MMC at 10 weeks in December 2017. Ectopic rupture in November 2016.
Cycle 6 post MC. Trying since September 2016.

Thanks for your positivity ladies! I'm sure any outsider must be thinking what are they all talking about... that test is whiter than milk! But I am still so hopeful that my line is coming, albeit slowly. Wish I could just count myself out and then not be disappointed but too late!!! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

@Lilimum4 and @RedRobin7 please be kind to yourselves. Your DH's chose you and I'm sure they think you are the most beautiful woman in the world. We all have our insecurities but remember that to your special people you are perfect.

@Boboelephant my tests were whiter than white and then all of a sudden there it was, don't lose hope yet!!

Thanks @Anyday88 I hope so! How many dpo were you though when you got your bfp? I am 13dpo today so that does seem a bit late...

Has anyone else had an infection after their smm? I am really not in a very good place atm. I have had what we thought was a uti 3 times. But it's come back negative for all tests but shows white blood cells. Still having on and off pain like a uti along with cramps and feeling bloated/ sick. I have an ultrasound booked for Thursday. I'm just terrified it's something serious and I'll be infertile. I have read about Ashermans syndrome which is scaring inside your uterous and can cause infertility. Also edimitrius. I just cant bare the thought of being told I can't have a baby. Am I overreacting? GP said it could be some tissue left inside causing the infection. I am just worried sick. Has anyone been through anything similar?

I don't really know @Boboelephant because at cd14 I still had flashing smileys on my clearblue OPKs and then I ran out of sticks and hubby was away for a couple of days. If I went with I ovulated as expected on cd13/14 anyway then I would have been roughly 11/12 dpo

You may have just implanted later!

@boboelephant I had a stark white BFN at 10DPO and got my positive at 14DPO even then it was quite light but I’ve seen it progress. I’m keeping my 🤞 you’re not out yet.

@Mistymeow I can see something! My latest ICs we’re not as responsive as my previous batch so hopefully that’s a factor too?! 🤞

@pancakes7 I’m so sorry you’re still suffering, I’m sure left over tissue is the most likely cause, I’m sorry it’s taken them so long to take action over it. Try not to google too much.

@lilimum4 owwwww your poor bum, hope it tans and doesn’t peel. Whack some aloe gel on if you have any. I keep mine in the fridge so it’s nice and cool.

@Mistymeow @boboelephant These are my tests from Monday (14DPO) - Friday (18DPO). I did two on Monday and Tuesday and one each day thereafter. I’m still doing one a day but haven’t got a photo with the last two days.

@Pancakes7 I have no advice either I'm afraid but I'm sorry you are going through this. I hope Thursday comes quickly and do try and stay away from google. It's most likely tissue that is causing the infection. Hope it's over soon.

Thanks girls. I'm just thinking the worst. Making myself feel sick with the worry. I'm trying to think positive but stuggling.

@knitkitty I'm good thank you thanks for asking. Waiting for results from consultants but getting ready to ttc again :)

@pancakes7 I know it's hard when you don't know but id be surprised if this is long term fertility issue. White Cells generally mean infection so Its probably just that and taking a while to go given what you have been through. Have you had antibiotics yet? Have you ever had other blood tests done to check your auto immunity?

I don't chart, so not an expert, but doesn't that look like an implantation dip? Would that mean BFP in a day or two? I really hope so.
I'm sorry, I don't want to get your hopes us Boboelephant I just really, really want you to get your BFP.
If it doesn't happen this time though, I am feeling very confident that it will happen.
Are you still feeling sick? Have you had any other symptoms?

@KnitKitty I don't know hun! I hope so, but I've had good charts before and then af rocked up. I just feel really confused! No I feel ok now. Generally felt like a bad hangover earlier but definitely hadn't drunk enough to warrant it. My boobs aren't really sore anymore like last week. I've had some cramps the last 2 days and keep feeling like af has started, bit of a wet feeling- TMI! Today I'm hugely bloated which is odd. Usually before af my stomach goes quite flat. So really- could be something or nothing. Time will tell. Thankyou so much though- I feel so supported! 🐧

@Yukka I had antibiotics 3 times for the suspected uti's. She told me to stop taking them on Friday though as it is not a uti. So I have nothing to take atm. No I've not had any blood tests apart from my booking in appointment ones. Than one for my smm.

@pancakes7 sorry you are really suffering hopefully you will get some answers and feel better soon.

@lilimum4 ouch burnt bum sounds painful... I burnt my boobs while on my first holiday sans parents at 17 as me and my friend decided to go topless as that was what everyone in the beach seemed to be doing obviously didn't think you need much higher factor suncream or at least re apply more oaten than bits of skin which usually see the light. Couldn't wear a bra for about 5 days!

@Blondcat lol I've done that before too. You would think at 36 I would know better lol

@pancakes I've just had an infection and small retained products from a natural MC. The gynaecologist I saw was really lovely and said it doesn't mean anything much and no long term consequences with antibiotics - said the products would pass with my period which they did this weekend. My symptoms were similar - sick and feeling unwell with lots of pain - and I had antibiotics. I went through early pregnancy not the GP though - can you go back to the hospital where you had the SMM tomorrow? I had a scan on the day (Monday) and was prescribed some antibiotics. Only really feel better now my period has mainly happened though.

Also @Pancakes after my SMM earlier this year was told to go to the hospital EPAU if symptoms of infection afterwards - not sure if that is the same advice everywhere.
