Eugh, just found out that a couple I know who got married on the same day as me and DH are expecting! Feel horrible for feeling jealous!

@MrsR16 It's only natural, I'd be the same! Trying for a baby is all consuming!

3dpo here so a while to wait still to know if it's another month of trying!

@FlapJackered Are they hidden yet? lol I don't know whether to test before we go away or not? WWYD? I was going to say the weekend activities will keep my mind off testing but I know it won't - I'll always find time to think about TTC in any given day! I honestly do not think a day has passed since we started ttc where I have not thought about ttc/babies/life as parents in some way.

@MrsR16 Don't feel bad about feeling jealous, it's a natural reaction to someone having something that you so desperately long for. You're allowed to be happy for them and sad or however else you want to feel for yourself. I honestly believe theres only a couple of people I know who could get pregnant right now and I'd actually be genuinely happy for them so you're not alone

@EltzBee Sounds like you're at a similar time in your cycle to FlapJackered and I! Are you good with waiting or do you struggle?

I've got another week before AF is due! I think I ov'd late though, so I'm not expecting this cycle will be any more successful that the previous ones! So frustrating

@Charm23 when we first started trying end of June, I thought I'd be good at waiting and just seeing what happened

In reality I'm not good with the waiting! I just about manage it, last month tested day before AF.

This month will be more challenging as the apps still thinks I'm due on next weekend but I think it would be later. So will probably end up testing next weekend if af hasn't arrived anyway

Just been for a wee and had pink tinged CM... according to Flo, I'm 8dpo but I think I ov'd on 16th, making me 5dpo! Any ideas ladies?

I've been celebrating my one year wedding anniversary so have over indulged in food & drink 😍 also got lots of dtd in 😉
Today starts the fertile week for me so here's to a week of "bonking" 😜🤣

Where is everyone in their cycle? I'm due around the 27th and I can tell this is going to feel like the longest week ever, especially since DH is away for the week!

@MrsR16 could be implantation spotting? I think that can happen from 6dpo onwards. Do you think Flo got your ov date wrong then?

@rj995 I’m on CD19 and due around the 29th I think. Somewhere between 4-6dpo now but have had a busy weekend so haven’t been focusing on it too much. Will be harder to distract myself once I get to work tomorrow. Hope your week doesn’t go too slowly!

@rj995 same I was convinced last month I was pregnant, when I tested and it was a BFN I was gutted so not going to test at all now until I’m a couple of days late at least x

@stormtrooperjulian yeah, I didn't have any EWCM until CD16 but Flo reckoned I ov'd on CD14 where I had no CM at all!

@MrsR16 Flo hasn't been helpful to me either. I'm just using it for chart keeping. Ovia is slightly better but still not accurate.

I'm now 4 days late, temp dropped yesterday and even more today. No AF. Very annoyed.

@mrsR16 a couple whos wedding I went to only 3 months ago have just announced. It's hard not to be jealous isn't it! Bloody annoying super fertile people... Lol

@eltzbee @flapjackered @charm23 I'm not too far behind I don't think, I haven't done any OPKs this time but my temp shot up this morning, so think I ov'd yesterday! 3 days before I expected, glad we had a quickie on Friday now! So I'll join you in the 2ww.

So as I wasn't expecting to ov til tomorrow, so far this weekend I have taken cocodamol, had electrical stimulation on my abs, had a ton of caffeine, a bit of alcohol, and I'm currently in a very hot bath, so if this was our month, I hope i haven't already brain damaged our baby with all the things you aren't meant to do whilst pregnant!!

Not actually sure when I'm due AF! @katbecool flo isn't the best, it told me I ovulated about a week ago cos my temp was a bit dodge! I Have actually turned off the fertility display so I only see AF data and estimated ov day, I quite like it. Sorry for the temp drop, how frustrating. Has it been down too long for it to be implantation dip?

@Crossfitgirl it's so annoying! Even my sister (who has two adorable little girls) said that she came off bc one month and got pregnant the next! Grr...

Ah the joys of the tww, I think my DH thinks I'm crazy how much attention I pay to everything now.

@Crossfitgirl it is a bit late, yes. If I ovulated when I thought I did, it'd be 12 DPO. Plus the temp would have gone up, not down. We'll see. Maybe the thyroid medication fixed my hormones and extended my luteal phase, but the temp dip is sending confusing vibes.

@eltzbee haha I know, the work course i was doing was about electrical muscle stimulation, and it wasnt till I was all kitted up undergoing a demo on my abs and back that I thought... Oh... If I did ovulate and my egg got fertilised, that probably just melted it...

On the plus side, when I went to the docs she said even people who are extreme druggies, alcoholics, smokers etc all can get pregnant (usually by accident though, FFS @mrsR16 😂) and they're usually fine, so that makes me feel better. Lol.

@katbecool I wonder what's going on, our bodies do stupid things to us - it's like they just rebel and as soon as we start to monitor and try to have some control, they go... right, I'm gonna throw a hissy fit and put a stop to this plea for sanity. And out comes SSP!

@Crossfitgirl always the way! 😂 no jokes, I have a second cousin who didn't even know she was pregnant until she had to go to A&E with severe stomach pains and they advised her that she was in labour!

Evening all, after last week's rotten mood thanks to AF feeling much better now.
Had the weekend off with OH for the first time in ages! Spent yesterday with his family and then had a wee date night last night. Think it's what we needed!

I got woken up this morning (at 10.30!!) With kisses on my neck and a whisper in my ear saying "let's make babies" which was a very pleasant start to a Sunday!!

I then lost him in the supermarket and found him looking at vitamins for conception!!

@rachael321 aww that's lovely, I'm glad he is on board- sometimes quality time is just what the doctor ordered.

I'm a little confused at my temps, can any other tempers shed any light? I have ovulated on CD 16/17 the last 2 months, so when my temp shot up yesterday (cd16) i thought that must have been me oving early, but it's gone right back down today. Today is cd17... do you think I am maybe ovulating at the moment and my temp will rise and stay risen maybe tomorrow and next few days?

I did drop my thermometer 2 days ago and I had to put the cap back on the battery... but I've also been ill and had a crap nights sleep Fri and Sat so wonder if that's made my temp go up... had a lovely sleep last night and it's dropped this morning.

What do you think?

(Flo actually took a temp rise earlier in the month as ovulation, which I think is definitely wrong... my cycle is definitely not 21 days long it's usually 27! Should I try inputting in a different app??

@crossfitgirl I didn’t get on with flo at all, it wound me up as it would never get my dates right when I would be logging positive opk’s but would say I had already ovulated when other apps said I hadn’t. I switched to fertility friend. Would have said you ovulated day 18 had your temp not dropped so would think it’s probably a bad nights sleep. I had the same this morning as you can see and I think that’s down to me having slept rubbish last night x
