My AF arrived yesterday so I'm off the September bus already

Trying for baby #2
Age 33

This month I am going to track my cycle using ovulation strips. DTD lots last month so I'm gutted but onwards and upwards!

Oh @AIDE2424 this sounds really frustrating. Are you using digital opks or ic? Have you had any other changes to your lifestyle or medication?

Not on any medication, no changes to life style little stress with grandad been ill however that’s only this past week so it wouldn’t explain the double AF in September. No idea what is going off this AF is lighter as the one at the beginning of September was and then in 2 weeks no doubt I’ll get a full AF however it’s to heavy just to he OV spotting which I know can happen.
A trip to the doctors maybe and see what’s happening? Or wait it out another month and see if my cycles decide to sort out.

Why is it they’ve always being regular and then all of a sudden they decide to go “ funny” whilst TTC xx

Also I’ve been using IC for cheapness and I got a positive so I used some of my digital to double check and got a static. Xx

Yes if you got a static @AIDE2424 presumably that was ovulation . I'm so sorry you are frustrated. How long have they been 28/29 days for without any contraception? A gp visit wouldn't hurt.

I’ve never used any form of contraception ( only for around 3 months) so for as long as I can remember they’ve been 28/29 days with some small chnages over the years.
We will just have to see what happens xx

Thanks, should hopefully be an interesting conference! Am still in the TWW for this month's ovulation (2nd October) and hoping I won't need to try again at the end of the month because I'm pregnant now! Got to try to be positive, right?! If not, we'll try again in November. I think I need to do my best to be patient and calm and not worry about having to miss trying on one of the cycles.

^ haha, I say 'still' but really I'm right at the beginning of the TWW. Feels like it's been about four weeks rather than four days of waiting though

Hi all, do you reckon this is a + opk? Having empty circles on the cb digital but had lots of egcm yesterday and the opk 4th from the bottom. Cd 15 today....

Ah 8dpo and the cramps have arrived like AF clockwork! Back to the drawing board for November!

Morning ladies, CD15, 4th day of flashing smiley 🙄 but only second day of EWCM. Decided to ignore the first few flashing smileys til we I spotted EWCM as wasn’t sure if the mc would cause hormones to be all over the shop! Usually only use 1 OPK per day but will test in the evening for the next couple of days to catch the surge as early as possible. Managed to DTD last night and had a boozy weekend but detox for the TWW for me. I am going to be as chilled as poss for this TWW as last month when I got my BFP I literally had no symptoms at all til a few days after AF was due and that was just sore boobs!!

I'm only 1dpo and I'm already going stir crazy and googling everything!! I've only used apps for tracking so far but if this isn't our month I think I might try OPK if you guys recommend those instead?

@Abzi91 hey and welcome! I prefer to use OPKs as since I’ve been tracking I’ve ovulated between CD14 & CD18 each month. My apps said I should ov on CD14 so unless you have the energy to DTD every other day between CD10-20ish if your cycles are regular I would say OPKs will give you more accuracy x

@sbhf1987 My periods are quite irregular, but last 3-4 months they've been bang on 35 day cycle. So yeah, I think OPKs are the way forward! Thanks

@Abzi91 sounds like a good idea. After 4 months of tracking with OPKs and CM I probably could drop the OPKs now, like this month I ignored the first couple of flashing smileys as my CM wasn’t very ‘fertile’, I do like to be able to know approx what day I’ve ovulated though so it makes the TWW countdown easier lol x

@sbhf1987 Yeah, our bodies are so confusing sometimes, any help with OPKs are gladly welcome!!

Right... this bleeding im having is very very light ( sorry for TMI) but it’s only there when I wipe I have light cramps, and it’s light pink. It happened last month too whilst I was Ovaulating but my cycles chnaged but is it possible it’s ovulation bleeding? I’ve been frantically googling and other then suddenly having a 2 weekly cycle it’s seems it’s the only other possibility?
Anyone else every experienced this?x

AIDE2424 could it be implantation bleeding? Hope someone else can shed some light for you hun. Confusing isn't it this TTC

AF has been real easy this weekend, super hope it means it will only be a 4 day bleed rather than a 7 day bleed like last cycle

Thanks @TwittleBee , I have DD1 who is 9 and DD2 who is 6, from a previous marriage. Scared and excited to be on the TTC rollercoaster again!
FX your AF is a short one this cycle. I have long cycles and don't ov til around CD21/22 , so it's always a long wait for me each cycle!
