Does anyone else use there heart rate monitor on there Fitbit to monitor when they have ovulated? Saw a post on here recently where someone was but can't find it now. Been reading up on it thought it would be interesting to see how many of you guys did?

My resting hr is still at 10 bump above this time last month. 10dpo bfn this morning but hoping it's too soon to be out for the month. Tww is awful.

It's definitely too soon to be out MrsP and your HR is a good sign- the days go so slowly though don't they! Positive thoughts coming your way

I genuinely didn't even think that I had ovulated this month! There were no signs and opks were all negative!! Added to that I had to take loads of nurofen for sciatica, which I had read can suppress ovulation!

My rhr is up another beat! I honestly don't know whether it's pregnancy or just heat from holiday....wish I could get a test!

Sounds good Juney!!!! Not long to go before you should get an accurate result!!!

When can you test Juney? It does sound positive!

We fly home on Thursday so could test Friday morning which will be 14dpo!! Eeek!

This thread makes me literally considering getting a FitBit now. I know it does not mean I will conceive right away but it gives me some hopes

Watching this post with interest. I've bought a Fitbit as I'm doing WW and trying to increase my activity (not happening ) anyhoo, had a positive opk yesterday (about 4/5 days before Ovia predicted) and today's is negative. My hr has steadily increased - jumping in sets of 2/3 over past few days. Am I likely to get another surge? Have I ovulated already? I'm confused 🙈

12dpo and another bfn.

Trying to remember when my previous bfp's were but maybe just the day before i was due. The irony is that I'm actually fine if it's not this month, we have a holiday so it means I can drink and not worry about what I eat but I just need to know.

What tests are you using mrsp I only got a sniffer of a line at 14dpo and just kept testing everyday they got darker couldn't tell my OH until 17dpo because only then I believed it. So your not out yet x

Can't really tell from that chart minime your best of looking back through the chat and looking at everyone's charts and see if you can find one similar, I had a big spike similar to that which then dipped, which correlated with my bbt that I ovulated when it dipped
