Who’s trying SMEP this month?

Support thread for those giving smep a go this month! I’m CD6 so going to start soon. All fingers crossed that this works for us all this month.
Debating whether to buy CB OPK or just stick with IC - might do IC until around FW and then see if I can find a few old CB lying around to confirm a positive.
Anyone else giving this a go?

@Angelmiracle have you done an IC at all? Mine is pretty much still negative - only the faintest shadow - is that normal?!

Tell me about it. There is a shadow on mine also not sure if it shows on photo! Cheapie and Frer done today 12dpo. Tesco blue dye done yesterday 11dpo! Been to GP this morning she's referring me for Booking-in appointment and hospital for the birth 😲 So surreal!!

@Angelmiracle I feel fine. No real symptoms at all - how about you? The only thing is I've had some stabbing pains which feel like they're on my c-section scar. I don't know if it's all in my head though! If they carry on I'll go to the EPU next week (we're lucky to have a walk in one mon-fri) how are you feeling?

@Firsttimer16 that's great you can walk-in to EPU! You might as well for peace of mind. I'm having the odd twinge/cramp and willing it to stop but I'm sure it's normal. Getting quite tired late afternoon then pick up a bit. It's reassuring seeing the line. I wonder when it's safe to do the CB digital??

Still no AF but temperature still low this morning so it must be hiding somewhere.

Yes two. I'm not pregnant, the temperature drop proves it but I just need to come on AF now.

Only 7dpo for me... but if I get any hotter I think I might explode! 🔥

I work from a different office on a Friday and just found out that there are 3 pregnant woman... out of a team of 7 😫

Those who have got AF too, I'm sorry, but it's a new cycle & a new chance (that's how I'm thinking of it anyhow).

I got my first peak on cbfm - lucky as I'm only just home - so back on the horse, so to speak, this morning!

@dee7409 that's a tricky chart! Have you tried using fertility friend or natural cycles? They do all the hard work for you and give you all the info you need to know :)

Reading through your comments I can see that you lovely ladies are all in different places. There are a few who, like me have tentatively joined the pregnancy boards, some still in tww and some already back in the game. I've got my fingers and toes crossed for everyone on here. I have loved this thread! ❤️ you've all been super supportive. I hope there are more bfps just around the corner. Xx

@bas27 me too! according to FF AF is due today no sign of her....according to Flo she will be coming in 4 days...who to believe, who to believe ha ha...I am wishing she stays away..10 Dpo today had a temp drop this morning hoping that is implantation dip and not AF packing her bags for a visit. Anyway good luck all !

@Bas27 me too! I've absolutely loved this thread...reading the BFP's gives me hope, and reading the BFN's remind me I'm not alone should SMEP not work for me this month. It's lovely :)

I've just woken up to lots of EWCM this morning...I'm 11dpo and usually pretty dry at this point, so feeling hopeful!!! I don't have a FRER as the pharmacy next door only had Clearblue digital....have to wait until tomorrow when DP can take me to the closest Walmart. IC was obviously a BFN a couple days ago, but it was only 9 dpo so was always going to be! God I hate being in America where everything is a drive away 🙄 can't wait to get back to England!

Urgh. Brown spotting just now....2 days before AF. Not normal for me but I can't help but feel this is AF showing her ugly head a bit earlier than normal. Temps are still high above the cover line so am I being daft hoping this is implantation?
