Just heading into the 2ww!! This is the worst part, symptom spotting and poas like there's no tomorrow

@LookingAtTheStars89 I've woken up with backache, cramps and mild nausea (8DPO if I've calculated correctly) and am convinced they're big symptoms... have also got a sore throat , does anyone get a sore throat as well/instead of mouth sores!?

Trying not to Ss but had a ‘funny’ taste in my mouth yesterday & the day before, I’m not sure it could be classed as metallic, although I convinced myself it was metallic-ish... 😂 3 days to go!

Joining as I'm in the TWW too...TTC #3....pos opk 2 days ago on CD 20 but only managed 1 to BD twice this cycle on CD 18 & 20...I'm not too hopeful but you never know! 🤞 Good luck everyone!

5dpo and patiently waiting was CD26 so anxious for AF to arrive but hopeful for implantation any advice? And when can I test???! X

All bfns for me today . I'm on CD33 but last time we dtd was about cd 21 or 23 (can't remember !) so guess I'm not completely out but losing hope for this month

@xLeanne128 if you get a FRER (First response test) you can test as early as 4 days before AF is due but might be best waiting until AF is 'late' as levels of HCG are different with everyone and early testing can cause unnecessary anxiety (speaking from personal experience!). I'm a total POAS addict when TTC though and for my last pregnancy I tested at 10dpo and had a strong positive on a FRER. Good luck Hun x

Having come off the pill last October and only having had one period since I’m not sure whether my cramps (have got quite a bit worse since this morning), backache etc are AF symptoms rather than something more exciting! I think I’m 8DPO today, and AF is due a week tomorrow. I was going to buy a FRER tomorrow if I still have the symptoms and test Saturday morning but now thinking it’ll cause unnecessary heartache! What do people suggest?

7DPO today (according to Flo app) and I woke up with very sore breasts on the sides. Randomly itchy too settles down a bit now and could be to do with AF I suppose. My DD started her AF today and I am usually a week later so we will see. Noticed a lot of CM going on too. First cycle though and no idea what my body is doing as I had mirena removed after five years on dec 7th. Might not have even ovulated for all I know!

Paris I would try wait if I was you,I'm 11dpo and just gonna wait for af to come,if not by Monday then I might test Wednesday xx

@Brownbear84 I think you’re right. I know that deep down... if I don’t test this weekend I won’t see DH again until next weekend (work etc). But as AF is due next Friday I guess that would be sensible. Can I go a week not knowing though!? Argh this is so tough!

Sleepy badger I hear ya .... I tested at 8 dpo n gt a squinter ... hint stopped testing since fr progression n it's killing me ... I jus cnt face another chemical

Thankyou @sleepybadger that's half my problem I have no idea when AF is due should of been yesterday and today but nothing. Unsure if crazy cycle or late to be honest. Will just have to wait!! So can I test at 10dpo or is that still too early? I also have creamy/sticky CM don't know if that's good or nothing x

@cakeanytype they are defo positive and looks like progression to me! Congratulations! :)

@xLeanne128 strictly speaking yeah you could test at 10dpo, but if it's negative it doesn't necessarily mean you aren't pg could just be too early to show as everyone is different. CM sounds promising...first thing I noticed in all previous pregnancies has been tons of creamy CM (sorry TMI!)

@sleepybadger I'm 11dpo but I haven't tested I just dernt. I'm waiting it out 🙁🙁

I jus can't get it out of my head that it won't happen 12 months of trying n two early losses .. my brains jus all over ... oh is getting the raw end of it too !!! Crying at everything 🤷🏻‍♀️ I'm so concerned with the progression... last time I had a week of vvfp... loss at five weeks ... thy nvr gt tht strong though like these so iam praying ... but then today the brownish discharge... when your younger ttc is easy breezy !

I can see progression @cakeanytype , it’s such a hard time, even the wait for a BFP is tough so I can’t imagine how emotional it is for you. One thing that is noticeable is that you had a BFP early compared to some others and it is getting stronger. That sounds really promising to me, happy thoughts and lots of sleep/rest if you can x

I a POAS addict. I need AF to get me or be pregnant otherwise I may go bankrupt! I have now got some OPks from amazon - did one today and got a faint line - altho I understand that is normal - got them in preparation for next go round so will keep using them to check if I get a surge

@cakeanytype oh bless you that must be so hard. I had an mc a few years ago (although it was a late one at 16 weeks 😢) and although you never forget it does get easier I promise you. Loss at any stage of pregnancy is just heartbreaking so I totally feel for you and understand the anxiety involved. Try to rest and not to panic although that's easier said than done. Would it help/put your mind at rest to go to the docs for bloods if you explain the situation (especially as you've had a bit of discharge too)? I did that when I got preg very soon after the mc (just 4 weeks 😱) as I was concerned it wasn't a true BFP but residual HCG followikg the MC. They did bloods to see if HCG was doubling every 2 days and thankfully it was and I went on to have my baby boy! Might be worth considering Hun. All the best and do keep us updated! X

@Cloud9889 Same! It's an expensive habit isn't it!? I use the cheapo opks off Amazon too and have found them really good! All the best and hope you get your BFP soon x
