@MrsC87 seeds, nuts, leafy green veg and broccoli/cauliflower, healthy fats, and anything with protein are what my nutritionist reccomended. Cutting down to very little dairy, eating lots of protein and veg and general weight loss seem to have helped my cycles regulate. As others have said, sweet potatoes are often reccomended as well. I didn't know they helped male fertiity too, I'll make DH have some! 
Something I've tried this month is pineapple core for 5 days after ovulation, and trying to eat warming foods with ginger, chilli, cinnamon etc. throughout TWW but obviously don't know if thats helped yet!
Congrats @ProseccoBee! I used the clearblue opks this month too, never had much luck with the cheapies so thought I may not be ovulating, but got two days of high fertility then peak!
