Sparkle that is great news! I would be fuming at the delays but at least you can move on now x

Grey I’m really hoping that you ovulated later and the sperm were there waiting. Are you sure the line isn’t an evap? Post a pic? Thinking of you

bean really sorry, what a rubbish time you've had. That's a huge amount of blood! Glad you're home and hope you can rest up now.

grey, I'm so sorry, chemicals are really cruel. Sending love ❤️

Best of luck blue and grumpy!

Hello love thank you for the lovely warm welcome ❤️ sorry yesterday was so horrible and painful but great news that you can start ttc any day now and that you had a lovely consultant. Yes onwards and upwards!

Lovemysparkle · 07/11/2017 10:07

Thank you grumpy & bean❤️ We are really peeved at the length of time but we can’t turn the clock back so we’re just happy that we can look forward now! My consultant advised that if we have another mc that we should have genetic testing as yesterday all of my bits Fallopian tubes, ovaries, cervix & endometrial lining was perfect for implantation (her words) as I had the lletz procedure (cancerous cells removed) about 9 years ago she would expect scar tissue but my cervix was like a silky peach!! I watched it all on screen & although it was really interesting it was a bit rank as well😩 I had to have loads of saline injected up my fairy garden then the telescopic camera it felt like labour pains so bloody painful ladies!! I’m also on antibiotics for 3 days as this procedure carries a high risk of infection, how do we do it ladies??? I know we’d all go the the moon & back for our 🌈🌈 babies. 2018 will be the year for us all❤️❤️❤️

Lovemysparkle · 07/11/2017 10:10

Bean rest up girl lots of treats & a duvet day/days❤️❤️

Tea-you are an inspiration lovely, I wish you nothing but love & happiness ❤️❤️

NoCatsHere · 07/11/2017 16:03

ourstar and tea what you've both been through is just awful. I'm so sorry, you definitely deserve some sunshine. we are all here for you though, this group is lovely.

lilli you are in no way replacing your baby. they are already in some way, even if not physically here part of your family. you are already a mother. If you have another baby you are adding to your family, never replacing, don't ever feel bad.

bean sorry you've been through the mill. that is a heck a lot of blood to lose. glad you're feeling a bit better now.

sparkle the loss of time is crap, but at least you can look forward now. i have high hopes for 2018 for us all too!

I am gearing up for my fertile window which should start in a couple of days, so I'm in that hopeful stage of my cycle where anything is possible!
And someone was asking about spotting? But yes after my mmc i got really annoying spotting for several days before and after my period which i'd never had before. It stopped completely after 3 cycles though, i think our bodies just take time to get back to normal. flat i'm sure thats what youve experienced with you feeling your hormones aren't 'right'. Its so hard not to want everything to be just back where it was straight away but we forget what our poor bodies have been through and they all need to adjust.

Those of you waiting on tests and crap feint lines i'm wishing you lots of luck.

GreyCloudsToday · 07/11/2017 17:35

God Sparkle that's so frustrating about the mis-diagnosis. I bet you were like Hmm Confused It is nice and reassuring that everything looks great in there, though! I'm glad you can get back on the TTC mission and fingers crossed that it will be your month.

How was your day Bean?

Good luck for your fertile window NoCats

Here's a pic of this evening's squinter.

Grey.. those ICs take ages to show a line.. that’s a decent positive!! get yourself a FRER! Congratulations 😁😁😁

Flatwhite32 · 07/11/2017 18:36

@beanhunter you poor love. Rest up and treat yourself to nice things. Xx

@GreyCloudsToday that's definitely not a mega squinter, and those IC tests take ages to show up a BFP! Congratulations!

@Lovemysparkle glad all looks good inside, but so sorry you've had to have such invasive tests. 2018 will be our year!

GreyCloudsToday · 07/11/2017 19:03

Really? You've given me hope. I tend to do 2 tests a day so I need ICs or I'll bankrupt us!

