@fivexfive haha frillies! Love it 😂 I might do the same to be honest. I didn't do OPKs this month but I still temped... but having December off completely and just doing it when we feel like it sounds quite nice.
Are you all set for Christmas?
What cycle are you on at the mo?

And thanks for asking lovely, work is not going too bad - I interviewed for another management post last week that I was a but pushed into, but I still got the job. I told work I was stressed and only wanted to take it if I was supported, and they've been great. I'm doing an 8 week mindfulness course in works time starting next week, which I'm really looking forward to (thought it may help with TTC as well!) and my manager has agreed to increase my supervision to make sure I'm managing ok. Pretty pleased with that!

I'm a bit hungover today lol

@crossfitgirl don't know how work will be able to support me. One of the company directors is a bully. Came in the other day and pretty much shouted in my face that I was being insubordinate and shouldn't be interfering with the company or business when I'm not on shift and gave me my first and final warning! All i done was follow the instrucion of a differwnt dirwctor and not him! It was then I clicked that I was only in to cover sickness last minute that day so technically shouldn't have been there. I left and went to docs. Found out yesterday that he has been in since and has rearranged loads and binned loads. Potentially some of my personal belongings!!
Plan is to find a new job while I'm off sick

@Crossfitgirl, that sounds great about the job! Hope it goes well, if it does then the step up should be an awesome thing for you :) Well done!
I'm on cycle 4 of properly trying, cycle 8 of being off the pill.
Not completely set for Christmas yet. We've got our tree etc all ready and we're hosting dh's family on the day which should be good. A bit worried about how my mum will cope this year, as my nan went into a care hom this year and can't really come for lunch. It'll be the first one ever! Her and my dad will go to see her on the day, but it's not the same :( Also need to start Christmas shopping, which actually starts today!!

@Rachael321, oh god that sounds awful! I'll never understand how people like that get on in life... Definitely get job hunting, you don't need or deserve that shite! I used Reed for job hunting, found it easy to search and apply for lots in one go. Good luck xxx

@fivexfive it's a step sideways rather than a step up, but thank you! It's only til March then I can go back to my nice stress free old job lol. Oh you're about the same as me in terms of cycles and time properly trying! Aw that's sad about your nan, at least she will still be with family on the day, it's not the same though is it.

We have just been to our new house to measure up, I'm so excited now!! Hopefully loving next Friday! I know some of you moved recently @cupcakesandglitter is it you? I'm wondering - how long do you usually get between exchange of contracts and completion? If we do complete on Friday it's only going to be a day or two if that by the looks of it!

@delilah7 I was born the day after my mum's birthday, and at 1 in the morning! I always tell her I was obviously her best birthday present ever 😂 I just wasn't punctual enough to arrive an hour sooner!

I'm on CD23 and due AF next sat! Feeling relaxed. Started Xmas shopping online this afternoon and had a glass of fizz! Not going to test unless AF is late!

@MrsC87 plan wise I have cards that say how would you like to be promoted to .... - give them to them on Xmas day. Want to tell my brother but means I'd have to tell my sister and I don't want her shitty input!

@MrsC87 that'll be what stops you Hun... I hate saying it because when people said it to me it pissed me off. But relax abit more about it. That doesn't mean don't pee on a stick all the or whatever it just means don't put a date on when you want to be or need to be pregnant by. Puts a lot of pressure on yourself hun! Xxx

I know you're right @Delilah7, I'm so impatient lol. I think Xmas in itself will help as I'll have something else to think about. Plus I'm going to eat and drink what I like xx

Does anyone else ovulate two days after peak OPK? I got peak yesterday afternoon, but temp didn't drop today and I am not feeling the usual twinges. This happened a few times before when I ovulated two days after. I know it can take up to 48 hours but I feel like I'm the only one to whom it happens.

All you ladies seen so organised with Christmas! We put tree up on the 1st December and then I start thinking about presents, even then I'm running round getting things the week of!

DH is away now until next Saturday, which will be a couple days into my fw. Im hoping the time apart will mean he wants extra cuddles when he's back soo extra baby dancing! TRYING to be relaxed about it, but I mean...how?!! It's all I bloody think about.

Ps: is it super mental that I have muted a lot of mums on my Facebook who are constantly posting pictures of their babies...I just can't cope with it all in my face at the moment!
