cd44 and going strong. I feel a bit sick/dizzy and a few tummy pains today and very bloated the last few days so maybe something is finally happening e.g. ov/af/an alien in there haha!

So because I have irregular-ish cycles, I have no idea when AF is actually due 🙈 going but the last few months, AF is due today. But before that my LP was 14 days, so that would be Saturday 😬

It was due yesterday. I thought it was starting earlier, but it hasn't quite. All usual signs tho, expecting it by morning.

I'm exactly the same Chips. I'm due anytime from today until Sat, and have been cramping quite a bit tonight so I'm sure it will be here tomorrow. I have bothered POAS because I've been convinced that I'm out this month 🙈

Well ladies AF has finally got me. (I will tell her to keep away from you!) I feel absolutely dreadful. My body has finally released all the stress and tension from this crazy long cycle and my hormones and emotions have gone wild. I will be fine, I'm just feeling utterly rubbish right now!

Oh loa I'm so sorry. Although at least you can finally look forward to the next cycle starting now. Take some time for yourself and have some tlc. And have a good cry if you need to 😘

Ah so sorry @loababy. And sorry that you're feeling so shitty. Wallow in it and treat yourself to some good stuff. Definitely think of it as your body clearing out for the next cycle which will be a perfect length and culminate in a BFP!

13dpo here and I caved and tested but got a BFN. My BBT is still high so I don't think she'll arrive today, so I'm guessing she'll be here tomorrow when I'm due out on a hen do 🙈 but as I had already convinced myself that this wasn't my month, I'm hoping I'll still be full of PMA like you are Hippy

I think staying level headed and taking a chilled approach has helped me so I'm going to continue with the 'feck it, it'll happen when it's my time' approach 😊

Cakes thanks for sharing about your relaxed approach when ttc DD. I agree with you, let's go for relaxed approach and quality ddt! I know that at least for us that would do us good. Not entirely sure if it's possible though, but will try this cycle!

Haha, and cakes that was supposed to be quality dtd, not ddt. DDT is a really unpleasant chemical, and we don't want that regardless of the quality

Well having lost the perverbial plot last cycle I figure the only way to deal with this ttc lark is to just chill and enjoy the process. Stressing out and getting down about it is kind of pointless. Had a few Facebook baby bombs this week and even managed to hit the like button with a smile on my face lol 😂
I'm off to sunny Cyprus cakes on Wednesday so internet access will be intermittent ... I will do my best to keep up with you all and post but may not be every day

Period now two days late, test yesterday and day before BFN. Starting to think the antibiotics I had this month, messed up my cycle.

Cyprus sounds fab hippychick, so jealous!

Had a cry on my dh yesterday but feeling better today. His attitude is, well we can have fun trying again this month. He's always so relaxed about it everything.

Hi ladies,

Please could I join you? I'm in serious need of some PMA! Have just read through your thread and so much of what you're all going through resonates with me, and you're all doing so well supporting each other and keeping the positivity up! I've just come out the end of a rather bruising longer-than-usual cycle, b*stard AF turned up this morning, on the late side so I'd really started hoping. Had done three tests, one of which looked like a faint positive, the other two BFNs but typically had come up with a million reasons in my head why the BFNs might be false. Symptom spotting all over the place, so feeling pretty teary when I finally saw blood this morning.

From experience (this was cycle 10 for me) I know I'll feel better in a couple of days, but right now I have that 'it's never going to happen for me, why are we even bothering' thing going on. I'm 38 so I'm just freaking out that my eggs are all past it. But I know it can take a long time at my age and that it really can be worth being patient... so gonna focus on being patient and not losing hope just yet.

Big massive hugs to all you girls who have also just had disappointments and here's to hanging on in there!