I'm really out of control with the POAS and it's blatantly an unhealthy obsessive thing. Maybe you can help me not test again until either my period comes, or it gets to be Friday?

weasledee · 07/11/2017 21:30

Grey clouds, that’s no squinter!!! Congratulations! :) x

Fillybee · 07/11/2017 21:36

Sorry will reply properly tomorrow but just to say I wouldn’t call that a squinter @Grey, I’d say it was a great bfp! Especially for IC and especially for the evening!

I have no advice about how to not POAS, I was on twice a day for the first few weeks so I could see if line getting stronger then still do them every few days now at 7 weeks. Pee away, ICs all the way!

Purplepjs · 07/11/2017 22:09

Hi

Just been catching up on the news.

Welcome to ourstar and tea and thank you for sharing with us about your beautiful babies. I’m so very very sorry for your loses and, as the others have said, I have everything crossed for you for your happy endings.

bean I hope you’re starting to feel a bit brighter; how awful for you! Rest lots. Have they suggested some iron tablets if you’ve lost lots of blood? I take spatone water and it’s much gentler than iron supplements.

grey I think that looks strong!!! Eeek...this bit is soooo hard. Go get a FRER but save it for first morning pee...maybe buy it tomorrow, use it Thursday??? Good luck!!

Am CD4 so enjoying some wine and caffeine and trying not to think about things too much.

Hope you’re all ok this evening. Thanks so much for all being so supportive, open and lovely; it makes such a difference to go through all this with an understanding community. X

seekingsummer · 08/11/2017 06:39

Hi everyone. Hope you're all well. Thanks for your lovely messages love, nocats and purple. This really is a such a supportive place to be.

I've found my POAS people! I have no self control either (Filly congrats! Your message made me smile).

grey doesn't look like a squinted to me either!! Congratulations! Hope a FRER can put your mind at ease. X

TheGrumpySquirrel · 08/11/2017 06:40

Got another negative test this morning. I’m going to have to make a start on looking into why it’s not working for us, FFS, just so despondent about it all. 😔 can’t face Christmas when I should have a 2 week old then, and I’m not even going to be pregnant. Sorry for moaning, I’m very fed up.

Daffodil77 · 08/11/2017 07:20

@Bean hope you're feeling a bit better. Take care of yourself xx

@sparkle so glad you've finally got the all clear. It's hard to get over the frustration of the waiting but I'm glad you're trying to look forward instead. I imagine positive vibes are much better for baby making!

@Grey that is definitely not a squinter. Grab yourself a FRER. How many dpo are you now?

@GrumpySquirrel big events always bring it home because you can't help imagining what stage you'll be at in advance. One of the first things I did when I got my BFP was work out how far along I'd be at Christmas. At this rate I'm unlikely to even be pregnant again. I think the pain of the loss increases over time as the gap between when you should've had a baby and will have a baby gets longer. The thought of going to the GP must be upsetting but at least if there is something wrong you can get started on fixing it.

Juancornetto · 08/11/2017 07:21

How many DPO are you @thegrumpysquirrel? Am I right that it's either 8 or 10? If so, it's still very early.

www.countdowntopregnancy.com/pregnancy-test/dpo-chart.php?dpo=8
8 DPO and 67.4% of pregnant women will get a BFN.

www.countdowntopregnancy.com/pregnancy-test/dpo-chart.php?dpo=10
10 DPO and 33% of pregnant women get a negative test.

You're not out yet, hang in there! But I'll join you on the dreading Christmas thing, I can see my due date looming and dreading it Sad Big hugs x

BlueeSpottyTiger · 08/11/2017 07:21

grey that is not a squinter, Congrats!!! Wooo :)
grumpy :( aww man I'm sorry, Still early days yet! Goodluck xx

I potentially have a squinter on my frer at 10dpo.. I have non left now though so will have to see if af turns up on Saturday!

Daffodil77 · 08/11/2017 07:22

@Grumpy don't apologise for moaning. It's not moaning when they are perfectly valid feelings x

BlueeSpottyTiger · 08/11/2017 07:31

Sorry it's bad lighting, i know 10dpo is early and it's so faint but with this i don't need to tilt it to see it lol. The line does look pink aswell.
