TTC First Baby! Anyone else?!

Hi Ladies.

Anyone else on their first cycle and TTCing?! I'm seeing all these beautiful posts about ladies getting pregnant and how they have bonded with people on here soooo, thought I'd make one at the start on my journey!

I get IBS and its a nightmare when I'm stressed (which has been alot lately!). Usually happens when I haven't had enough sleep, or skip a meal then have fruit or milk.

So AF arrived today and my temp dropped back down again. Ah well, I think I've known for a few days it was a no go.

I'm out for this month, got AF a few days ago. Hoping for more luck in July.

I feel like I might have a breakdown 😩 iv had a very tiny bit of brown spotting (implantation??). Also having light, sort of stabbing pains on and off at bottom of stomach . What can it be? Im praying so much its not AF about to show but as iv not had my usual (quite heavy) spotting everyday leading to AF i feel it could be different than others month. I just want to know what it is I could cry!!

@Charlotte1x it says on my app im due monday but its never that exact day. Could be days early/late. Who knows!

Hmm it could be either @EllaR1 :( sounds a bit like what I had and hey AF is now here :( xx

Advice please ladies, still no AF so took a test, it’s a BFN but a cheap test. Should I get a clear blue?! I’m always on time for AF and should have been here yesterday!

@Saraelle maybe worth trying a FRER, if you ovulated a few days late they have the best chance of picking anything up early

@RanchoRelaxo, I’m new to these acronyms, what is a FRER?

@Saraelle it's a first response pregnancy test, apparently they are the best for picking up a line early on

Thank you @ChaosMoon. I had a good cry last night, just what I needed. Im pretty certain AF is about to start anyday now.

@chaosmoon you’re so right. Just be honest! Always the best way...

AF still isn’t here. Took another FRER and BFN again. According to Flo I’m 2 days late. According to Ovia I’m 5 days late... don’t know what to do next. Guess I just have to wait and see if it turns up?

@MrsA89 hopefully this is a good sign! I've been reading some had to wait a week after due date for a BFP. Bodies are funny things!

My AF arrived today, very light compared to others. That was one hell of a rollercoaster this month!

So what I thought was AF has now stopped! It remained very light and it wasnt red, but brown (tmi) Im going to wait till/if it turns red to make sure. Not sure whats going on

Don’t lose hope ladies if it’s not happened this month.. I’ve got a lot of friends with babies who all said when they stopped thinking about it happened!

EllaR1 can you take a test to double check? As sometimes can be pg with a light period..

I went for my follow up app at the drs today with hubby.. he told me all my blood and hormone levels were perfect (?) still cysts showing on both my ovaries but said as the OPK tests came back postive I most def O this month.. still needs to test hubby for sperm count so I’m thinking if it’s not happened this month maybe it’s him not me.

Currently 4dpo trying not to get too hung up on reading about other people’s symptoms.

Dr is going to refer us to a fertility clinic soon hoping we don’t have to go down IVF route..

Hi @Aims4, I will take a test in a few days if not anything. Iv been told same if you dont think about it, it will happen. But how do you do that though lol? Its always on my mind, your never going to not think about.

Iv had scans done and apparently all ok with me too. I think its hubby so going to drag him to dr next month.

Hello! My very first post in here. Husband and I decided it's time to start trying for a baby and my HEART could burst. I've been using FLO for a few months but cycle is all over the place so I don't even know where to beg knowing how long it is? AF due pretty much today (5 days ago according to FLO but 20th is also normal), so nothing this time. Have also bought OTs and given us both great big packs of conception vitamins hahaha. It's already all I can think about!? Any tips SO gratefully received, I literally have no idea how this works 👀 Xx

Went round my brothers today for my nieces birthday, my other half is amazing with their kids just made me feel really sad, I want this so bad and certainly feel this month I'm not pregnant. At all. :( I'm only 5dpo xx
