Hello to anyone TTC after suffering pregnancy loss at any stage. Supportive group for all hoping for their rainbow babies.

Well I have never heard of a warm feeling @unicorn. Although I can’t remember what’s my signs of impending AF feels like I haven’t had proper ones in ages. (Little one is 14months)

@Hortonlovesahoo I've had this too - m/c a week ago and for days just felt like I was in slow motion and just couldn't get motivated to put any energy into anything. Today's the first day that I feel like I've got a bit more oomph about me! Hope this feeling passes for you soon x

unicorns oh haha, I meant I get a sort or swollen uterus feeling in early pg which I had tues/ weds and now nothing. Yes everything in slow motion 😩

@Eastend I think I have something similar atm. It's definitely risen slightly from what I can tell anyway (I'm assuming that's a good thing). Maybe it fluctuates?

Same with the warm / swollen thing. Noticeable a few days before last BFP and noticeable again now (possibly in 2ww), but of course brain is linking it to sensation of MC / AF, not conception. Who knows. I miss how lovely I found symptom spotting last time! Now I'm sleepy all morning, twingy / warm / swollen, increased creamy cm and no idea whether it's a blastocyst or a mc hangover or early appearance from AF. Hope everyone's hanging in there x

@lemondrizzlecake448 @Hortonlovesahoo I'm sorry you're here and feeling this way 😘 I think anyone in our situation can expect to feel sad, low and unmotivated. If you still feel like this in a week or so then you could be suffering from depression - I've had periods of that myself, and I live with anxiety every day. There's so much help out there and you do not have to feel this way; and I promise you will feel better with time. I'm seeing a counsellor which helps me hugely so I would definitely recommend that - where I live there's a waiting list so get your name down with the GP ASAP. I've personally found chatting on here, and at other times just reading the boards, to be a big comfort to me. The Miscarriage Association has a helpline - I haven't used it myself but it might be a good way to start talking about what's happened? I've also been signed off work for an extra week from a mental health perspective, and again, if you think a little time out would be good then do see your GP. Most of all don't put pressure on yourselves to feel better - we need to process what we've been through, but maybe pop a date in the diary next week to see a friend, go for a lovely walk, or watch a film at the cinema. It's something to work towards and will be a step in the right direction xx

@hortonlovesahoo After my mc, I basically sat on the settee and ate chocolate digestives and watched telly for three weeks. I was exhausted physically and mentally. Look after yourself!

Hi folks, Just checking in as feeling a bit weird. AF due on Sunday but have had cramps on and off for three days - I've been convinced that it is an early period but no blood. This is unusual for me - but every month something new and unusual seems to happen that I take as a pregnancy symptom! Not testing as I have guests staying and don't want the upset of a BFN when people are here. Just wanted to get it off my chest to you lot!

I'm feeling seriously f*ed up in the head right now. My boobs hurt, feel things in my lower belly. Telling myself it's just the mc messing with my body but I can't help but hope it's a new BFP!

So I'm in a fuck it idec anymore stage. Friend has let me know of her unplanned pregnancy with her new bf of a few months (she's 8+4 atm). I don't know whether to try to be happy for her or stab her square in the head

@keepinghopeful She was talking about her booking in appointment and how excited she was (and how we can have our babies at the same time I've lost 2 already never say that to me ). I miss that excitement. All I want to do is bawl all the time which sounds very ungrateful. I mean it's a miracle how this has worked out this way but my fucking god I want to throw myself under a bus right now. I just don't want to go through another mc and surgery

Awww @Unicorn honestly some people have no bloody idea. In a very strange way I am thankful for my miscarriages- stay with me I know it sounds bonkers! Not for loosing a baby (obviously) but I am very aware, I know how to talk to people, I know what not to say and what to not to ask or presume. I can be sensitive! Does that make sense?

@ek78 when you going to test. I’m due I think round about the same time. But I’m going to see the weekend through. @peaches how many dpo are you. What you feeling in your tummy. Sometimes gut feelings are right

There's no harm in doing a test peaches.......what are the "rules" on this.....does body start ovulating etc straight away??? I have been told that some people become super fertile after a mc

Primrose16 I have no idea when I ovulated. My mc started 43 days ago.

It would be a miracle if I were pregnant because we only DTD twice. Once on sunday just gone and once about 3 weeks ago. I only think I might be because my boobs hurt again and I can't remember that being a regular AF symptom of mine, I had cramps over the last few days and I had a scary vivid dream last night. Which I also had before my first BFP and before my MC. Before my first BFP I could feel stretchy feelings around my uterus, I can feel something going on down there but I don't know if it's just my uterus shrinking post mc.

Kingy2910 I will defo do a test but not an early response one. I think I'll test on Valentines day so if it is a BFP so it's memorable. My last BFP was on my anniversary and mc on new years so I'll never forget that.

Funny you say that I had a dream before I found out I was pregnant with my daughter. I dreamt that I was pushing a bright pink pram around- I bloody hate pink! Never had dreams with my other 3 pregnancies.

Primrose16 thank you! I'm way over excited already but trying to remember it is prolly mc playing games with my body. I really hope it's true though.

Dreams are so weird! It's like our bodies know things that we are not consciously aware of and our dreams are trying to tell us! I sound like a weirdo now.

@ I would say poas. At 13dpo you should have a line!!! Omg so excited for you!!!

@peachesarenom I had the same issue. Once my hpt went negative I reset my CBFM and was just getting highs. I reset it again after the 9th one and then had a temp spike. So I stopped. So not too sure when af will come. How long is the LP? I'd say take the low as 1dpo. 🤞when are you gonna test?

@Kingy2910 I'm hoping for a super fertile cycle. I've heard the same. Had my erpc mid Jan. Af is now due exactly a month later. Ovulated late but usually have a shorter cycle. Hoping it's not just hearsay!

Oh, in that case Cakelaur BFP/AF should be due in 2 weeks. Then it would defo be too soon for sore boobs.

I think I want to test on Valentines day. Prolly will but wont count myself out till AF!
