Wanted to start a thread for slightly bonkers ttcers who can laugh at themselves & boost one anothers moral😉 shy posters scared to talk about the nitty gritty shagging at all hrs and discussing cm in detail need not reply!😜

I just broke the news to oh that his daily hot baths are stopping as of tomorrow . Told him he's boiling his sperm 😂🙈👍🏻.

lolacola13 Well I ovulate anywhere between CD12-20 so we could!

Gonna really try yoga this cycle as my stress levels are through the roof at the moment with my dissertation hand in only a month away.

@lolacola13 i told my OH the same lol I hate not having baths u cant relax in a shower..

Oh well back to poas ive got my IC at the ready im only on CD8 but im determined to test twice a day until af arrives. Never had a positive on a opk so need to find out if I actually ovulate wish me luck ladies. Where are yous all at cycle wise anybody just done af?

thisisouryrfx18 good luck with the OPKs, just remember some never get a positive on them yet still do ovulate!

I'm on CD4 here, today/tomorrow last day of AF. It is really light for me today so think it will end today. (yesterday and day before was a bitch though for heaviness )

@TwittleBee yh im downloading fertility friend as we speak lol give it a go..if I dont get a positive this month tho im going to docs to ask for bloods to be done Im still trying my best to put it off so hopefully it doesnt come to that. My af was a little lighter this month CD2was the worst but i normally have a really heavy flow for first 2-3days. Fx yours is done today x💜

@TwittleBee do you ever need to take iron supplements after af?

Quick question I dont know what to put as my cycle length ive never used a fertility app before my cycle length is normally 42 days but last month it was only 33days

thisisouryrfx18 Don't be disheartened if you aren't ovulating or are only occasionally ovulating, DRs can help with that! Many successful stories on PCOS getting pregnant too btw (mention that because I know we said before maybe that is what you're suffering with).

And yup I often suffer with anaemia anyway before I even started experiencing heavy periods (only had them since DS!) so always take iron tablets during and after period - feel so drained!

thisisouryrfx18 well don't just think it is because of you as well btw! Some new evidence is shedding light on how men are taking over women in causes of infertility in couples. I think its common to feel all the pressure as the women because it is us that creates the environment for new life. I can understand your point of view, although I am "chopping at the bit" to see a GP. Gonna try and get an appointment tomorrow or Wednesday to talk to them about my periods and mention how long its taking us to conceive too (even though its another couple months before we hit the 1 year mark)

Thanks @TwittleBee uve cheered me up a bit tbh especially with you having the same problems as me with af, and uve got DS so proves theres still hope!💖💗 My OH keeps saying that hes probably got a low sperm count think he says it to try n make me feel like its not my fault lol I ve never had a normal cycle really heavy af etc so i do think it is me but if im going he can go aswell and get checked out.

thisisouryrfx18 I got told I had PCOS when I was late teens, had horribly painful cysts etc but I never had heavy cycles just really irregular ones (ranged from 14 days to 40 days back then!) but 6 months before DS was conceived my cycles suddenly became a lot more predictable (26-28 days in length). But since DS periods been crippling and heavy and back to being a bit unpredictable (24-34 in length). I know PCOS isn't meant to be a static condition, can worsen/improve throughout your life so I guess we both have to hope that we get a good spell soon!

Hiya guys, hope everyone's doing well! I've been so busy so haven't been posting but I have been keeping up with the posts 😊 I'm still getting BFN which sucks and AF still hasn't made an appearance! But me and DP are just DTD as much as possible now and hoping for the best! So yeah we're taking the ' relaxed approach' hahaha and I actually feel better for it!

Hi @susso, how are things? I've been lurking and reading, felt a bit miserable as started spotting again so was pretty sure im out....momentarily got hopes up because the spotting stopped today and AF is due tomorrow but did a CB digi today because that was all they had in the shops and just thought i would see....surprise surprise was a negative so pretty sure I am out.

@twittlebee periods are so rubbish aren't they - is AF still there for you? Fx this is your cycle, and you @thisisouryrfx18
