October Bus - More treats than tricks please!

I'm off the September Bus before it even leaves the station and thanks to my longer cycle I thought I'd start the October page.

BFP due October 4th

I am completely out this month only 10dpo and AF arrived two days early only had a 22day cycle this month 😔

This morning i'm feeling deflated and confused. I'm 13DPO and have had symptoms since 3DPO. I have done my first test this morning and BFN. AF may be due tomorrow (based on last cycle length) which may not yet be stable after coming off the pill a couple of months ago.

Looks like I’m off this bus! AF here.... 9 days late, not usual for me as I’m always 28 days so weird! Had BFNs all week though. November bus here I come!

@pumpkinpatch000 hi. I too only came off the pill a while ago. I waited 7 weeks then AF arrived. As its my first I don't know why cycle length I am going to be. My plan is to DTD every other day for the whole month!

Sorry to hear about the BFNs ladies. I'm pretty convinced I'll be joining you all in less than 2 weeks! It's frustrating isn't it, especially when you know you DTD at the right time.

@lindypop33 was the 7 week wait for your first AF after coming off the pill? My first was 33 days, then 29 and now the waiting game...AF due tomorrow if its 29 days like last month.

That plan may work out better, I'm considering something similar for next month if I don't get BFP, if anything to stop the DPO counting when it might not even be accurate.

@pumpkinpatch000 yes that's right. It took longer than usual when I stop taking it. Once I forgot to take it for 2 days and came on the next day!! Must be my age. I'm keeping a sort of diary and when I counted back 13/14 days from the first day of AF it was a day I noted I had really bad pain in my left side. I take that as a good sign! But I'm no good with temping and OPKs so this month I think I'm just going to eat healthy and exercise and chill out, DTD every other day and see what happens. X

I am TTC no.2, on cycle 1. I'm on CD 19, about 5-6 DPO. Can someone invent a time machine so I can jump on a week and test already? The waiting is a killer!!

AF is here again. Not sure what’s going on with my body, she was here 2 weeks ago! Onto the November bus I go!

I'm hoping on the bus too. First time ttc. Trying not to over think it but cannot stop thinking about it. Totally convinced I'm pregnant already. October is 1st month trying. Period not due until 21st so hear goes the 2 weeks waiting!!

Practical Q. Is it ok to have a drink when ttc? I don't have to start following the rules until I know I'm pregnant right?

I'm on CD36 and still haven't ovulated. Super fed up. No idea what I should be doing. Waiting for my nhs referral to fertility but I'm the world's most impatient person.

Almost positive OPK! Maybe it's finally happening!!

Lots of BFN / AF going on, sorry to all of you. I had positive OPK today so obviously husband is "too tired"

@hopegg I'm following the "drink till it's pink" philosophy! I discussed with my dr who said just carry on with everything until I get go (i.e.; no need to watch re foods not meant to eat or moderate drinking)

Cycle 4 TTC#1 here. DH is nearly 29 and I'm nearly 26.

Read a horrible study tonight saying no pregnancy within 3 months if you're aged 25 and your odds go down to 18% chance each month!! With I hadn't bloody read that. I'm in worry over work opportunities versus TTC as will be stuck in the same job and it's nearing the time I could get a promotion. I'm not convinced I'll get pregnant and don't want to put my career on the back burner if it doesn't happen, but equally promotion = would have to halt TTC for a bit really. Life is never simple is it? We had an unplanned pregnancy a few years ago, funny how it happens with one missed pill and then months of trying does naf all

Oh and I'm totally convinced I'm out this month. AF due 18th do barely any DPO but I've had bizarre cramps for nearly a whole week now and flew long haul so am convinced that's buggered my cycle up. Humph!

Sigh.

Peak today. On CD10. That can’t be good.

Stupid light period messing everything up

AF was due today, but still no sign. So I did another test, but still bfn.

I got a bit upset and had a chat with DH. We've been trying since April, which I know isn't as long as many people have, and ill admit, weve tried harder on some months than others, but it's still worrying me a little. I'm 30 (soon to be 31), DH is 34. I have endometriosis and adenomyosis, and I'm wondering if we're approaching the stage where we start exploring fertility tests. What's everyone's experience? Are we too early?

Thanks meow :) I think I'd go mad if I had to change the food/not drink when I don't even know yet.

Hi I've just come off my pill to ttc my 2nd. Don't know if I'm replying in the right place!

It's Cd20 in the big brother house. CBADM still saying high but no peak! Think I'm literally going to be p*ing on my money until I have used 20 sticks!! Of to Italy for a few days on Thursday which should hopefully take my mind of the phantom symptom spotting (none yet). AF due the day after I get back. Here's hoping she doesn't make a very unwelcome appearance while we are away.

Another person in the BFN group this morning. AF due Thurs but used clear blue early detection. Threw everything I had at it this month. Feeling very low and booking me and DH in for tests. Should either give peace of mind or identify the issue, so money well spent I reckon.

Morning all, sorry to hear about the BFNs, nothing to report here, CD 20, about 6-7 DPO, thought I had imagined nausea and heightened sense of smell in the first few days, but just feel nothing today, all I feel is very irritated with everyboday, poor DH this morning! hope I'm not going to be this cranky for the remainder of the TWW. To all who are still waiting to test, good luck!

Two BFNs here and AF is starting. Quite shocked actually as I had many symptoms. Oh well! Going back on the pill now until next month as we're going to Paris for our one year anniversary and I get terrible morning sickness so don't want it to be ruined.
