No period or pregnancy symptoms :/??

Since coming off the pill I have had my period bang on time, arriving always on the 3Rd or 4th of each month. Therefore I was expecting my period to come today or yesterday (sat/sun).. Instead since Friday j have had odd bit of brown discharge which I've only noticed from wiping or once using a tampon for a few hours.. I've since been wearing a panty liner and had nothing show up.

I didn't expect to be considering pregnancy this month as I'm the pervious weeks we have been on holiday and avoiding pregnancy via the "pull out" technique. We were told by our nurse before going on holiday to avoid pregnancy until we returned and had a test for the Zika virus.

We hadn't had sex since coming home two weeks ago but haven't had the money to have the test for Zika yet.

Any thoughts on whether this sounds like pregnancy? I haven't really had any other symptoms x

Did your First Response tests arrive? I dare say you could do one first thing tomorrow if AF is only a few days away... xx

I got my pregnancy tests today but think I should wait and see if af shows up. Trying not to get my hopes up and I'll just keep using the OPKs for now. See if they get darker.. If I was to get a dark positive OPK then I would defo try a pregnancy test so hopefully that happens :)))

Hey.. No af today. No clear positive on OPKs either but always second line... Really hope af doesn't show tomorrow x

I was using OPKs to test for pregnancy and this is the one I got on the day my period was due. I then rushed out to buy a pregnancy test and got my BFP!!

:)) your getting my hopes up... What time did you test with the OPK? Morning/afternoon? Held in pee or not? Trying to get best result when I test but think o might be drinking too much before I test x

I tested about 11am, second wee of the day. It was just before I was due to leave the house for a facial. I then had to lie through my facial (which I normally relish) thinking "Hurry up, I want to go and buy a pregnancy test!!!!" Grin

I bought two tests on the way home and used them both when I got back on the same sample I'd used to do the OPK as I'd kept it. I used a standard FRER (not the early results one) and that line was super faint too (see pic)!!!! I was in a lot of shock. I didn't tell my husband for over 3 days because I just couldn't take it in.

I'd had two large glasses of wine the night before I was doing the testing because I was so sure I wasn't pregnant Grin

I've just done an OPK and FR pregnancy test.. 2 minutes in and not looking great. No second line on pregnancy and faint second on OPK :(

I absolutely think so!!

It took my FRER line well over 5 minutes too appear.

I took my second FRER 48 hours later and the line was so dark and appeared within about 20 seconds.

Eeekkkk really hope your prediction is right.. Got one more first response and a digital clear blue but going to hold off for a few days and see that af doesn't come. I'll continue with OPK x

I took my CB Digital the same day (I got through a lot of tests) using the same urine sample and was REALLY surprise to see it say "Positive 1-2 weeks" because my lines were so faint but it did!

Your making me want to test again now lol but think I should wait a day or two xx :D really hope your all right and I am pregnant.. I'd be due on our wedding anniversary :)) x

I'm a terrible influence, I used to test every day (twice) from as early as 7dpo Grin

But a tentative congratulations to you OP, such lovely news!! I love happy outcomes on the "Am I pregnant" type threads Grin

This baby will be mine and DH's last and I'm pretty sad I'll never go through the obsessive testing again Grin

Thank you...I'll keep on posting until I know for sure either way.. Having you ladies to help me out means alot. It's baby number one for us so its all new to me. Plus no body really knows were trying x

No sign of af still. Not taken another pregnancy test yet. Still a second line on OPK but still not as positive as test line either x

I work nights so not easy to assume what would pass as a "morning pee" lol but I'm off now for a few nights so if af doesn't come along today I'm going to take a test in the morning x
