Just heading into the 2ww!! This is the worst part, symptom spotting and poas like there's no tomorrow

It will be! It's turning me into a crazy woman already and this is only cycle 1 too!

I think I'm counting myself out already. 6dpo but now 5 days of brown discharge. Probably old lining shedding so nothing would realistically be able to implant would it.

I'm going to try and remain positive, I've had quite a bit of gynae problems in the past and know it may take time to conceive. Hope 2018 is the year for us all

@TheIntrovertedMum hahaa I feel you!! I know next week I'm gonna end up being tempted but I know what the answer will be until my period is close by 😂 the struggles!!

Well I stupidly tested early and got what I expected - a BFN! Really should have known better....I’ll wait until 1st January if AF not arrived by then....still feel a bit disappointed but keep telling myself that it might be because I tested too early! Think I’ll be even more disappointed if AF shows now

@bubblybrit aww stay positive you're not out til you're out . I have a frer and a Tesco own brand in the house and I'm locking them up until Wednesday haha!

@theintrovertedmum. I have no more pregnancy tests in the house so no option but to wait it out! Just have a feeling it’s not my month but guess we will see in the next few days lol

@bubblybrit remember sometimes you can ovulate late too! So don't get down yet, there's still a good few days for the bfp to sneak on a test

Temp drop yesterday and back up today - spotting today. Hoping it's implantation and not AF on way

@bubblybrit and other early testers don't lose hope! With my DD, I tested on the Friday night, got a negative and went out. Drank a bottle of prosecco in my disappointment. I'd done loads of tests over that last month as have I have PCOS so cycle is all over the place and I completely miss periods some months - so I genuinely believed I was not pregnant not that I'd tested too early. I had a brilliant night out and a god awful head the next day.

On the Tuesday night, my cousin rang me completely unexpectedly and told me she was expecting. Delighted for her but like a kick in my chest for me. On the Wednesday I got over myself enough to pop to the supermarket and pick her up a bunch of flowers to go round and congratulate her and bought myself a pack of FRER for the next month.

I have no idea what possessed me but I did a FRER when I got home. It was positive! Did the other, also positive. Bought a clearblue digi - Pregnant 1-2 so confirmed!

I had to go and congratulate my cousin almost bursting at the seams to keep my news to myself and also had to wait for OH to get home from work as I didn't want to tell him on the phone. We all laugh about it now. I now have a 22 month old daughter (who had no ill effects from my very ill timed bottle of wine, oops) and am TTC number 2.

@rabbitsdontlayeggs. Thanks for sharing your story. Certainly gives me a little more hope than I did this morning. Only on cycle 2 so shouldn’t be too concerned. Just added pressure this month as my DH might need to work overseas for 6 months in the new year so will need to postpone ttc if that is the case! Would love that BFP before he leaves (if he does!). I’m 34 next year so not too keen to postpone and hence feel a bit down this evening

I'm seriously symptom spotting though that's why I even took a test! My boobs never get sore and they have been so sore all day today. And my nose is dry and bloody and I've only ever had this when pregnant with my daughter!

Hey all, hope you all had a fab Christmas! Anyone out there testing on new years eve?
I was due af 2 days ago but no sign yet although I do have sore boobs and tummy cramps. I did a frer this afternoon but came up BFN. My cycle is usually like clockwork so I'm confused! Was hoping to be able to surprise my husband on New Years Eve

I feel like Af is on its way but randomly today I got an increase in cm when usually I try up by now...sorry tmi so I'm tempted to try another ic tomorrow due on the 1st or 2nd !

If af doesn't arrive I might try to hold off testing again until I'm a week late. Think af will probs arrive, it's just very strange to be late

@Owlpatrol I was very "wet" when I was pregnant with DD it's what made me test!

@Pumpkin18 I would be the same my AF is never late and to be 2 days late and no BFP would be annnoying af

Hi everyone! So I've been having tingly nipples (sorry tmi hahaha) and random aches and pains in my neck and back. Driving me insane! And my CM seems to have turned more creamy. Af isn't due til around the 10th January so I've still got a while to wait to test but I'm going to get some ICs and FRERs to use closer to the time!

@Theintrovertedmum it is very frustrating! I keep feeling like I've come on but go to the loo and there's nothing there. Hoping for good news but assuming AF will show

Some pink spotting upon wiping today at 8dpo. Maybe AF is on the way (first cycle off pill so can't expect regularity can I). I don't want to get my hopes up re implantation bleeding - just don't feel like it's my month!

@MissSophieB397 how long is your cycle? If you've got 11 days until AF it's (unfortunately) very unlikely you would have preggo symptoms already as it takes a few days for implantation. I would stick it out and not test until af is late as its not worth the upset of a bfn too early x
