Can i just ask those of you who have lots of kids under the age of 4, how the hell do you cope?

Fantastic Sweetkitty.
At last someone who is doing lots of peeing on sticks has a BFP.
I got up at 6am. Still BFN.
I am cd28. My last 2 cycles have been cd29 and cd27. So who knows. It is a mystery to me.
Brilliant Sweetkitty I am so happy for you

(Also hanging face in shame as secretly feel very uncharitable thoughts about your blue line) Sorry.

sweetkitty · 28/06/2007 11:31

I hate being pregnant though and will spend the next 9 months whinging about SPD and all the rest.

I'm nearly 32 and the DDs are 18 months apart so I wanted another fairly quick so they can all grow up together.

I was still BFing DD1 when I got pregnant with DD2 scorpio

ronshar · 28/06/2007 11:34

So im not a nasty, horrible person who doesnt deserve to get my own blue line then?

scorpio1 · 28/06/2007 11:35

of course not! i get insanely jealous, but figure it must be my turn one day

The worse thing about all this ttc is that I dont want to get pregnant because I will just be a wreck in case of mc. At least this way I only have to worry about trying! If you get what I mean?

sweetkitty · 28/06/2007 11:40

Didn't get a blue line got a great big (well OK a little) Pregnant.

I hate the line tests they are so open to interpretation, I was only getting really faint pink lines yesterday.

Why do CBDs have to cost so much though?

I just hope that ALL thoughts of babies and broodiness go when this one is born.

scorpio1 · 28/06/2007 11:40

sort of, ronshar it must be hard after mc. we will get pg one day!

Sweetkitty-so pleased for you, hopefully i will be joining you!

sweetkitty · 28/06/2007 11:43

I know what you mean as well ronshar, you worry for 12 weeks then relax a bit then worry everythings going to be OK for the 20 weeks scan then worry about the birth and getting the 2 of you through that, then you worry about them feeding and sleeping, don't think the worry ever stops.

Every day I do feel very lucky to have the DDs, I had straight forward births with both (HB with DD2) and they have been healthy ever since. It's only when you come on here you really know how lucky you are.

I'm still going to keep in touch so I can say a big congrats when you all get your BFPs

UpsyDaisy · 28/06/2007 12:47

Congrats sweetkitty
I am too very
I am cd28, cycle always 29, and I was convinced this time was it, I have metallic taste in mouth, peeing nearly every hour, but alas pee-ed on stick - feck all!
Although it was a cheapy sainsburys one ...are they good? I suppose they are just fine and it didn't work cos I ain't pg this time......
Hope all is well with everyone else.....off to cuddle ds to make myself feel better.....

derah · 28/06/2007 12:48

Congratulations Sweetkitty!! I don't tend to get too jealous when someone gets a BFP, it just gives me hope for the rest of us!

Well, still not much in the way of pg or af symptoms. Boobs very slightly sore but that may be from me poking them all the time to see if they're sore!!

I have absolutely no symptoms, even with the BFP I still don't believe it. Severe nausea and going off all food usually kicks in from about week 8 to week 14. SPD starts about week 15 so I had better enjoy these few weeks whilst I can.

RedLorryYellowLorry · 28/06/2007 13:21

Congratualtions SweetKitty I'm cd 14 and ovulated around day 9 for some reason. Got a OPK+ on day 8 so now the wait begins.

ronshar · 28/06/2007 13:41

As my dd has just eaten the cheese off the top of my cheese on toast I am feeling slightly less enthusiastic!

derah · 28/06/2007 14:46

LOL, Ronshar! Just the sort of thing my DD would do, with enthusiastic cries of "cheese, cheese!". Mine is 22 mo, how old's yours?

sweetkitty · 28/06/2007 14:47

My DD2 (17 months) would just scream then eat the cheese/toast/probably the plate if I let her.

scorpio1 · 28/06/2007 14:51

we had eggy bread [dribble]

ronshar · 28/06/2007 15:43

Eggy bread. yum. I have dd of 7 and dd of 2. It was the 2year old who stole my cheese and then had the nerve to say she was only joking. That was before I found her in the cupboard eating chocolate that she had found. It was left over from easter.I obviously need to hide these things better!!

TheWiltedRose · 28/06/2007 15:46

ok here goes lol
i have 2 boys and have been trying for another for two months now, had a m/c about 6 weeks ago and then came on nearly two weeks ago. dont really remember dates or anything but i hear its 10 days from the end of your period that your most fertile so im going to try again and hope that it works!

btw sorry to sound thick but i really dont understand most of the abbreviations i no that ds/dp/dd/dh is darling son/partner/daughter/hubbie and i figeres out that ttc is trying to concieve thank good lol but could anyone update me on the others please?

scorpio1 · 28/06/2007 15:52

there is an acronym list at the top

you will be fertile about 14 days before your period, not 10. Good luck!
