Welcome all anti-fertile fuckers! This is our clique for those trying longer than 6 cycles and are pretty fed up.

Here are our Fucked Off TTC Commandments

• Thou shall not arrive one day and post BFP next day
• Thou shall not give advice to other when TTC for one month only
• Thou shall not participate in one-up-manship and realise TTC is shit for everyone in different ways
• Thou shall allow posters to be fucked off with the world and everything in it at regular points in the month
• Thou shall not be offended by strong language
• Thou shall not tell everyone to eat yams
• Thou shall accept being called a muppet for testing at 7dpo at 9pm at night

@Bubblegum89, you're very strong, I wouldn't be able to cope with a baby shower right now! Or babysitting. I'm happy just being a grumpy hermit in my house! Also - sore boobs more than usual?! I have my fingers crossed for you!

I've just sorted fertility friend to record my mc and it says I should ov this weekend. But opks last three days have been getting lighter so I don't think it's happening. I would just like to know!

AF due on Tues-Thurs for me. Never quite sure when, as I fluctuate between 24 and 27 day cycles, but I have a feeling it'll be a short month this time round. Trying to think of something uplifting to do later in the week. Drinking a bottle of wine on your own whilst watching trash on tv is uplifting, right??

I know I'll end up testing anyway, because I always do (thank heavens for internet cheapies), but I'm going to try to hold off til Thursday, if AF hasn't appeared by then. So...what I really mean is I'll probably test on Monday

Sooz it’s like this weird thing where being around babies makes me so sad but also I love babies too much to not be around them haha. I suppose babysitting is kind of like having a baby but without all the not so fun parts! Ah these sore boobs don’t mean a thing. I already can feel af gearing up. Fingers crossed for this weekend. Do you use the cheapie tests or a clearblue?

lostintranslocation my go-to is alcohol when waiting for af lol I don’t bother testing anymore. Unless I’m a week late, I save myself the disappointment. A few months ago I was 4 days late so got excited, did a test and then af showed up about 12 hours later. Typical. How long have you been ttc for? Oh and the baby shower is my own fault, I volunteered to plan it. Such an idiot.

@Bubblegum89, I'm using cheapies, currently doing two a day to see if I can catch my surge. But the one this morning was fainter than the one two days ago so I don't know what going on. Pah!

Argh how annoying Sooz this month my opks erm weird. I had no lines at all then a really strong positive then no lines then lines that started getting darker then another strong positive. Maybe just keep doing them a couple of times a day for a while. Good thing about IC’s is that it’s not too expensive to do them all the time!

@lostintranslocation af due Friday to Sunday for me. Going to test on Monday or Tuesday 12/13dpo if my willpower holds up last cycle I tested and within 30mins af appeared 😡

Going to a spiritual & well-being fayre this afternoon will let you all know if I get any good TTC info.

RhiBee that has happened so many times to me too! I test and then within the hour my period starts. So depressing.

bubblegum , well, it's complicated! We first started trying 4 and a half years ago. In that time we've had two successes. One baby, and one miscarriage. We had a short break after the birth of our baby, but didn't want to wait too long because we'd already been told we has fertility problems, so knew it could take a while. Then it took another 2 years to get pregnant again, which resulted in a marriage a few months ago.

So technically we know that I can get pregnant, but we don't have a high success rate. We know my husband's sperm count and motility and morphology are all very very low, but he thinks that because it has happened naturally twice, it'll happen again. I'd rather go straight for IVF/ ICSI, knowing what we do, but we're kind of at a stand-off at the moment! We've agreed another six months then a review...

It resulted in a miscarriage, not a marriage!

@Bubblegum89 Best of luck with the party. My nephew's 1st birthday party was a few weeks ago. We spent almost the entire time playing with him, until family started asking when we were going to have kids and I had to go hide in the toilets so they didn't see me cry.

I caved and did a FRER this morning and got a BFN but it's only 12dpo. Black Friday FRERs are due to arrive on Monday so will hold on til then and retest on Tuesday if AF hasn't arrived.

I did an IC this morning (Not FMU) at about 13dpo and got BFN. Not a surprise but I just want AF to arrive if she’s coming because the longer she’s away the more my glimmer of hope screams at me, which is really fucking annoying. I had to take a hot water bottle to bed last night because I was cramping so bad but she’s still not bloody (pardon the pun) here!!

Hope everyone is ok & sorry to everyone having baby bombs left right & centre & BFN's. My 20 day AF has finally stopped & we had sex just for fun today - shock horror! My cycle is literally all over the place so hoping to stay calm & try to just go with the flow & not turn into my usual obsessed poas self!

I have totally missed FW because of my stupid AF - but hoping ovulation will just be delayed? Any advice guys?

Hi everyone. Cd12 and we are Not Trying this month. But of course I’m aware when we DTD! This morning for example. It’s so tough isn’t it. However the happy mid cycle hormones mean I’m actually feeling quite good and getting things ready for Christmas etc. I won’t be testing before AF this month for sure. DH did his sperm sample on Friday, I’m a bit nervous for the results but glad we will know one way or the other. I feel like most sperm are shit anyway?? From what I’ve read. A bit like men
Oh and I ordered EIGHT Black Friday frers by accident !! Then I cancelled them in a fit of guilt! What is life. Hope everyone is having a good weekend.

Just to prepare you all for my epic meltdown on Monday when I get a bfn I am foolishly getting my hopes up, boobs are sooo sore and like boulders

@DoAsDreamersDo I have also felt like I'm about to get AF today, which is weird as it's a week or two early. I had quite a bit of cramping the other day and wondered if it has anything to do with that.

@micropig I had cramps last week too (although AF not due until tomorrow, according to a couple of apps). She’s still not here though! Just teasing me by sending spasms through my uterus!!

sooz my cycles used to be lovely and regular when we first started trying then I got put on some medication that screwed them up, I've since read that these tablets can stop you ovulating which is why I think my cycles have been long. I had 2 normal cycles in the summer just before I started coming off the medication then it all went haywire again but 81 days is a record by a long way. Took my last tablet yesterday so hoping things will regulate again soon. Rearly sore nipples yesterday so af likely on her way at last.

@RhiBee29 I admire your willpower in waiting til Monday. My Black Friday FRERs just arrived a day early and I said I'd wait til tuesday but it's so hard!

@pinkdonkey Does your doctor know it's been this long? I once went 9 months without a period and was prescribed norethisterone to bring one on.

@Hopeislost I caved this morning and did an ic...bfn, feeling deflated ☹️ why do I do it? 6 days before af is due! Good luck, hope you’re stronger than me!

hopeislost I've not spoken to my GP about it yet. I mentioned the irregular cycles once as the info in the medication said to speak to your Dr. Immediately if your cycles were affected and she said it was probably just stress from us both being ill. She was also very negative about us ttc in general due to DHs illness. If AF doesn't show up soon I will book in to see a different GP, I'm nearly 35 now which is worrying me after 19 months ttc although some of those months we wernt really trying due to both DH and I being very ill last year.

Had lots of fertile CM and pains in my right side (opposite to last month) this weekend so we've had lots of s.e.x and hoping for the best!

Oh this is taking the piss now. A girl I know just had a baby about 4 weeks ago and she’s pregnant AGAIN.

Silver I just... argh... so annoying!! Girl yesterday getting pregnant before she had started even trying and now one pregnant a month after having a baby. Why is life so fucking unfair? I have to agree with you, I hate the entire world too.
