January Bus - New Year, New Bumps Please!

Hi all

Thought I'd start January bus as spotting has started today Sad

Here's my stats

Age 29
Ttc #1
Cycle 13
Currently cd28 at due next couple of days
Next af/bfp due 4th January

Planning to do the sperm meets egg plan this month. Looking forward to af finishing already!

Hi guys can I ask a quick question I think I ovulated on 28th Dec (got a line on the stick on 27th) my period is due 12th jan. which date would you test I was thinking the 9th jan? Is this too early? I have some tests which say can detect 6 days before period but not sure if it's realistic to test that early

Just checking in - fertile period pretty much over. Have been off work so been able to dtd at least once a day if not more Blushanyway tww now and am back at work tomorrow so should help take my mind off it. Also doing dry Jan and avoiding coffee to see if that's any help. Fingers crossed for cycle 6!

I'm back st work tomorrow after a year off it will def keep my mind off it I'm petrified of my first day back! Also cutting out coffee and alcohol here

Think I'm going to still have a morning one. I checked our coffee capsules and they have 89 mg of caffeine and anything under 200mg was considered ok when I asked my consultant last time around... I had to ask as my only pregnancy craving was Diet Coke so I allowed myself one a day!

2017 has officially ended so I'm hopping over to the January bus. Happy new year everyone! Hoping 2018 is a better year and we all get our bfps soon.
This bus seems to be incredibly full already! Congratulations to everyone tgat already has a bfp.
No idea what's going on with my cycles since mc in october which i guess is to be expected. Just so infuriating. I think I've missed an af, hoping so as don't really want to settle into 50 day cycles!
I'm 5dpo and keeping fx. If this time is bpf I can tell dp on his birthday ❤

Tested this morning at 11dpo (af due Sunday) with an IC and of course it was BFN.

FF said this morning though that a possible triphasic pattern was seen in my bbt chart at 8dpo. I know triphasic isn't necessarily a sign of pg but has anyone seen this pattern & got their bfp?

So I didn’t want to get too excited and trying not to symptom spot but a friend that is currently pregnant told me she has a feeling that I am even though it was too early to test (6DPO) so I waited 3 more days and I got this today... hubby wasn’t convinced and I probably shouldn’t have showed him really but I was too impatient and was feeling off so wanted to check I’m not going crazy... apparently not...

@PinkyPromise77 that’s definitely positive congratulations! I didn’t even need to zoom in on it on my mobile! My digital didn’t show up for a few days when my fr looked like that so maybe try a digital on Thursday ?

I feel I might have left it to late this cycle. I “think” I’m due to ovulate any time now but haven’t tracked this cycle having an relaxed approach. Heading home post a few days with family for the festivities so will be BD and see what happens

Congrats @pinkypromise! What a lovely way to start the new year!

I got my positive OPK yesterday (CD14 which is amazing as I normally don't get it until CD18/19). So dtd Sunday, yesterday and will again tonight. I was hoping to do 3 times in a row from positive OPK but dp is exhausted and it would mean 4 days in a row. So I have to compromise! Just hoping what we have done is enough.

Congratulations @pinkypromise! I have been lurking for a while now and think we are cycle buddies!
TTC #1
First proper cycle since coming off mini pill. Think I am 8/9 dpo.
I’ve been feeling nauseous everyday, I never get sore boobs and they have been much more sensitive, my whole body has been aching for the past few days and have also had AF type cramps the last 3ish days. I never had AF on the mini pill so this could all be PMS and have forgotten what it felt like!
Congratulations on all the BFPs so far!

@LookingAtTheStars89. Not tested yet but no sign of flo either! AF due anytime between 1st and 6th January depending on cycle length so trying not to get my hopes up. Trying to hold out for a few more days....really difficult though....you got your positive opk yet?

Work not too bad today....attempting to diet haha! Feeling a bit better now. Weirdly my af hasn't started properly but I assume it wasn't implantation yesterday looked exactly the same as pre af spotting....

Thanks everyone! I think I’m still in shock... so not sure how I’m feeling right now... especially that it’s not super clear line so hubby is not on board yet lol

@Pixiedust25 eeek I was due to test any day between 6-9th Jan depending on which app I was looking at so fx for you too my lovely!!! I had been feeling just weird... couple of dizzy spells couple of nauseous moments and very sore boobs yesterday...

@Bubbly fx for you too Hun! I was just too impatient i couldnt wait 🙈

Ordered couple of the digital clear Blue showing how many weeks so will use those over the weekend and will hopefully convinced my OH that he can get excited :)

Thanks @pinkypromise77. Think a part of me is too scared to test in case it’s a BFN! I still have hope now but perhaps just prolonging the agony? Your test is definitely positive...think your OH is just being extra cautious! Delighted for you both. Congrats Smile xx

Question on LH surge...so I got a positive OPK throughout yesterday (tested 11am, 5pm, 10pm). I tested again this morning at 11am and it is still positive. Does the egg only release after the LH surge is over? I have never had a positive OPK for more than one day.
