I meant to ask you yesterday but forgot? with regard to smoothies, is it just as beneificial to have plenty of fruit? Only trying to get DH to drink anything with banana in is impossible. He will eat them, but not drink them ? don?t ask! So last night I gave him a bowl of strawberries (with ice-cream ) but wondered if I should have blitzed a milkshake and would that be as good as a smoothie? I am waffling here, apologies

I am ashamed to say that I only went to Highbury once but as soon as I could drive, and could actually get there, watching DH play was the priority on the weekends, and plus it was nigh on impossible to get tickets when I had the chance. Looking forward to visiting the Emirates Stadium though!

MrsMcJnr - Hope you are feeling happier today. I was really worried about you yesterday. Is it weird that I find myself thinking about my MN mates a lot throughout the day. Some days more than my RL mates . Not long now, til you can have your house back, and get some much deserved R&R! Big hugs.
