Good Evening all!
Hope all is well! Wow, didn’t realise there were long term feeders on the thread! I went reluctantly until 13 months, I was fed up of being a dummy (she wouldn’t take a real one). It was really hard to wean her though - cold turkey for us, tough but I’d still be BF now otherwise
DEFINITELY make time to christen every room the house @ImMrsBrightside - you can embarrass your child at their 18th party....if you have it at the house, ha ha ha! I’m starting to have a lookout for our ‘forever home’ now we are are hoping to expand.....!
Anyway, digressing -
I am super-proud of myself today. 3 days until AF due and DESPITE having 1 FRER in the house I have not POAS
I have a WWYD question (if you are sensible woman ttc)
We are heading to Ireland Friday lunchtime for the bank holiday to stay with the PIL, should I:
POAS on Friday morning before we leave?
Or
Wait until Monday and test when we return home if AF hasn’t arrived?
AF due on Saturday
PIL live in the middle of nowhere on the west coast, there is no way I’d be able to head to a shop and buy a test (and everything is shut in Ireland over bank holiday, inc the pub).
I’m confident I won’t be tempted POAS tomorrow. After last weekend’s BFN I’m in no hurry to try again.
Also, tbh not experiencing any real ‘pregnancy symptoms’. I think I might be in my usual cycle (apart from my left boob which is quite sensitive and sore, my right feels fine - anyone know what that is about)? Which is probably the real reason why I’m not tempted right now.
I have googled BFP’s at 8,9,10 & 11 dpo (yes I am a bit nuts) and you can toss a coin whether it’ll show up. My gut is telling me to wait it out, but I’m impatient!
WWYD? Any advice and opinions welcome!
