Seaside hope I was supportive about BF... I have just read it back and it seems to have come out wrong. I am sure she will understand..honesty is always the best policy.

Thanks guys for being so supportive ((((((GROUP HUGS & LOTS OF LOVE))))))

seaside72 · 05/04/2007 23:02

No totally understood what you meant rah, and KWYM about people dealing in diff ways - I am hoping BF will be good - we have been BF's for 15 years and she used to be quite stroppy and tended to take things personally - but she has matured and changed a lot over the past few years so am hoping she wil be understanding about this

Glad you got a bd in - well done for keeping cool!

EasterRampantRAHbit · 05/04/2007 23:12

hehe... thanks

Sure she will understand.....especially as she is more relaxed now

I'm off to bed.. totally knackered... night all!

yum03creameggs · 06/04/2007 08:44

Wow an exhausting night for Rah and seaside. phew, I am tired just reading it.

Rah - glad you managed to get dh doing the deed, and lets hope one of those drunken ~o follows a right path and gets to the target and burrows down for a nice nap. It can happen and it will.

Seaside - I hope that your friend understands and that she is a true friend to you.

Eggs4 - no I don't think your temps are too low, your temps are fine for pre-ov. Just start getting organised for the action time soon.

MrsMcBunny - hope your business trip has been going well.

I did not temp this morning, no sign of af yet, and I am currently sitting here with a bladder full of wee, trying to decide whether to bother testing this morning, having got a bfn yesterday. It is good friday and think that I might wait to tomorrow, as it is the anniversary of our engagement, we celebrate every easter saturday. If I gave up temping too soon and the 36.8 temp on cd13 was a fluke high one, then I will take cd15 as my ov day. Looking at my chart the latest af should arrive is Sunday, so I am trying to keep cool til then.

seaside72 · 06/04/2007 08:48

Hurray Yum03 - AF has stayed away (see more inspired rhymes!!)
CB fairy will be proud of you

EasterRampantRAHbit · 06/04/2007 09:31

Morning all....

Great news MUM03... I think you are right this one is a waiting game... if come Sunday no AF, then I would test again. Don't you have problems with + tests showing early in pregnancy anyway?

I had a out break of spots...does anyone else get this around ovulation? It's so annoying!

I have definitely ovulated as my temp has shot up to 36.8 (but did take temp much later than norm)

Where is everyone these days? From having tonnes of us the numbers have definitely dwindled - Where is Duchesse and Minix? When is Wee back?

Eggs4Easter - I'm going to go and have a look at your chart (must have missed the discussions previously about your temps - sorry)

ovenREADYhotcrossbuns · 06/04/2007 10:57

Rah - So sorry that I wasn't about last night. Big hug. I am glad that you managed to do the deed - and hey, you got a "quicky" and a "drunken messy" - sounds just like underage sex which is the perfect environment for pregnancy . In all seriousness, it's not really fair for DH to come home blotto, and he really ought to explain himself. Make sure you stay calm!! The calmer you are, the more control you have over the situation!
You are right about the 3 months for the sperm - I call it training camp So in 3 months a few of his boys will be untrained in certain aspects of the job at hand - but by then it won't matter - you'll already be pg!!
I totally empathise with your reaction to the chavvy couple and their baby - I am prone to a bit of judging myself, and I know it isn't one of my finer qualities, so I know I have to work on it. But it is perfectly natural to feel aggrieved at the imbalances in life, it's how we deal with them that is important! It's easy to play the sulk card, but far nicer to feel happy for someone who hasn't had to struggle. Our DH's are right - we know nothing about these people. Let's make a pact that we will work on our judging together.
I loved the story from SANDS - that really hits home doesn't it, and it should give hope!!

ovenREADYhotcrossbuns · 06/04/2007 11:08

Rah - My skin actually clears up around ovulation, and then the run up to my period it breaks out - another reason how I know I was not pg last cycle!!
A definite ov hike for you Fingers crossed for you

MrsMc - I hope that your trip went well, and that it took your mind off of ovulation etc, although the software is starting to believe it happened now

Sea - So... exactly how brutally honest was this email to BF? Big hug. Like I said, A good friend will understand It's perfectly normal to not want pregnancy related things thrust at you when you are trying so hard for your own. Please don't beat yourself up!

*Eggs4& - I didn't think I was so much of a tantrummer than a sulker - but maybe I am Ooops.
How are you getting on with the TCOYF software as opposed to the FF? I know you asked a few questions about it, but it's only you and MrsMc that use that on this thread - have you tried asking on the Chart Spotters Unite thread?

Yum - The ClearBlueFairy wanted me to tell you that she is very proud of you for resisting testing!! If you are pregnant, which is looking very likely (I'm so excited for you!!!!) then you still will be on Sunday - so waiting is good!! Fingers and toes firmly crossed

Gracie - Hope you are resisting the urge to test

Weepootle moved house and had to get broadband set up, and I know how difficult that can be! I really hope she comes back soon with a BFP in tow!!! I've missed her!

