Is there any danger in taking it off your own back? Do you think I should make an appointment with the GP?

TheCatsPaws · 11/11/2017 22:50

You bruise more easily, but otherwise as far as I know, it’s safe. I’m not a dr, but I do read a lot of research because I’m quite obsessive over this issue since I had my first miscarriage, and I haven’t found anything that says it can be harmful. Most drs prescribe it when there’s no reason found for the miscarriages

LookingAtTheStars89 · 11/11/2017 22:57

I just txt my Mum and she said she actually has a clotting disorder!

TheCatsPaws · 11/11/2017 22:58

Does she know which one? They’re linked to miscarriages and they can be fixed!

LookingAtTheStars89 · 11/11/2017 23:46

She's going to find out as she can't remember. My oh said he'll take me to the Drs next week to discuss it with her.

12DPO and temp is up even higher. I haven’t used a FRER since 9dpo so I guess there is still a chance?? The boots early detection — anyone know the sensitivity? I had a negative on one yesterday morning. Don’t want to get my hopes up. I have nothing but a Superdrug 20 miu test left! I guess if AF doesn’t show tomorrow I’ll buy more FRER.

Ps don’t judge the negatives at 4dpo that was when I still thought I had ovulated on cd12!

grumpy your chart looks great! I don't know the sensitivity of them? I didn't get a definate line on my frer this time until 11dpo! Your still in with a chance! Goodluck xx

BlueeSpottyTiger · 12/11/2017 08:01

Here's mine at 14dpo. Bfp on 11dpo. The fact your temp is climbing is really hopeful!

Happy, but also terrified! Did the test this morning at 6am with FMU. Have had 26 day cycles since my MMC, so period was technically due Sat, but due to ovulating a bit later, Ovia predicted AF for tomorrow. Wasn't going to test, but had a couple of symptoms last night (sudden extreme tiredness and bleeding gums when brushing my teeth) that made me cave and test this morning.

Thanks blue. My cm is sticky and cervix low firm closed so pretty sure AF will show tomorrow. If not then I’ll buy more FRER. How are you feeling? Done any more tests?

Congratulations! That’s a really strong line :)

TheGrumpySquirrel · 12/11/2017 08:06

Wow, congratulations flat! That’s a very strong line!

So very pleased for you flat, you’ve had a rough time!!! Congratulations!!! Smile

Flatwhite32 · 12/11/2017 08:11

Thanks ladies. It is strong @TheGrumpySquirrel, although it's probably because I'm testing so close to when AF would be due. Also did an IC, and the line is there, but really faint! Shows how sensitive the FRER test is.

Flatwhite32 · 12/11/2017 08:11

Thanks @weasledee. Terrified it'll all go wrong again! Eek!

weasledee · 12/11/2017 08:38

Totally understand what you mean flat, but I had a healthy pregnancy straight after my first miscarriage, it’s sat next to me on the couch now :)
Keep us updated x

BlueeSpottyTiger · 12/11/2017 08:49

Wow-wee! That's great Flat Looks like we'll both be back on the antenatal thread together again! We was both on the March one wasn't we :)
grumpy I ran outta frers after 12dpo so have been using IC's and they are progressing nicely. I'm going to buy some cbd with conception indicators maybe next weeks and do them a week apart to makesure they match what i should be!.

I'm still breastfeeding my dd @21month 🙈
My mum seems to think that's why I've had 2 MC's in a row. That's nonsense surely???? I can't seem to find a link.

Zoo33 · 12/11/2017 08:53

Hi ladies. I’m back from my holiday which was lovely but I wonder if I was just running away from things as coming home has been really tough (and we only got home at 1am!). Not looking forward to going to work tomorrow as getting back to normal feels like I’m admitting it’s all over. (Although I can’t wait for the bleeding to stop so that I can start trying again, so I feel very conflicted.) Also been suffering with lots of headaches again which I haven’t done for months.

Anyway, been catching up on the bfps on this thread - congratulations!! It’s really wonderful seeing the good news. X

Flatwhite32 · 12/11/2017 09:17

Thank you so much @weasledee. That's lovely!

@BlueeSpottyTiger yes I was also on the March one! Bit too scared to join any other threads at the moment. My milestone is to get beyond the 12 week scan, as that's where it all went wrong before. I'm already worrying I'll lose it before then.

@Zoo33, like you I went one a (pre-planned) holiday abroad very soon after (I was on a plane to Italy less than 48 hours after surgical management). Like you, I found coming home tough. I had headaches, random bleeding and I cried a lot, but please know how you're feeling is normal. I only started to feel stronger two months after my MMC, and I have to admit that looking at my BFP this morning, I shed a few tears for the little bean that I lost in August. You know where we are my lovely. Xxx

TheCatsPaws · 12/11/2017 09:42

This might be triggering. I don’t know if I should talk about this here, but I can’t talk about it irl because people will think I’m crazy. Maybe you will all think I’m crazy.

I don’t know what to do with my baby. I lost it “complete” and basically gave birth to a tiny sac in my bathroom. I immediately wrapped it up in tissue and found a tiny box that looked like a little cot and put it there, planning to bury it. It’s in my garage. I can’t bear to look, and I feel like I’m letting my baby down by just leaving it. But I don’t want to finalise it? I miss my baby so much.

It’s fucking morbid isn’t it? Tell me I’m not crazy. :(

Zoo33 · 12/11/2017 09:42

Thanks @Flatwhite32. It’s the exhaustion I’m finding really hard - I’ve never felt so completely wiped out. My boss and colleague know so I’m hoping they’ll be understanding if I don’t work late for the next few weeks.

I’m not there yet but I can totally imagine that shedding a few tears over your lost baby when looking at a BFP is totally normal.

TheCatsPaws · 12/11/2017 09:43

This is from July, by the way. I can’t believd I’m being so weird about it.

TheGrumpySquirrel · 12/11/2017 09:58

@TheCatsPaws you aren’t weird. I lost mine complete too, and wish I’d kept it to bury instead of flushing down the loo. Go and bury it. Don’t look inside! You’ll feel better once it’s done ♥️

Maybe you can get a plant with nice flowers to plant on the grave x
