Who’s trying SMEP this month?

Support thread for those giving smep a go this month! I’m CD6 so going to start soon. All fingers crossed that this works for us all this month.
Debating whether to buy CB OPK or just stick with IC - might do IC until around FW and then see if I can find a few old CB lying around to confirm a positive.
Anyone else giving this a go?

So my period is due today but my temperature just keeps going up. Took another FRER this morning which is absolutely stark white. I am SURE it would show by now if I was pregnant.

This whole thing is such head fuck. I just want to be pregnant.

@JustLikeTheySaid I know the feeling! I'm a day late now, temps still up and no clear line. How many DPO are you? Hopefully we both get definitive answers soon!

thanks @noseringgirl...i have no clue..app on here predicted the 6th, but got +ve opk on the 9th, 10th and the 11th...where do i start my dpo? on the 12th? that makes me 6dpo today or from the 9th which makes me 9dpo..i dont know!

@winterwarmers I did another frer and an IC today - frer has a thin but definite line. IC is still completely and totally whiter than white!! And I'm now 10dpo!

11 DPO line is def a bit darker thankfully. Tesco blue dye also clear line

Got some stomach cramps this evening which feels like AF is on the way... but I’m only 10dpo and 3 days till AF due so hoping it’s not. But not feeling hopeful Sad

@Becca444 me too!!! I'm a little behind you in my cycle, but frantic googling (obviously) has said implantation pains could be around this time?!

It's like a nipping/pulling sensation on one side for me. Totally different from AF. You never know, that could be what you have. It's around the right time!

@Kelsoid I’ve been doing the same googling for the last hour and whilst I agree it could be (🤞🏻) I’m trying not to get my hopes up - will see what the next few days bring.

How many dpo are you?

@Becca444 I'm 7 or 8 dpo (extra long LH surge so can't quite pin it!!). AF is due early next week so was hoping to test this weekend.

It's so hard to not keep your hopes up isn't it 😕 so disheartening when it seems the ultimate early pregnancy symptom seems to be no symptoms at all 😂 damn google and it's bottomless pit of symptom checkers!

Yes I know I really need to learn how to relax in the 2ww - it’s so hard though! AF due Saturday for me so was going to test Friday but will see what happens with these cramps first.

@winterwarmers I dont feel particular hopeful myself...just a feeling in my gut that it didnt happen..think I am 8dpo today...dont even have a frer and dont feel like buying any

Don’t loose hope yet ladies- the most common day for implementation is 9dpo so it’s no wonder there isn’t any symptoms before then. Also lots and lots of folks don’t have any symptoms before 6/7 weeks.

Any time I’m feeling down I just remind myself that I could be pregnant- which is really exciting. The 2ww is when we get to hold on to that possibility... 🐝x

I'm 1 day overdue today but had a huge temperature drop this morning so am expecting AF any minute. :(
