@TwittleBee yh they totally deserve their happiness just fed up thats its never me lol on the positive side today ive done an opk and its the strongest line ive had in a long time dnt think its strong enough to be a positive but fx over the next couple of days theyl get darker. Do u know how alcohol affects bbt? I was out drinking on sat nite and at a concert drinking last nite maybe thats affecting my temps aswell?

thisisouryrfx18 no clue how it affects it. My temps have been so stable and easy so I've been really lucky. You'll have to ask @cakelaur as she's the BBT expert lol

@TwittleBee oh yh i think this months is a total waste of time tbh but once im doing it at the same time everyday should be more accurate

@thisisouryrfx18 alcohol can affect bbt. I found now major difference. But I very very rarely get drunk. It can make your temp higher than usual.

Feel drained today, not sure whats up with my body but just feel like I am in pain constantly now where my uterus is and feel all fat/bloated even though I have lost weight recently. DTD last night, as finished period, and I actually fricking cried because it hurt so much. DP was horrified that he hurt me, bless him. Just feel so desperate for this to stop now. It's like every period and ovulation the pain gets worse. And I think I am actually going insane because I cant stop needing to piss. Feels like I'm pregnant despite just having heaviest period. Sorry I just had to rant a bit because Idk who else to cry too whilst at work.

@TwittleBee awww hun it's ok to rant. That all sound so shit and ur allowed to rant and be irritated and upset. Has ur gp referred u for a pelvic scan if ur complaining of bloating pain during sex etc etc. usually if u say the right buzz words they give u an urgent referral.

lolacola13 yeah luckily she is sending me off for scan and tests within the next fortnight. So not a wait at all really. Just feel so crap today, wanna go home and cry.

@twittlebee I’m sorry to hear that it sounds so rubbish. Painful periods are the worst and feeling so bloated is horrible too. Have you been to the docs about the pain? Just if it’s getting worse it’s probably a good idea to speak to them. Don’t want to worry you but painful periods and pain during DTD/bladder symptoms or bowel symptoms on your period can sometimes be linked to things like endometriosis - it could be nothing but just wanted to say because some GPS are notoriously crap at spotting the signs.
It probably isn’t anything to worry about but maybe give it a mention - I think you said before you were going to GP?

Aww @TwittleBee tell ur work u need to go home and try and rest, u might have a uti as well as everything else! I used to suffer really bad with cystitis try and drink loads of water and hold in your pee as long as you can the more you pee the more it hurtsx..hope u feel better soon hun theres nothing worse than feeling shit at work when nobody gives u any sympathy💜

thisisouryrfx18 Unfortunately I am only woman in my team and the guys aren't understanding so I'll have to suffer through, wont be staying late today though. It isn't a UTI (tested at GP) and I know it isn't cystitis (had that far too often so I know what that feels like). It doesn't hurt to pee at all, its just a real increase in frequency (exactly what I had in 1st trimester with DS). Thank you though, hope I feel better soon too.

italianwifey Thank you. Think we crossed posts a bit. Luckily GP is sending me off for scans and tests within fortnight.

How is everyone else doing? Any more tips for TTC? Anyone feeling a BFP this month?

@TwittleBee very strange mention to gp especially since u had positive then af, maybe u need a d&c? I done an opk this morning line looks bit fainter than yesterday grrr😠

It could be diluted perhaps? Hows your temps looking, or are they really too wild to tell?

@TwittleBee all over the place lol like i said yesterday im trying to take temps vaginally and at the same time every morning was my day off today and i still set an alarm for my normal time took temp then went back to sleep. Hopefully if i keep doing that theyl start to make more sense..the weird thing was i took the opk with fmu and it looked really dark so i thought it should be really concentrated(tmi) then the line looked faint very strangewish my clearblue opks would hurry up and arrive so i could use them.

@thisisouryrfx18 you may notice that your temps are high vaginally. Mine were about .2 degrees higher. I thought I'd ovulated haha. But I'd just switched from oral to vaginal! 🙈

thisisouryrfx18 I suppose you are also looking for an overall shift with the temps too. Attached an image from FF which shows how temps can be erratic but an ovulation shift is still detectable.

@Cakelaur between switching to vaginal drinking too much at the weekend and trying to decorate my kitchen no wonder my temps up lol how r u feeling today hun 😊

thisisouryrfx18 don't worry! Just post your chart on here and I am sure Cakelaur will happily take a glance at it and try to interpret it for you! I know I will have a good stab at it too haha. They are bloomin confusing though ey? DP just shakes his head at me whenever I talk charts to him

Haha! @thisisouryrfx18 the key to charts is being consistent. Everything has to be the same each day or the temp will be faulty.
So:
Same wake up time
Same way if taking temp
Same amount of sleep
Same room temp
Etc etc
Obviously it's not always possible, but the more consistent your other things are, the more reliable your temps are.

@Cakelaur yh setting my alarm everynight from now on 😣..@TwittleBee i ll try and post it on here in a couple of days prob make more sense once ive done a couple of days at the same time cheerz ladies yous r honestly such a help x