Minxi has just completed on her holiday home and has gone out to it - I think she is back next week - I am dying to know about the CLOMID!!
And plus I have missed her!!

honeyapple · 06/04/2007 12:30

Good luck Mum03. Fingers crossed.

xx

ovenREADYhotcrossbuns · 06/04/2007 12:39

honeyapple · 06/04/2007 13:09

Glad to hear you sounding so posiitve. The weather is certainly cheering me up. Enjoy Easter and all your hot cross buns.

xx

Eggs4EasterFertilizedPlz · 06/04/2007 14:22

oh ready im so pleased you managed the deed!

ready - i didnt mean it in a bad way tantrums sorry i just was actually using me as more of an example - because i DO throw them!
getting on fine with ovusoft apart from pc doesnt seem to like the writing on it which is rather tricky to read but im too scared to alter my monitor settings icase it buggers up my pc and i just couldnt put up with the grief from dp if that happened!

talking of him....i went to bed just after 10 last night (had to be up at 3am for work)he waltzes in just gone 11 when i had JUST gotten to sleep and started flicking my ear and trying to get me to take up! this is all because i promised him a massage - whioch was offered for about 9 o clockish so i still had time for a few hours sleep! but he was initiating the other but i was too tired.

woke up this morning and came on pc quickly and looked for a website i was on yesterday and this is what i discover - tonnes of links to porn sites! so when he told me he was on his way to bed and looking up cars on "ebay" he was actually - well i dread to think and when he got his kicks thought it a good idea to come and wake me up for a bit of action so i am so glad i declined him now! i was very

EasterRampantRAHbit · 06/04/2007 15:27

Oh Eggs4Easter... our husbands sound like should meet up! What a nightmare! Why are they like this? I hope you have told your husband what a dirty little hobbit he is! I always think when its past any chance of conception a and he tries it on there will be no chance as punishment for all the annoying antics around fertilization time!
I think your husband needs some punishment!

EasterRampantRAHbit · 06/04/2007 15:28

Ready - thanks for the update on everyone

Hi all - hope the sun is shining for everyone - it is amazing here! Which is a good thing as our boiler conked out last night - so no heating or hot water - heating is fine as we are roasting but am about hot water - had a nice indulgent bath planned for this weekend. Oh well waiting to see if an engineer can fix it tomorrow and extort a ridiculous amount of £ for the privilege - I wouldnt mind but it was new in 2005 - grrrrr!

Just love those huge unexpected bills - not!!

Ready- well - my email wasn't brutal or anything, I just kind of explained what was going on with us as she knew nothing about tests etc. And I also said that I was sorry for being a bit distant and am sad and angry at myself that I am not being a full part of her joy right now?? It was long and a bit wallowing but ultimately just sort of sad well we will see - no reply yet but she is away although I know she is checking emails. Oh well.

rah - glad you are feeling OK - I normally get a skin breakout the week before AF but this month I have just had a mega spattering of spots - appeared on Monday - bang on OV ?? odd and unwelcome!

Eggs4 - Sorry about your "disturbed" night! My DH had huge rows about him checking out porn sites a few years ago (I was away a lot for work - but I never really bought that excuse ) He seems to have stopped now though as it would start a rip roaring row if he did it again!

Yum03 - hope all is well still- the days are going very slowly!

honey - sorry about rubbish bronchitis - hope it gets better soon.

MrsMc hope your trip was good and you are back home safe and sound with DH for a lovely weekend

Well FF has moved my ov day to 13 - which seems more likely to me - still only got a "good" rating on our BD efforts though - feels like a school report - "could try harder"!! Also now have a lovely stuffed up nose that kept me awake last night Hopefully it will go away soon with some fresh air and sunshine

Have decided to have a weekend of baking to make me feel better

BTW - duchesse is on hols in France for 2 weeks.

Good morning girls

The weather is amazing here going to put my shorts on and get the sunbeds out!! Mind you its a good job its warm as we still have no heating or hot water British Gas man is trying to fix now but thinks we will have to wait till Tuesday for the part hopefully he is going to get it working long enough to run a bath - otherwise its up to the gym for a shower!

Had a rubbish night last night - DH and I fell asleep having a cuddle as soon as we got into bed and then I woke up 5am (thought it was about 1am?) and woke up DH saying we had forgotten to BD (God we are getting so old and jaded!) so we gave it a try unsuccessfully as both of us were still half asleep - cue tears from me - just wanted to try and stick to a plan for one month of bding every other day right through to CD22 Oh well. Of course all the disturbed sleep hasn't helped my pathetically low temp this morning

On a good note my sniffly nose seems to have miraculously gotten better?? so of course I have been on the 2WW site convincing myself it is a symptom - I am setting myself up so early for a fall this month - must stop. Its amazing isnt it that I know our chances are so slim and my eggs are rare (get me with my rare eggs!!) but I can still convince myself every month that it might be - I guess thats human nature and it would be realy depressing with no hope at all.

MrsMc Yay for your chart showing ov and well timed BD too! How are you feeling?

Eggs4 glad you had a fun night out! sounds like a day lazing in the sun is in order for you LOL about your elephant memory!

Yum03 - What news today?? hoping AF has stayed away and temps are still high

Gracie How are you doing?

Ready Hope you are limbering up for the good bit of the month

rah nice high temp! have you forgiven DH yet?

Was just thinking of lottie this morning and hoping she is doing well- really hope she comes back to check in at some point - hopefully with a spanish made BFP

Quick question... the LP figure we put on here, should that be our "norm" or our "longest"?
