October Bus - More treats than tricks please!

I'm off the September Bus before it even leaves the station and thanks to my longer cycle I thought I'd start the October page.

Checking in Wine

Got a very faint BFP on 7th September, a BFN on the 9th September & started bleeding 9th September despite AF not being due until the 11th. Possibly a chemical pregnancy so feeling very disappointed and very determined to make this cycle work.

TTC #3 but 1 and 2 were unplanned surprises so this is my first time actively trying for a baby. I haven't been pregnant in seven years and so far, no sticky BFP.

No idea if I'll ovulate on my usual times now so I'm planning on buying a ClearBlue Digital to help me along this month.

BFP due around October 9th.

Cycle: 4 after mmc at 12 weeks in May/June

@MegEmski, I gave also had very short AF since the mc. 2 days of light bleeding, when 5 of mid to heavy was more usual for me.

Starting taking various vitamins last cycle to try and build up lining. AF still only 2 day's, but slightly heavier this time. Adding baby aspirin to the mix thus time.

@MonaTheMoaner sounds a bit like me. I have 2 DC and didn't ttc with either, so very new to this. It's been 9 years since my youngest was born, so feeling a bit lost (And old!)

Argh so my cycle/periods have changed. Was off the injection for nearly 2 years before ttc. Cycles 27/28 days on the dit, periods 4/5 days long. Last cycle was 34 days ling and had a 7 day period! Has anyone experienced changes like this? It's so odd! So going on that, will be hoping for bfp on 7th October! 🤷‍♀️

Bubble04 good luck! We may be new to this but I'm sure we can do this.

The injection messed my periods up awfully. No period at all for 18 months after coming off it and my cycle was everywhere for another two years.

We were very lucky last time and conceived first cycle so I fear my expectations this time round are a tad unrealistic!

Got my coil out at the end of July, which messed with AF. My September AF showed up 2 days late, so it's countdown time.

Hello all - it has been a while since I hopped on a mn bus...hope I am remembering everything correctly!

Coil due to be removed tomorrow..eek.

I have one DS (7) and DD (5). What can I say, empty nest syndrome now they are both at school...time for another 😊

Cycle 2 (first cycle that I actually kind of know what I'm doing... a tiny bit anyway!)

Naively thought it would just 'happen' first cycle... silly me!! Cue opks, ovia, EPO, preeseed and pineapple (is the latter a myth or a thing??)

Surreygirl I'm sticking with Ovia, EPO, preseed and pineapple* this month too. I don't think it can harm, but I couldn't make one cut pineapple last 5 days last month!

*and Glow, Clue, raspberry leaf tea, warm feet and warm womb...

Welcome to all the other joiners too.

My body is playing games with me this month - EWCM appearing a week before ovulation due day (currently on day 13 but normally ovulate around day 21.) I had a few regular as clockwork months after having my implant removed, but it felt like once we decided to go for it and ttc, it's been refusing to play along. It's so frustrating!

This is my first post - looking forward to having some people to talk to as soooo frustrated with my ttc journey. Been very actively trying (digital OVulation test, Fertile CM, vitamins, Ovia) for four cycles since coming off Mirena Coil but my periods are still very light and short (last was 2 days) though cycle regular and pretty sure I am ovulating...

Thinking of paying privately for fertility tests as am 32 and early menopause is in the family...

Hi @lindypops33 I'm doing ok now thank you. Looks like it was a chemical as my hcg was there then the next test was nothing. So off we go again.

I'm taking the relaxed attitude this time, no opks just dtd every other day for the whole month. Taking the pressure off as we have had such a stressful month- Dp is delighted.
Really although we want this I am thinking the less alterations to my wedding dress would be helpful- although it's not a huge issue

Cycle # 2..? (Since sorting my cycles ...I think ...! Been off bc for well over a year.)
Bfp/af due somewhere around October 2nd.

Hopping on too. I'm on CD10 and starting to get some ewcm. Typically DH has had to go away for a week so bad timing here and probably no chance but I often look like I'm going to ovulate then don't for a few days more so hopefully he'll be home in time!

@Fingerscrossedandfairydust early menopause runs in my family too. I didn't realise they can do a blood test for it. I'm awaiting results of that (among a thousand other tests!) doctors appointment is 25th and I'm terrified. I hate the doctors and I know I have a list of issues.

Really hope it happens soon, starting to worry it will never happen! Currently doing the couch to 5k to get fitter and loose a little weight. Also finding this is taking my mind off things a little.
