TTC #2 - March BFPs

If you’re ttc #2 and due your AF/ BFP in March then this is the bus for you.

For my sins, I’m a bit of a veteran of the ttc circuit, and ironically if we get a BFP this month, my EDD is likely to be DS’s 3rd Birthday. Stats are as follows:

Age: 35
Cycle: 18 (without a hint of a BFP - yawn)
AF due: 15 March
DS: Aged 2

Desperately hoping to invoke the law of sod this month as we have a fertility clinic appointment on 26 March to get the ball rolling on IVF. You have no idea how much I’d love to cancel it!

Twittle Try not to be so hard on yourself look at it this way - positive mental attitude; you are going to need all those clothes. When I have a shit day (and I've had a lot recently) I eat chocolate. I'm going to need maternity clothes without even being pregnant at this rate so you're doing something positive and productive.

The insensitive comments are tough. I wish I had some words of advice for that but I don't, they're shit and it's horrible :( but please know you're not alone. We understand

Thank you yass I feel I need to clarify I have also bunged out on food too, even treated myself to 3 coffees in town (don't tell my OH he'd be pretty disappointed!). Feeling a lot better now though. Spoke to me OH about how I'm feeling after he woke up (he's on night shifts atm) and he really calmed me down.

Nice weekend for me so far. Hubby has been worked no today but also ill so we're having a chilled out night on the sofa. I've given up on TTC for this month, figure if it hasn't happened yet then residual hcg is still too high and no point stressing about it just yet. Still testing daily just in case though lol.

I'm currently in the TTW. Aged 27, TTC #2, cycle #4 and 2dpo. Would appreciate moral support through TTW, it can be difficult.

HidCat glad your having a nice relaxing weekend and hope you aren't to ill! Stay wrapped up if it's snowing where you are. Hopefully the levels will go down soon for you and your ready to TTC again with success

@TwittleBee it's DH who is ill bless him. We're good here, got about a foot of snow so having a chilled out day at home! Hope everyone is doing ok with the weather. Had a vvv faint line on hpt this morning so calling it negative (post MC). Now I know that if I get a clear positive it's a new pregnancy but if AF shows up that's ok too.

Blimey! A foot of snow! Guessing no going anywhere anytime soon. Stay warm. It's already melted here.

It's slowly disappearing but I think it will freeze overnight. Lots of fun had! Poor DS could hardly walk in it!

Af arrived here today 3 days late just to mess with me. Congrats on the bfps and good luck to everyone still waiting to find out!

Hi everyone, best of luck for the next few months. I’ve got appt with RMC clinic next week and will most likely have surgery in May so will step off here until summer again. Never thought I’d be still trying a year after starting but there you go!

I’ve had a mini-breakdown with my period coming this weekend so think a short break might psychologically be a good thing too. Think it’s all hit me and I’ve cried more in the past few days then with all the miscarriages put together so I’m not sure if I could even cope with a BFP right now!

@paranormalbouquet I’m so sorry to hear of your upset. It really is heartbreaking at times. Sometimes it’s good to let it all out. Allow yourself time to do that but please make sure that you pick yourself up. Do things and be around people that make you happy. Sending u a hug xx

So I have just walked into the office to be greeted by my very excited work friend that he and his wife are expecting a baby as he thrust scan photos into my face. I am very happy for them, he is over the moon. And I of course gave a few words of advice etc and joined in with all the happy talk. But it is making me also so internally upset. Just want to be pregnant

Yeah I've put all my effort into going a bit post happy over MN to take my mind off it.

@TwittleBee I get it, 2 women in my work are pregnant- and it sucks when I'm not! I know it sounds so selfish and I am really happy for them both, but I want to be pregnant too

I got a BFN today (Only 9dpo. I'm an idiot). BBT dipped wayyyy down too so looks like it's getting ready for AF?

@TwittleBee ur still in the running!! I'm 6dpo, and don't know if my symptoms are a sign or not. Sore nipples and some light cramping, what do you ladies think?

Just a little update since BFP 2 weeks ago, sadly I am miscarrying today at 5 weeks 2 days :( Symptoms disappeared over the weekend, tested yesterday 'Not pregnant' and started bleeding this evening. Been in this boat before so have an idea what to expect. DH is away tonight and DS is sick so I am feeling embattled to say the least.

Anyway good luck to those of you still in the running for March and I might meet some of you on another train soon xxx
