Who’s trying SMEP this month?

Support thread for those giving smep a go this month! I’m CD6 so going to start soon. All fingers crossed that this works for us all this month.
Debating whether to buy CB OPK or just stick with IC - might do IC until around FW and then see if I can find a few old CB lying around to confirm a positive.
Anyone else giving this a go?

Maybe bit clearer here...

CD1 here. Didn't manage SMEP properly last cycle so determined to do better (!) this time. Slightly concerned that my last two cycles have been 24 days and LP 10 days, so on the short side. 10 days is just about long enough, right?

@Becca444 out of all the months this is the most normal I have ever felt. Test when it feels right for you!! Good luck 🤞

@Firsttimer16 Yeah I took cheapie not a thing on it wasn't going to try frer. Then took the last Boots test I had and I can see the faintest shadow so got the FRER out!!!

@Becca444 I have had zero symptoms too. Like absolutely none so don't lose hope just yet. Xxx

Love the glitter! I have acrylics and get them infilled and a colour change every 2 weeks for my regular treat 😄 and always glitter

@TheMagicTorch my natural nails and get gel overlays with infills every 3 weeks. Love a bit of glitter! If I'm having a girl she'll know all about it 😄💕

@Angelmiracle I was thinking the exact thing about your nails!! They're gorgeous!!! I'm currently visiting my family in America and getting them done is soooo much cheaper here, I might treat myself later this week 😉

Hi @piglet81!! 10 days is a little on the short side but you should be alright...I think 9 is around where you can sometimes see a few problems. I can't say for sure as I've never been pregnant, but my LP was 10 days and the doctor never said anything about it!
