I've just seen that she was giving me ttc advice! When she got preggers first month! And she's worried about when her child will be born. FUCK HER!

God, I'm so angry and mad. I'm sitting here, feeling ill with odd hunger/nausea in my stomach, neck ache, the occasional odd lower abdomen pain and desperately trying to convince myself that I'm NOT pregnant because that way when af comes as it has for the last 19 cycles I can tell myself I knew it and that I'm not too disappointed. And this woman thinks telling me to eat yams is a nice thing to do?

Some people TTC are absolute dickheads, feel free to throw your pity party, it's absolutely shit and it should take every one at 6 months so they know the struggle but then we all get our turn at 6 months. No trying for 20 months! That's just shit :( :(

Thanks, guys, I'm a bit more over it now after an entertaining discussion with DH about why women "get their colours done"! I'm going to watch Don't Tell the Bride and make paper roses (because I can't find my colouring pencils so my Canadian Cottage Colouring Book will have to wait)!

I told my wife about colours and now she self-assessed herself and put a swatch of colours up in her wardrobe so she can dress correctly

Hi all. I'd love a yam right now! Meant to be spending our first night in lovely Zadar in Croatia but our flight has been diverted to Italy where we are sat in the airport with no information to await coaches to drive us 6 hours to Zadar. And there's no food here! And DP is off somewhere having a strop because he doesn't deal well with this kind of thing. . Bloody ryanair. They can't help the diversion but they could at least give us some information!

This is cycle 7 for me which may not be as long as some of you but I am 40.5 now so every month it feels like my chances for being a Mum get smaller and smaller.

Congrats Juney. HR is such an amazing qualification to have.

I'd love to be added too ladies if I can. This thread is keeping me sane as i am equally fed up with this ttc lark. I'm 40.6 Ttc #1 on cycle 15, 10 since a chemical. On so many supplements I'm rattling and having reflexology. dh wants 2 babies but I can't even manage to get him 1. To make matters worse everyone around us seems To be pregnant, including 2 v close friends who just popped off the pill and got their bfps. Plus there are baby bumps everywhere and nursery shops popping up all over. Im now at the tail end of FW laying beside my hardworking and exhausted dh wondering if it ever will happen, trying to maintain a PMA

Finding this forum has saved me from losing my head. A couple of my closest friends know we are TTC and it's taking a while but they don't get it because it's never happened to them, well apart from one but I don't feel I can moan to her as she's been through failed IVF and still keeping the PMA!
I desperately wish my Mom was here, for a million reasons but this is one, she would be the most supportive person in my life (apart from DH I guess!).

Anyway in the spirit of positivity and not ending on a gloomy note I've decided to use this holiday as the kick up the arse I need to start exercising and dieting again (not going to do that on hols, I'm not mad) but am going to write a meal plan and do an ocado shop for when we get home.

Wonder if it's worth including supplements? Seriously hope no one is on here long enough to see a trend but might be interesting.

I had an odd one yesterday. Took a test last Friday, but tucked it in a drawer when DD came in after a minute or two. Remembered it yesterday and of course, nice thick line. I've had a long heavy af in between, and probably just an evap. But still making me wonder. Pff.

BFN today at 12DPO so I think I’m out this month. I’m happy for AF to start though so I can go and have my day 2 blood test done to get the ball rolling on this fertility testing stuff!

On the topic of supplements, I’m very pleased with the result of taking Evening Primrose Oil to aid the production of EWCM!
