER. Given that it was so late at night, I’ve been drinking and only went to the toilet an hour earlier at the most, I’m sure it should be darker if I test in the morning. However I have no tests left 😂xx

@gemmajen @MrsEG we have just moved house too! Just ordered a new bed and mattress, haven't got round to Ikea yet but it'll definitely be on the agenda for storage!

Well, I'm miffed because I ordered some FRERS yesterday thinking this could be my month, but then just now I googled the chances of conception on the day of the temp rise (the only time we DTD this cycle) and everything says it's too late and the egg will have already gone :-(

8dpo and was gonna test sometime this week as I am due AF tomorrow and haven't had any spotting yet when I usually get about 3 days worth! Although I think flo is lying about my due date as it shortened my cycle from 28 days to 23 based on me ovulating early.

@Crossfitgirl are you sure you're right about ovulating early? Have you been temping this cycle? If so maybe post your chart and we can try and work it out.

Sorry I've been on such a downer the last few days. Genuinely overwhelmed by last week's news and the fact that I've been infertile until now. And that I'm only fertile for a limited time.

Tentatively hopeful. But scared.

I think it's unmistakable this cycle - got a really good chart! To say it's normally cd17 or 18 is crazy! I hardly got any ov pains or anything either so didn't see it coming. Xx

Sorry @ValidUser I had to check back on the news. Sounds like you've been through alot. Sounds like you had answers though and an action plan (I love an action plan). I'm so glad that you know what's up now and know what to do, it's horrible not knowing what's wrong or why something's not working. Keeping my fingers crossed for you xxx

@Crossfitgirl it does look like it doesn't it, you never know though, so don't lose hope. If you didn't catch it this cycle at least it won't be too long before you're on to the next one as you ovulated earlier and you can try again.

@ValidUser I am not surprised, it must be so difficult to process, there is still lots of hope though. As hard as it is just try and stay positive and look after yourself. We're here if you ever need support. ❤️

@ValidUser I’m not surprised at all, it must be tough news to get your head around especially for something you want so badly! Try and stay hopeful - at least you have your answer now. I have everything crossed for you!

@flapjackered true, well - all I can do is wait it out! Are we 9dpo today? I've lost count! Thought it was 8 but actually think it must be 9 now!

@validuser it's a pleasure to have you on here, I'm glad you've found support from us. It's awful to think fertility is in any way compromised, but everything now points to a Christmas BFP for you - an unblocked tube and increased chances this month like they said... just get DTD got all my fingers and toes crossed! Xx

My temp went down slightly today, I know it doesn't mean much but I am feeling slightly less positive about this cycle now. I did have a real feeling we had done it this cycle but suddenly today I don't think we have. I just want to know now!

@ValidUser I'm so sorry for your news, I cant begin to imagine how you must be feeling and it's totally understandable. I hope that you are on the right track now for the support you need. Fingers crossed for you 🤞

@GemmaJen I love going Ikea even if I only come out with candles 😂. This is my first cycle after a miscarriage and I've not a clue whats going on. Trying to see it as a positive new challenge if that makes sense.

I got my first positive reading on my OPKs yesterday, I am going to test again this morning around 10:30 to see if the surge is still there. As this is the first time using OPKs i'm not actually sure when that means I will ovulate. Will it be in the next day or so or when I start to get negative results again? I'm new to tracking my ovulation 😫
